And his instrument bearer wills not for he is mighty awed: and Shaul takes a sword and falls on it: ⁵ and his instrument bearer sees Shaul die and he likewise falls on the sword and dies: ⁶ and Shaul dies and his three sons and all his house die together: ⁷ and all the men of Yisra El in the valley see them flee and Shaul and his sons die; and they forsake their cities and flee: and the Peleshethiy come and settle in them. ⁸ And so be it, on the morrow, the Peleshethiy come to strip the pierced, and they find Shaul and his sons fallen in mount Gilboa: ⁹ and they strip him and lift his head and his instruments and send them all around the land of the Peleshethiy to evangelize to their idols and to the people: ¹⁰ and they set his instruments in the house of their elohim and stake his cranium in the house of Dagon. ¹¹ And all Yabesh Gilad hears all that the Peleshethiy work to Shaul; ¹² and they rise - all the valiant men and lift the carcase of Shaul and the carcases of his sons and bring them to Yabesh and entomb their bones under the oak in Yabesh and fast seven days. ¹³ And Shaul dies for the treason he treasoned against Yah Veh - against the word of Yah Veh which he guarded not and also for asking of a necromancer, - to enquire ¹⁴ and not enquire of Yah Veh: so he deathifies him and turns the sovereigndom to David the son of Yishay.

THE NECROMANCER OF EN DOR
And so be it, in those days, the Peleshethiy gather their camps for hostility, to fight Yisra El. And Achish says to David, In knowing, know this: that you go with me into the camp - you and your men.

⁴ And the Peleshethiy gather and come and encamp in Shunem: and Shaul gathers all Yisra El and they encamp in Gilboa:

⁶ And the young man tells him saying, In meeting, as I meet on mount Gilboa, behold, Shaul leans on his spear; and behold, the chariots and masters of the cavalry adhere after him.

²¹ You mountains of Gilboa, - neither dew nor rain be on you nor fields of exaltments: for there the buckler of the mighty loaths - the buckler of Shaul as not anointed with oil.

¹² and David goes and takes the bones of Shaul and the bones of Yah Nathan his son from the masters of Yabesh Gilad - who stole them from the broadway of Beth Shaan, where the Peleshethiy hanged them in the day the Peleshethiy smote Shaul in Gilboa:

⁸ And so be it, on the morrow, the Peleshethiy come to strip the pierced, and they find Shaul and his sons fallen in mount Gilboa:

⁵ neither prostrate yourself to them, nor serve them: for I Yah Veh your Elohim am a jealous El, visiting the perversity of the fathers on the sons to the third and fourth of them who hate me;

⁶ And Yah Nathan says to the lad who bears his instruments, Come, and we pass over to the standing camp of these uncircumcised: perhaps Yah Veh works for us: for there is no hindrance to Yah Veh to save by many or by few.

³⁹ For, Yah Veh lives, who saves Yisra El, though it be in Yah Nathan my son, in dying, he dies. - and not a man among all the people answers him. ⁴⁰ Then he says to all Yisra El, You - you are on one side and I and Yah Nathan my son are on one side. And the people say to Shaul, Work what seems good in your eyes.

⁴⁹ And the sons of Shaul: Yah Nathan and Yishvi and Malki Shua; and the names of his two daughters: the name of the firstbirthed Merab, and the name of the younger Michal;

²⁹ In his days Paroh Nechoh sovereign of Misrayim ascends against the sovereign of Ashshur to the river Euphrates: and sovereign Yoshi Yah comes to meet him; and when he sees him, deathifies him at Megiddo.

THE JUST DESTRUCT
The just destruct and no man sets it to heart: and merciful men gather and no one discerns that the just are gathered from the face of the evil. ² He enters into shalom; they rest in their beds - each walking in straightforwardness.

²³ the masters of arrows embitter him and shoot and oppose him: ²⁴ and his bow settles perennial and the arms of his hands solidify by the hands of the Almighty of Yaaqov - from there is he who tends, the stone of Yisra El:

³ and the war is heavy against Shaul and the bow shooter men find him; and he is mighty writhed by the shooters. ⁴ And Shaul says to his instrument bearer, Draw your sword and stab me; lest these uncircumcised come and stab me and exploit me. ⁴ And David says to him, How goes the word? I beseech you, tell me. And he says, The people flee the war and also an abundance of the people fall and die; and Shaul and Yah Nathan his son also die. ⁵ And David says to the lad who tells him, How know you that Shaul and Yah Nathan his son die? ⁶ And the young man tells him saying, In meeting, as I meet on mount Gilboa, behold, Shaul leans on his spear; and behold, the chariots and masters of the cavalry adhere after him. ⁷ And he faces behind him and he sees me and calls to me. And I say, Here - I. ⁸ And he says to me, Who are you? And I say to him, I am an Amaleqiy. ⁹ And he says to me, Stand, I beseech you, over me and slay me: for my embroidered mail possesses me, because my soul is yet whole in me. ¹⁰ - and I stand over him and deathify him, because I know he lives not after he falls: and I take the separatism on his head and the anklet on his arm and bring them here to my adoni.

