¹³ And Shemu El says to Shaul, You follied: you guarded not the misvah of Yah Veh your Elohim which he misvahed you: for by now Yah Veh had established your sovereigndom on Yisra El eternally:

¹¹ I sigh that I have Shaul to reign sovereign: for he turns back from after me and raises not my words. - and it inflames Shemu El and he cries to Yah Veh all night.

²² And Shemu El says, Delights Yah Veh in holocausts and sacrifices as much as in hearing the voice of Yah Veh? Behold, hearing is better than sacrificing; and hearkening, than the fat of rams.

²⁸ And Shemu El says to him, Yah Veh rips the sovereigndom of Yisra El from you this day; and gives it to your friend - better than you:

⁷ And Nathan says to David, You are the man! ⁹ As for Yah Veh, - his eyes flit throughout the whole earth, strengthened in behalf of them whose heart is at shalom toward him. Herein you folly: from this time on you have wars.

² and Yah Hu the son of Hanani the seer goes out to face him; and says to sovereign Yah Shaphat, Help you the wicked and love them who hate Yah Veh? This rage be on you from the face of Yah Veh.

¹⁸ Say you to a sovereign, Beli Yaal? - or to volunteers, Wicked?

⁸ I reprove you not yes, your sacrifices or your holocausts are continually in front of me. ⁹ I take neither bullock from your house nor he goats from your folds: ¹⁰ for every beast of the forest is mine and the animals on a thousand mountains: ¹¹ I know all the flyers of the mountains and the creatures of the field with me. ¹² If I famish, I say naught to you; for the world is mine and the fulness. ¹³ Eat I the flesh of the mighty? Drink I the blood of he goats? ¹⁴ Sacrifice spread hands to Elohim; shalam your vows to Elyon; ¹⁵ call on me in the day of tribulation: I rescue you and you honor me.
