¹ Hear ye the word which the Lord hath spoken concerning you, O house of Israel.

¹⁹ And he added and said: Hear thou, therefore, the word of the Lord: I saw the Lord sitting on his throne, and all the army of heaven standing by him on the right hand and on the left:

⁷ Hear, O my people, and I will speak: O Israel, and I will testify to thee: I am God, thy God.

¹⁰ Hear the word of the Lord, ye rulers of Sodom, give ear to the law of our God, ye people of Gomorrha.

¹⁴ Wherefore hear the word of the Lord, ye scornful men, who rule over my people that is in Jerusalem.

⁴ Hear ye the word of the Lord, O house of Jacob, and all ye families of the house of Israel:

¹⁵ Hear ye, and give ear: Be not proud, for the Lord hath spoken. ¹⁶ Give ye glory to the Lord your God, before it be dark, and before your feet stumble upon the dark mountains: you shall look for light, and he will turn it into the shadow of death, and into darkness. ¹⁷ But if you will not hear this, my soul shall weep in secret for your pride: weeping it shall weep, and my eyes shall run down with tears, because the flock of the Lord is carried away captive.

² And thou shalt say: Hear the word of the Lord, king of Juda, that sittest upon the throne of David: thou and thy servants, and thy people, who enter in by these gates.

¹⁵ For this now hear the word of the Lord, ye remnant of Juda: Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: If you set your faces to go into Egypt, and enter in to dwell there:

¹ Hear the word of the Lord, ye children of Israel, for the Lord shall enter into judgment with the inhabitants of the land: for there is no truth, and there is no mercy, and there is no knowledge of God in the land.

¹⁶ And now hear thou the word of the Lord: Thou sayest, thou shalt not prophesy against Israel, and thou shalt not drop thy word upon the house of the idol.

¹³ Therefore, we also give thanks to God without ceasing: because, that when you had received of us the word of the hearing of God, you received it not as the word of men, but (as it is indeed) the word of God, who worketh in you that have believed.

²⁹ He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith to the churches.
