¹⁸ And he says, It is neither the voice of them who answer of might, nor is it the voice of them who answer of vanquish: but it is the voice of the humble I hear. ¹⁹ And so be it, as soon as he approaches the camp, he sees the calf and the round dancing: and Mosheh kindles his wrath and he casts the slabs from his hands and breaks them beneath the mount:

¹⁹ if you then work truly and integriously with Yerub Baal and with his house this day, then cheer in Abi Melech and he cheers in you: ²⁰ and if not, fire comes from Abi Melech to consume the masters of Shechem and the house of Millo; and fire comes from the masters of Shechem and from the house of Millo and consumes Abi Melech.

THE DEATH OF SHIMSHON
Then the ringleaders of the Peleshethiy gather together to sacrifice a great sacrifice to Dagon their elohim and to cheer: for they say, Our elohim gives Shimshon our enemy into our hand. ²⁴ And when the people see him, they halal their elohim: for they say, Into our hands our elohim delivers our enemy and the parcher of our land, who abounded our pierced. ²⁵ And so be it, when their hearts are goodly, they say, Call for Shimshon to entertain us. - and they call for Shimshon from the house of binding; and he entertains them: and they stand him between the pillars.

⁵ and when the ark of the covenant of Yah Veh comes into the camp, all Yisra El shouts a great shout so that the earth quakes.

²⁵ and Yah Ash the son of Yah Achaz returns and takes the cities from the hand of Ben Hadad the son of Haza El which he took by war from the hand of Yah Achaz his father: and Yah Ash smites him three times and returns the cities of Yisra El.

¹² and Yah Hudah is smitten at the face of Yisra El; and every man flees to his tent. ¹³ And Yah Ash sovereign of Yisra El apprehends Amaz Yah sovereign of Yah Hudah the son of Yah Ash the son of Achaz Yah at Beth Shemesh; and comes to Yeru Shalem and breaks the wall of Yeru Shalem from the portal of Ephrayim to the corner portal - four hundred cubits: ¹⁴ and he takes all the gold and silver and all the instruments he finds in the house of Yah Veh and in the treasures of the house of the sovereign - and sons as pledges; and returns to Shomeron.

⁶ And Peqach the son of Remal Yah slaughters in Yah Hudah a hundred and twenty thousand in one day - all sons of valour; because they forsake Yah Veh Elohim of their fathers. ⁷ And Zichri, mighty of Ephrayim, slaughters Maase Yah the son of the sovereign and Ezri Qam the eminent of the house and El Qanah the second to the sovereign: ⁸ and the sons of Yisra El capture two hundred thousand of their brothers - women, sons and daughters: and also plunder much spoil from them and bring the spoil to Shomeron.

¹⁵ He leans on his house, and it stands not; he strengthens, and it rises not:

²⁵ if I cheer because my valuables are great and because my hand found much;

²⁹ If I cheer at the calamity of my hater, or waken when evil finds him;

⁹ Cheer, O youth, in your youth; that your heart better you in the days of your youth; walk in the ways of your heart and in the visage of your eyes; and know this: that for all these Elohim brings you into judgment.

WAR AGAINST YERU SHALEM
And so be it, in the days of Ach Az the son of Yah Tham, the son of Uzzi Yah sovereign of Yah Hudah, that Resin the sovereign of Aram, and Peqach the son of Remal Yah sovereign of Yisra El ascend to Yeru Shalem to war against it but cannot fight against it.

⁴ and say to him, On guard! and, Rest! Neither awe nor tenderize your heart for the two tails of these smoking brands - for the fuming wrath of Resin and Aram and the son of Remal Yah:

⁶ Because this people refuses the waters of Shiloach that come gently and in joy with Resin and the son of Remal Yah;

³ and the fortress from Ephrayim shabbathizes with the sovereigndom from Dammeseq; and the survivors of Aram become as the honor of the sons of Yisra El - an oracle of Yah Veh Sabaoth. ⁴ And so be it, in that day, the honor of Yaaqov languishes and the fatness of his flesh emaciates:

¹⁴ So hear the word of Yah Veh, you scornful men who reign over this people in Yeru Shalem: ¹⁵ because you say, We cut a covenant with death and with sheol we work seers: when the overflowing whip passes through, it comes not to us: for we set lies our refuge, and under falsehood we hide ourselves.

²³ Thus says Yah Veh, O that the wise not halal in his wisdom - the mighty not halal in his might; the rich not halal in his riches:

¹¹ because you cheer - because you jump for joy O you plunderers of my inheritance, because you grow fat as the heifer at grass and resound as the mighty;

³⁰ the sovereign answers and says, Is not this great Babel, which I built, for the house of the sovereigndom by the empowerment of my power, and for the esteem of my majesty?

⁶ And Yah Veh Elohim numbers a gourd and ascends it over Yonah, to become a shadow over his head to rescue him from his evil: and in cheering, Yonah cheers greatly for the gourd.

¹⁵ He ascends them all with the hook; he catches them in their net and gathers them in their dragnet: so he cheers and twirls: ¹⁶ so he sacrifices to his net and incenses to his dragnet; because by them his allotment is fat, and his food fattens.

¹¹ In that day you shame not for all the exploits you rebel against me: for then I turn aside from among you all who jump for joy in your pomp; and you add not to lift yourself because of my holy mountain.

¹⁹ and say to my soul, Soul, you have vast goods laid for many years; Rest! Eat! Drink! Rejoice! ²⁰ And Elohim says to him, Thoughtless! This night your soul is required of you: so whose are those that you prepared?

²⁰ Amen! Amen! I word to you, You weep and lament, but the cosmos cheers: and you sorrow, but your sorrow becomes cheer.

¹⁶ And now you boast in your boastings: all such boasting is evil.

¹⁰ And they who settle on the earth cheer over them and rejoice; and send honorariums to one another; because these two prophets tortured them who settle on the earth.