¹⁴ and the flight destructs from the swift: neither the strong strengthens his force nor the mighty rescues his soul:

⁵⁴ And he quickly calls to his instrument bearer lad and says to him, Draw your sword and deathify me - that men not say of me, A women slaughtered him. And his lad stabs him through and he dies:

¹⁸ And he is mighty thirsty and calls on Yah Veh and says, You give this great salvation into the hand of your servant! And now, die I for thirst, and fall into the hand of the uncircumcised?

²¹ And the Peleshethiy possess him and bore out his eyes; and bring him down to Azzah and bind him with fetters of copper; and he grinds in the house of binding:

THE DEATH OF SHIMSHON
Then the ringleaders of the Peleshethiy gather together to sacrifice a great sacrifice to Dagon their elohim and to cheer: for they say, Our elohim gives Shimshon our enemy into our hand. ²⁴ And when the people see him, they halal their elohim: for they say, Into our hands our elohim delivers our enemy and the parcher of our land, who abounded our pierced. ²⁵ And so be it, when their hearts are goodly, they say, Call for Shimshon to entertain us. - and they call for Shimshon from the house of binding; and he entertains them: and they stand him between the pillars.

²⁶ And David says to the men who stand by him, saying, What work you to the man who smites this Peleshethiy and turns aside the reproach from Yisra El? Who is this uncircumcised Peleshethiy, to reproach the ranks of the living Elohim?

³⁶ your servant smote both the lion and the bear: and this uncircumcised Peleshethiy becomes as one of them, seeing he reproaches the ranks of the living Elohim.

⁴ And Shaul says to his instrument bearer, Draw your sword and stab me; lest these uncircumcised come and stab me and exploit me. But his instrument bearer wills not; for he awes mightily: and Shaul takes a sword and falls on it:

¹⁴ And David says to him, How is it you awed not to send your hand to ruin the anointed of Yah Veh? ¹⁵ And David calls one of the lads and says, Go near, encounter on him. - and he smites him so that he dies. ¹⁶ And David says to him, Your blood is on your head; for your mouth answers against you, saying, I deathified the anointed of Yah Veh.

²⁰ Neither tell in Gath, nor evangelize in the outskirts of Ashqelon; lest the daughters of the Peleshethiy cheer, lest the daughters of the uncircumcised jump for joy.

²³ And Achiy Thophel sees that his counsel works not, he harnesses his he burro and rises and goes to his house - to his city and misvahs concerning his house; and strangles himself and dies: and is entombed in the tomb of his father.

¹⁸ So indeed, this one acquired a parcel from the reward of iniquity; and being headlong, he cracked open in the middle and all his spleen poured forth. ^{Zechariah 11:12}

²⁷ and being wakened, the guard of the prison seeing the guardhouse portals open, he draws his sword and is about to take himself out - presuming the prisoners escaped.

¹⁰ And the Peleshethiy fight and smite Yisra El; and every man flees to his tent: and there is a mighty great stroke; for thirty thousand of Yisra El on foot fall. ¹¹ And they take the ark of Elohim; and deathify Hophni and Pinechas the two sons of Eli.

¹⁸ And so be it, he remembers the ark of Elohim, and he falls off the throne backward through the handle of the portal; and his neck breaks and he dies: for he is an old man and heavy. And he judges Yisra El forty years.

²⁵ But if in vilifying, you vilify, you are scraped away - both you and your sovereign.

¹ But all this - I gave in my heart to declare all this: that the just and the wise and their service are in the hand of Elohim; no human knows either love or hatred by all that is at their face. ² All in all; one happening: to the just and to the wicked; to the good and to the pure and to the foul; to him who sacrifices and to him who sacrifices not; as the good, thus the sinner; he who oaths, as he who awes an oath.

