¹⁸ And so be it, when he sits on the throne of his sovereigndom, he inscribes himself a duplicate of this torah in a scroll from that at the face of the priests the Leviym: ¹⁹ and so be it with him, and he recalls therein all the days of his life: to learn to awe Yah Veh his Elohim, to guard all the words of this torah and these statutes, to work them: ²⁰ to not lift his heart above his brothers, and to not turn aside from the misvah - right or left: and to prolong his days in his sovereigndom, - he and his sons, midst Yisra El.

MOSHEH INSCRIBES THE TORAH And Mosheh inscribes this torah; and gives it to the priests the sons of Levi who bear the ark of the covenant of Yah Veh and to all the elders of Yisra El. ¹⁰ And Mosheh misvahs them, saying, At the end of seven years in the season of the year of release in the celebration of Sukkoth/Brush Arbors ¹¹ - when all Yisra El comes to be seen at the face of Yah Veh your Elohim in the place he chooses, recall this torah in front of all Yisra El in their ears. ¹² Congregate the people - men and women and toddlers and the sojourner inside your portals, to hear and to learn and to awe Yah Veh your Elohim and guard to work all the words of this torah: ¹³ and that their sons who know not, hear and learn to awe Yah Veh your Elohim, all days you live in the soil you pass over Yarden to possess.

EZRA CALLS OUT THE TORAH
And all the people gather as one man into the broadway at the face of the water portal; and they say to Ezra the scribe to bring the scroll of the torah of Mosheh which Yah Veh misvahed to Yisra El: ² and Ezra the priest brings the torah at the face of the congregation - both of men and women; and all who discern to hearken; on the first day of the seventh month. ³ And he calls out therein at the face of the broadway at the face of the water portal from the light until midday; in front of the men and the women and all who discern; and the ears of all the people to the scroll of the torah. ⁴ And Ezra the scribe stands on a tower of timber they worked for the word; and Mattith Yah stands beside him; and Shema and Ana Yah and Uri Yah and Hilqi Yah and Maase Yah, on his right; Malki Yah and Hashum and Hashbad Danah, Zechar Yah and Meshullam. ⁵ And Ezra opens the scroll in the eyes of all the people - he being above all the people and he opens it and all the people stand: ⁶ and Ezra blesses Yah Veh the great Elohim. And all the people answer, Amen! Amen! - they raise their hands and they bow their heads and prostrate to Yah Veh with their nostrils to the earth. ⁷ And Yah Shua and Bani and Shereb Yah, Yamin, Aqqub, Shabbethay, Hodi Yah, Maase Yah, Qelita, Azar Yah, Yah Zabad, Hanan, Pela Yah and the Leviym, have the people discern the torah: and the people are in their station:

THE CELEBRATION OF SUKKOTH/BRUSH ARBORS
And they find inscribed in the torah what Yah Veh misvahed by the hand of Mosheh; that the sons of Yisra El settle in sukkoth/brush arbors in the celebration of the seventh month: ¹⁵ and they are heard passing a voice in all their cities and in Yeru Shalem, saying, Go forth to the mount and fetch olive leaves and leaves of oil trees and myrtle leaves and palm tree leaves and leaves of thick trees, to work sukkoth/brush arbors, as inscribed.

¹⁸ and day by day, from the first day to the last day, he calls out the scroll of the torah of Elohim. - and they work the celebration seven days; and on the eighth day is a private assembly according to the judgment.

On that day, they call out in the scroll of Mosheh in the ears of the people; and they find inscribed therein that the Ammoniy and the Moabiy are not to come into the congregation of Elohim eternally;

¹⁸ Say to the sovereign and to the lady, Abase! Sit! - for your headships descend - even the crown of your adornment.

THE JUDGMENT OF THE HOUSE OF YAH HUDAH
Thus says Yah Veh: Descend to the house of the sovereign of Yah Hudah and word there this word, ² and say, Hear the word of Yah Veh, O sovereign of Yah Hudah, who sits on the throne of David - you and your servants and your people entering by these portals.

⁶ but you enter, and call out in the roll, what you inscribe from my mouth - the words of Yah Veh in the ears of the people in the house of Yah Veh on the day of fasting: and also call them out in the ears of all Yah Hudah who come from their cities:

¹⁵ and they say to him, Sit down, I beseech, and call it out in our ears. - and Baruch calls it out in their ears.

²¹ And the sovereign sends Yah Hudiy to take the roll: and he takes it from the chamber of Eli Shama the scribe: and Yah Hudiy calls it out in the ears of the sovereign and in the ears of all the governors standing beside the sovereign:
