⁴³ and they sacrifice on that day great sacrifices and rejoice, for Elohim has made them rejoice [with] great joy, and also, the women and the children have rejoiced, and the joy of Jerusalem is heard--unto a distance.

²⁰ Then Miriam, the prophetess, the sister of Aaron, took the tambourine in her hand, and all the women went forth after her with tambourines and with choruses. ²¹ And Miriam responded to them: Sing to Yahweh, for He is august, yea august: The horse and its rider He heaved into the sea.

¹⁰ And in the day of your rejoicing, in your appointments and at the beginnings of your months you will blow on bugles over your ascent offerings and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; and they will be to you for a memorial before your Elohim. I, Yahweh, am your Elohim.

¹¹ then it will come to be:the place where Yahweh your Elohim shall choose to tabernacle His name, there shall you bring all that I am instructing you, your ascent offerings and your sacrifices, your tithes, the heave offerings of your hand and all your choice vow offerings which you shall vow to Yahweh. ¹² You will rejoice before Yahweh your Elohim, you, your sons and your daughters, your servants, your maidservants and the Levite who is within your gates, for he has no portion or allotment among you.

⁵ And it comes to pass, at the coming in of the ark of the covenant of Yahweh unto the camp, that all Israel shout--a great shout--and the earth is moved.

²¹ And they sacrifice to Yahweh sacrifices, and cause to ascend burnt-offerings to Yahweh on the morrow of that day, bullocks a thousand, rams a thousand, lambs a thousand, and their oblations, even sacrifices in abundance, for all Israel. ²² And they eat and drink before Yahweh on that day with great joy, and cause Solomon son of David to reign a second time, and anoint [him] before Yahweh for leader, and Zadok for priest.

⁵ and king Solomon sacrifices the sacrifice of the herd, twenty and two thousand, and of the flock, a hundred and twenty thousand, and the king and all the people dedicate the house of Elohim. ⁶ And the priests over their charges are standing, and the Levites with instruments of the song of Yahweh--that David the king made, to give thanks to Yahweh, for to the eon [is] His kindness, in David's praising by their hand--and the priests are blowing trumpets over-against them, and all Israel are standing. ⁷ And Solomon sanctifies the middle of the court that [is] before the house of Yahweh, for he has made there the burnt-offerings, and the fat of the peace-offerings:for the altar of brass that Solomon made has not been able to contain the burnt-offering, and the present, and the fat.

¹⁰ And on the twenty and third day of the seventh month he has sent the people to their tents, rejoicing, and glad in heart, for the goodness that Yahweh has done to David, and to Solomon, and to Israel His people.

¹³ And all Judah are standing before Yahweh, also their infants, their wives, and their sons.

²⁷ And they turn back, every man of Judah and Jerusalem, and Jehoshaphat at their head, to go back unto Jerusalem with joy, for Yahweh has made them rejoice over their enemies.

³⁵ And also, burnt-offerings [are] in abundance, with fat of the peace-offerings, and with oblations for the burnt-offering; and the service of the house of Yahweh is established, ³⁶ and rejoice does Hezekiah and all the people, because of Elohim's giving preparation to the people, for the thing has been suddenly.

¹³ There was no one of the people recognizing the sound of the rejoicing shout from the sound of the lamenting of the people, for the people were shouting a loud shout, and the sound itself was heard even from afar.

²⁹ When He is quiet, who can condemn? When He conceals His face, who can regard Him? Yet He is over a nation and over humanity alike.

⁶ Even now my head is being raised high over my enemies round about me, And I will sacrifice in His tent sacrifices with shouts of joy. I will sing and make melody to Yahweh."

⁷ Yahweh is my Strength and my Shield; In Him has my heart trusted, And I have been helped So that my heart is joyous, And with my song am I acclaiming Him."

¹¹ You have turned my wailing into fluting for me. You have unloosed my sackcloth And are belting me with rejoicing, ¹² So that one may make melody to You, O my Glory, And may not be still. O Yahweh my Elohim, for the eon shall I acclaim You. {Permanent{ "

⁴ For You make me rejoice, O Yahweh, by Your deeds; In the works of Your hands I am jubilant."

¹¹ Kings of the earth and all national groups, Chiefs and all judges of the earth, ¹² Choice young men and virgins too, Old men along with youths." ¹³ May they praise the Name of Yahweh, For an Impregnable Retreat is His Name, His alone; His splendor is over the earth and heavens;"

³ to give rejoicing to the mourners of Zion, to give to them beauty instead of ashes, the oil of elation instead of mourning, the muffler of praise instead of dimness of spirit. And they are called arbiters of righteousness, the planting of Yahweh, to beautify Himself."

¹⁰ Rejoice with Jerusalem, and exult in her, all who love her. Be elated with her with elation, all who mourn over her." ¹¹ That you may suck and be satisfied from the breasts of her consolations, that you may squeeze and enjoy the deliciousness of the udder of her glory." ¹² For thus says Yahweh, "Behold Me stretching out welfare to her, as a stream, and, as a watercourse overflowing, the glory of the nations. And suck do you. On the side are you being borne, and on the knees are you being dandled." ¹³ As a man whom his mother is comforting, so will I comfort you. And in Jerusalem shall you be comforted." ¹⁴ And you see it, and your heart is elated, and your bones, as verdure, shall bud, and the hand of Yahweh shall be known with His servants, yet it menaces His enemies."

¹³ Then rejoice does a virgin in a chorus, Both young men and old men--together, And I have turned their mourning to joy, And have comforted them, And gladdened them above their sorrow,

¹¹ Is a voice of joy and a voice of gladness, Voice of bridegroom, and voice of bride, The voice of those saying, Thank Yahweh of Hosts, for Yahweh [is] good, For His kindness [is] to the eon, Who are bringing in thanksgiving to the house of Yahweh, For I turn back the captivity of the land, As at the first, said Yahweh."

⁹ Now the throngs preceding and following Him cried, saying, "Hosanna to the Son of David! 'Blessed be He Who is coming in the name of the Lord!' Hosanna among the highest!"

¹⁵ Now the chief priests and the scribes, perceiving the marvels which He does, and the boys crying in the sanctuary and saying, "Hosanna to the Son of David!resent it,

²² You then, also, now, indeed, will be having sorrow, yet I shall be seeing you again, and your heart shall be rejoicing, and your joy no one is taking away from you."

¹⁹ speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and playing music in your hearts to the Lord,

¹³ Is anyone suffering evil among you? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him play music.