¹⁰ Where is your sovereign who saves you in all your cities? And your judges of whom you say, Give me a sovereign and governors? ¹¹ I give you a sovereign in my wrath; and take him in my wrath:

³¹ and I give your cities as parched areas and desolate your holies and I scent not your scent of rest:

³⁶ And on those who survive, I send a timidity into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the voice of a driven leaf pursues them; and they flee as retreating from a sword; and they fall when none pursues:

³³ The fruit of your soil and all your labours, eaten by a people you know not; and you become only oppressed and crushed all days:

⁴³ The sojourner in your midst ascends upward and upward; and you descend downward and downward.

² and the hand of Midyan prevails against Yisra El: and at the face of the Midyaniy the sons of Yisra El work themselves caverns in the mountains and caves and huntholds.

⁶ And the men of Yisra El see they are tribulated - that the people are exacted - and the people hide themselves in caves and in crevices and in rocks and in towers and in wells:

⁷ And the men of Yisra El beyond the valley and beyond Yarden see the men of Yisra El flee, and Shaul and his sons die, they forsake their cities and flee; and the Peleshethiy come and settle in them. ⁸ And so be it, on the morrow, when the Peleshethiy come to strip the pierced, they find Shaul and his three sons fallen in mount Gilboa:

²³ and they say, This is blood: in being desolated, the sovereigns are desolated and man smote friend: and now, Moab, to the spoil!

²⁵ And Yah Shaphat and his people come to plunder the spoil; and among the carcases, they find in abundance, both acquisitions and desirable instruments which they strip for themselves, without burden: and for three days they plunder the spoil - it is so much:

² Bel Shats Tsar, as he tastes the fermentation, says to bring the golden and silver vessels his father Nebukadnets Tsar removed from the manse in Yeru Shalem; for the sovereign and his nobles, his mistresses and his concubines to drink. ³ Then they bring the golden vessels they removed from the manse of the house of Elah at Yeru Shalem; and the sovereign and his nobles, his mistresses and his concubines drink in them. ⁴ They drink fermentation; and laud the elahim of gold and of silver, of copper, of iron, of timber and of stone.

²³ and you lift yourself against the Master of the heavens; and they bring the vessels of his house in front of you; and you and your nobles, your mistresses and your concubines drink fermentation in them; and you laud the elahim of silver and gold, of copper, iron, timber and stone, which neither see nor hear nor know: and Elah in whose hand your breath is, and whose all your ways are, you esteem not.

¹¹ and they bring his head on a platter and give it to the maiden: and she brings it to her mother.

² and the Peleshethiy take the ark of Elohim and bring it into the house of Dagon and set it beside Dagon. ³ And the Ashdodiy start early on the morrow, and behold, Dagon fallen on his face to the earth at the face of the ark of Yah Veh; and they take Dagon and return him in his place. ⁴ And when they start early on the morrow morning, behold, Dagon fallen on his face to the earth at the face of the ark of Yah Veh; and the head of Dagon and both palms of his hands are cut off on the threshold; only, Dagon survives. ⁵ So neither the priests of Dagon nor any who come into the house of Dagon tread on the threshold of Dagon in Ashdod to this day. ⁶ But the hand of Yah Veh is heavy on Ashdod; and he desolates them and smites them with hemorrhoids - Ashdod and the borders thereof. ⁷ And the men of Ashdod see, and so be it, they say, The ark of the Elohim of Yisra El settles not with us: for his hand is hard on us and on Dagon our elohim.

SHAUL DEFEATS THE AMMONIY
And Nachash the Ammoniy ascends and encamps against Yabesh Gilad: and all the men of Yabesh say to Nachash, Cut a covenant with us, and we serve you. ² And Nachash the Ammoniy says to them, By this I cut with you, that I bore out all your right eyes and lay it for a reproach on all Yisra El. ³ And the elders of Yabesh say to him, Slacken seven days; and we send angels to all the borders of Yisra El: and if there is no man to save us, we come to you. ⁴ And the angels come to Gibah of Shaul and word the words in the ears of the people: and all the people lift their voices and weep. ⁵ And behold, Shaul comes after the oxen from the field; and Shaul says, The people - why weep they? And they scribe him the words of the men of Yabesh: ⁶ and the Spirit of Elohim prospers on Shaul when he hears those words and kindles his wrath mightily; ⁷ and he takes a yoke of oxen and dismembers them and by the hands of angels, sends them throughout all the borders of Yisra El saying, Whoever goes not after Shaul and after Shemu El, so be it worked to his oxen. And the fear of Yah Veh falls on the people and they go as one man: ⁸ and he musters them in Bezeq, of the sons of Yisra El, three hundred thousand; and of the men of Yah Hudah, thirty thousand. ⁹ And they say to the angels who come, Say thus to the men of Yabesh Gilad: Tomorrow, by the heat of the sun, you have salvation. - and the angels come and tell it to the men of Yabesh; and they cheer. ¹⁰ And the men of Yabesh say, Tomorrow we come to you; and you work to us all that seems good in your eyes. ¹¹ And so be it, on the morrow, Shaul sets the people in three heads; and they come midst the camp in the morning watch and smite the Ammoniy until the heat of the day: and so be it, they who survive scatter, so that no two of them survive together.

