⁸ And hearing are they the sound of Yahweh Elohim walking in the garden in the windy part of the day. And hiding themselves are the human and his wife from the face of Yahweh Elohim, in the midst of a tree of the garden."

¹⁰ And saying is he to Him, "The sound of You walking hear I in the garden, and fearful am I, for naked am I, and I am hiding.

³³ Has a people ever heard the voice of the living Elohim speaking from the midst of the fire just as you heard it, and lived?

²⁵ Yet now, why should we die? For this great fire shall devour us. If we are continuing to hear the voice of Yahweh our Elohim any further, than we will die.

¹⁴ For Yahweh your Elohim is walking about within your camp to rescue you and to deliver up your enemies before you; hence your camps will come to be holy so that He should not see among you the nakedness of anything and turn away from following you.

¹⁴ Thick clouds are a concealment for Him, so that He cannot see, And He walks about the circle of the heavens.

³³ If I have covered up my transgression like Adam, By burying my depravity in my lap,

²¹ For His eyes are on the ways of a man, And He sees all his steps. ²² There is no darkness and no blackest shadow To conceal there the contrivers of lawlessness.

¹ Then Yahweh answered Job from the tempest and said:

¹ {A Davidic Psalm{ O Yahweh, You have investigated me and are knowing me;" ² You Yourself know my sitting down and my rising up; You understand my thought from afar; ³ My path and my pallet You have measured off, And for all my ways You have made provision." ⁴ For though there be no declaration on my tongue, Behold, O Yahweh, You know it all." ⁵ Back and front, You have besieged me, And You set Your palm upon me." ⁶ Such knowledge is marvelous beyond me; It is impregnable; I cannot reach to it. ⁷ Whither could I go from Your spirit, And whither could I run away from Your presence? ⁸ If I should climb to the heavens, You are there, And should I make my berth in the unseen, behold, You are there." ⁹ Should I wear the wings of dawn, Should I tabernacle in the hindmost sea, ¹⁰ Even there Your hand would guide me, And Your right hand, it would hold me." ¹¹ If I said, Surely darkness, it snuffed me up, And night is belted about me, ¹² Even darkness, it is not darkening to You, And the night, as the day, is giving light; Darkness is as light."

³ The eyes of Yahweh are in every place, Keeping watch on the evil and the good ones."

²⁴ Is any one hidden in secret places, And I see him not? an affirmation of Yahweh, Do not I fill the heavens and the earth? An affirmation of Yahweh."

² If they are burrowing into the unseen, thence My hand will take them. And if they are ascending to the heavens, thence will I bring them down." ³ And if they are hiding in the summit of Carmel, thence will I search and take them. And if they are concealed from in front of My eyes on the floor of the sea, thence will I instruct the serpent, and it will bite them."

³ Yet Jonah is rising to run away to Tharshish from before Yahweh, and is going down to Joppa. And he is finding a ship coming in for Tharshish. And he is giving its fare, and is going down into it to come with them to Tharshish, away from before Yahweh."

⁹ And he is saying to them, a Hebrew am I, and I fear Yahweh, the Elohim of the heavens, Who made the sea and the dry land." ¹⁰ Then the men are fearing with great fear, and they are saying to him, What is this you have done? For the men know that from before Yahweh is he running away, for he had told them."

¹⁵ who are displaying the action of the law written in their hearts, their conscience testifying together and their reckonings between one another, accusing or defending them,

¹³ And there is not a creature which is not apparent in its sight. Now all is naked and bare to the eyes of Him to Whom we are accountable.
