And David says in his heart, And now I become scraped away one day by the hand of Shaul: there is naught better for me than to speedily escape into the land of the Peleshethiy; so that Shaul quits seeking me any more in any border of Yisra El: and in escaping, I escape from his hand.

¹ To His Eminence; By David. In Yah Veh I seek refuge; how say you to my soul, Wander as a bird to your mountain? ² For, behold, the wicked bend their bow; they prepare their arrow on the cord; and in the darkness shoot at the straight in heart. ³ If the foundations demolish, what are the just to do?

NINE QUESTIONS, DIRECT AND RHETORICAL
So what say we to these? If Elohim is for us, who is against us?

¹¹ the persecutions, the sufferings; such as became me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what manner persecutions I endured: and Adonay rescued me from all.

¹⁷ And Adonay stood by me and dynamized me; to fully bear the preaching through me; and that all the goyim hear: and I was rescued from the mouth of the lion: ¹⁸ and Adonay rescues me from every evil work and saves me to his sovereigndom of the heavenlies: to whom be glory to the eons of the eons.