⁴ and the men of Yah Hudah come and there they anoint David sovereign over the house of Yah Hudah. And they tell David, saying, The men of Yabesh Gilad entombed Shaul. ⁵ And David sends angels to the men of Yabesh Gilad and says to them, Blessed - you of Yah Veh to work this mercy to your adoni - to Shaul and entomb him: ⁶ and now, Yah Veh work mercy and truth to you; and I also work you this goodness because you worked this word: ⁷ and now strengthen your hands and become sons of valour: for your adoni Shaul died and also the house of Yah Hudah anointed me sovereign over them.

⁸ And Deborah the suckler of Ribqah dies and they entomb her beneath Beth El under an oak: and they call the name thereof Allon Bachuth.

¹⁰ And they come to the Threshingfloor of Thorns beyond Yarden; and there they chop with a great and mighty heavy chopping: and he works a mourning for his father seven days.

³⁵ And all the people come to have David chew bread while it is still day, and David oaths, saying, Thus work Elohim to me, and add also, if I taste bread or aught at all, until the face of the sun downs.

¹² and David goes and takes the bones of Shaul and the bones of Yah Nathan his son from the masters of Yabesh Gilad - who stole them from the broadway of Beth Shaan, where the Peleshethiy hanged them in the day the Peleshethiy smote Shaul in Gilboa: ¹³ and from there he ascends the bones of Shaul and the bones of Yah Nathan his son; and they gather the bones of the impailed; ¹⁴ and they entomb the bones of Shaul and Yah Nathan his son in the land of Ben Yamin in Sela in the tomb of Qish his father: and they perform all the sovereign misvahs: and after they intreat Elohim for the land.

¹⁸ Preserve not a sorcerer to live.

³¹ Neither face necromancers, nor seek after knowers to become foul by them: I - Yah Veh your Elohim.

⁶ And the soul who turns his face from necromancers and from knowers, to whore after them, I set my face against that soul and cut him off from among his people.

¹⁰ lest you find any among you who passes his son or his daughter through the fire or a diviner or a cloudgazer or a prognosticater or a sorcerer ¹¹ or a charmer who charms or an inquirer of a necromancer or a knower or an inquirer of the deathified: ¹² for all who work these are an abhorrence to Yah Veh: and because of these abhorrences Yah Veh your Elohim dispossesses them from your face. ¹³ Be integrious with Yah Veh your Elohim: ¹⁴ for these goyim, whom you possess, hearken to cloudgazers and to diviners: but as for you, Yah Veh your Elohim gives you not thus.

¹³ And Shemu El says to Shaul, You follied: you guarded not the misvah of Yah Veh your Elohim which he misvahed you: for by now Yah Veh had established your sovereigndom on Yisra El eternally: ¹⁴ and now, your sovereigndom rises not: Yah Veh sought a man after his own heart and Yah Veh misvahs him eminence over his people, because you guarded not what Yah Veh misvahed you.

² Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth: I visit what Amaleq worked to Yisra El - how he set for him in the way in ascending from Misrayim.

²³ For rebellion is the sin of divination and stubbornness, mischief and teraphim: because you refuse the word of Yah Veh he also refuses you from being sovereign.

