THE FLOATING IRON
And the sons of the prophets say to Eli Shua, Behold now, the place we settle at your face is tribulated for us:

¹⁴ And the sons of Yoseph word to Yah Shua, saying, Why give you me but one pebble and one boundary of inheritance? I - a great people whom Yah Veh blesses until now!

⁴⁷ and the border of the sons of Dan goes out from them: and the sons of Dan ascend to fight against Leshem and capture it; and smite it with the mouth of the sword and possess it and settle therein; and call Leshem, Dan after the name of Dan their father:

²⁰ And Shaul sends angels to take David: and they see the assembly of the prophets prophesying and Shemu El stands stationed over them, the Spirit of Elohim is on the angels of Shaul and they also prophesy.

A SON OF THE PROPHETS ORDERS A SMITING
And one man of the sons of the prophets says to his friend, By the word of Yah Veh, smite me, I beseech you. And the man refuses to smite him.

³ And the sons of the prophets at Beth El go to Eli Shua and say to him, Know you that today Yah Veh takes your adoni from your head? And he says, Yes, I know; hush.

THE OIL OF THE WIDOW
And one woman of the women of the sons of the prophets cries to Eli Shua, saying, Your servant my man died; and you know your servant awed Yah Veh: and the exactor comes to take my two children for servants.

ELI SHUA PURGES THE POTTAGE
And Eli Shua returns to Gilgal: and there is a famine in the land; and the sons of the prophets settle at his face: and he says to his lad, Set on the great caldron and stew pottage for the sons of the prophets.

¹⁶ And he also removes you from the mouth of the narrow into a broadness, where there is no narrowness under; and what rests on your table is full of fatness.

¹⁹ For your parched areas and your desolated and the land of your destruction are even now too restricted by reason of the settlers; and they who swallow you are far removed. ²⁰ Again the sons of your bereavements say in your ears, The place is too tribulated for me: approach me, and I settle down.

² Enlarge the place of your tent, and spread the curtains of your tabernacles: Spare not! Lengthen your cords! Strengthen your stakes! ³ For you separate on the right and on the left; and your seed succeeds the goyim and settle in the desolated cities.