⁷ Then Shaul says to his servants, Seek me a woman - a baalah to go to and enquire of her. And his servants say to him, Behold, a woman - a baalah at En Dor. ⁸ And Shaul searches and enrobes other clothes; and he goes with two men and they come to the woman by night. And he says, I beseech you, divine to me by the necromancer and ascend to me whom I say to you. ⁹ And the woman says to him, Behold, you know what Shaul works - how he cut off the necromancers and the knowers from the land. Why lay you a snare for my soul to deathify me? ¹⁰ And Shaul oaths to her by Yah Veh, saying, Yah Veh lives, no perversion happens to you for this word. ¹¹ Then the woman says, Whom ascend I to you? And he says, Ascend Shemu El. ¹² And the woman sees Shemu El, and cries with a great voice: and the woman says to Shaul, saying, Why deceive you me? You are Shaul. ¹³ And the sovereign says to her, Awe not! What see you? And the woman says to Shaul, I see elohim ascending from the earth. ¹⁴ And he says to her, What is his form? And she says, An old man ascends; and he covers with a mantle. And Shaul perceives it is Shemu El: and he bows with his nostrils to the earth and prostrates himself. ¹⁵ And Shemu El says to Shaul, Why quiver you me to ascend me? And Shaul says, I am mightily distressed; for the Peleshethiy fight me and Elohim turns aside from me and answers me no more - neither by the hand of prophets nor by dreams: so I call you, to have me know what to work. ¹⁶ Then says Shemu El, Why then ask you of me, seeing Yah Veh turns aside from you and becomes your enemy? ¹⁷ And Yah Veh works to himself as he worded by my hand: for Yah Veh rips the sovereigndom from your hand and gives it to your friend - to David: ¹⁸ because you neither hearkened to the voice of Yah Veh nor worked his fuming wrath on Amaleq: so Yah Veh works this word to you this day. ¹⁹ Yes, Yah Veh also gives Yisra El with you into the hand of the Peleshethiy: and tomorrow you and your sons are with me: and Yah Veh gives the camp of Yisra El into the hand of the Peleshethiy. ²⁰ Then Shaul falls hastily the fulness of his stature along on the earth - mightily awed because of the words of Shemu El: and there is no force in him; for he had eaten no bread all day or all night.

⁶ and he passes his son through the fire and cloudgazes and prognosticates and works with necromancers and knowers: he abounds to work evil in the eyes of Yah Veh to vex him:

¹⁹ And when they say to you, Seek to spiritists and to knowers who chirp and mutter: Seek a people not to their Elohim? - for the living to the dead?

⁹ But some man named Shimon, who previously used sorcery in the same city, who astounded the goyim of Shomeron; wording that he himself is some mega one: ¹⁰ whom they all heed, from the least to the mega, wording, This one is the mega dynamis of Elohim. ¹¹ - and they heed him, because he astounded them with magicing for a long time.

PAULOS EVANGELIZES OUT A SPIRIT OF PYTHON
And so be it, as we go to prayer, a lass having a spirit of Python meets us, who presents her adonim much work by soothsaying: ¹⁷ who follows Paulos and us, and cries, wording, These humans are the servants of El Elyon who evangelize the way of salvation to us. ¹⁸ - and she does this many days. But Paulos, being grieved, turns to the spirit, and says, I evangelize you in the name of Yah Shua Messiah to come from her. - and he comes out the same hour.

¹¹ And Yah Veh says to the sons of Yisra El, By the Misrayim and by the Emoriy by the sons of Ammon and by the Peleshethiy ¹² and the Sidoniy and Amaleq and Maon you were oppressed; and you cried to me and I saved you from their hand: ¹³ and you - you forsake me and serve other elohim: so I add not to save you: ¹⁴ go and cry to the elohim you chose; have them save you in the time of your tribulation. ¹⁵ And the sons of Yisra El say to Yah Veh, We sin! ¹⁴ and now, your sovereigndom rises not: Yah Veh sought a man after his own heart and Yah Veh misvahs him eminence over his people, because you guarded not what Yah Veh misvahed you.

²⁸ And Shemu El says to him, Yah Veh rips the sovereigndom of Yisra El from you this day; and gives it to your friend - better than you:

And Yah Veh says to Shemu El, How long mourn you for Shaul, seeing I refuse him to reign over Yisra El? Fill your horn with oil and go! I send you to Yishay the Beth Lechemiy: for I see a sovereign among his sons.

¹¹ And Shemu El says to Yishay, Are these all your integrious lads? And he says, There survives yet the youngest; and behold, he tends the flock. And Shemu El says to Yishay, Send and take him: for we turn not around until he comes hither. ¹²

And he sends and brings him in: and he is ruddy and of beautiful eyes and goodly to see. And Yah Veh says, Rise! Anoint him! For this is he. ¹³ Then Shemu El takes the horn of oil, and anoints him midst his brothers: and the Spirit of Yah Veh prospers on David from that day onward. - and Shemu El rises and goes to Ramah.

⁶ And Shaul asks of Yah Veh, and Yah Veh answers him not - neither by dreams nor by Urim nor by prophets.

³ So all the elders of Yisra El come to the sovereign to Hebron; and sovereign David cuts a covenant with them in Hebron at the face of Yah Veh: and they anoint David sovereign over Yisra El.
