⁵ And you answer at the face of Yah Veh your Elohim, and say, My father was a destroyed Aramiy; and he descended to Misrayim and sojourned there with a few men and became a goyim - great, mighty and many:

⁴ but go to my land and to my kindred and take a woman to my son Yischaq.

²⁰ and Yischaq is a son of forty years and he takes Ribqah to woman, the daughter of Bethu El the Aramiy of Paddan Aram the sister to Laban the Aramiy.

⁴¹ And Esav opposes Yaaqov because of the blessing wherewith his father blessed him: and Esav says in his heart, The days of mourning for my father approach; then I slaughter my brother Yaaqov.

⁵ And Yischaq sends Yaaqov: and he goes to Paddan Aram to Laban, son of Bethu El the Aramiy the brother of Ribqah the mother of Yaaqov and Esav.

²⁰ and Yaaqov steals the heart of Laban the Aramiy in not telling him that he flees.

²⁴ And Elohim comes to Laban the Aramiy in a dream by night and says to him, Guard that you word not to Yaaqov from good to evil.

⁴⁰ So be I; in the day the parch consumes me and the frost by night; and my sleep flees from my eyes.

THE BROTHERS OF YOSEPH RETURN TO MISRAYIM
And the famine is heavy in the land. ² And so be it, when they finish eating the kernels they brought from Misrayim, their father says to them, Return, market for us kernels for a little food.

¹² and take double silver in your hand; and the silver that was returned in the mouth of your sacks, return it in your hand; perahaps it was an error:

⁷ and Elohim sent me from your face to set of you a survivor in the earth and to preserve your lives by a great escape.

¹¹ and there I nourish you: for there are yet five years of famine; lest you and your household and all that you have, become dispossessed.

YAAQOV MOVES TO MISRAYIM
And Yisra El pulls stakes with all he has and comes to Beer Sheba; and sacrifices sacrifices to the Elohim of his father Yischaq. ² And Elohim says to Yisra El in the visions of the night, and says, Yaaqov! Yaaqov! And he says, Here - I. ³ And he says, I - El - Elohim of your father: awe not to descend into Misrayim; for there I set of you a great goyim: ⁴ I descend with you into Misrayim; and in ascending, I also ascend you: and Yoseph puts his hand on your eyes. ⁵ And Yaaqov rises from Beer Sheba: and the sons of Yisra El bear Yaaqov their father and their toddlers and their women in the wagons Paroh sent to bear him: ⁶ and they take the chattel and the acquisitions they acquired in the land of Kenaan and come into Misrayim - Yaaqov and all his seed with him: ⁷ and he brings his sons and the sons of his sons his daughters and the daughters of his sons and all his seed with him into Misrayim.

²⁷ and the sons of Yoseph birthed to him in Misrayim, are two souls: all the souls of the house of Yaaqov, coming into Misrayim, are seventy.

²⁷ And Yisra El settles in the land of Misrayim in the land of Goshen; and they possess therein and bear fruit and abound mightily:

⁵ And all the souls coming from the flank of Yaaqov are seventy souls: as for Yoseph, he is in Misrayim.

⁷ and the sons of Yisra El bear fruit and teem and abound mighty mightily mightier; and they fill the land.

¹² and the more they humble them, thus they abound and thus they break forth: and they are abhorred at the face of the sons of Yisra El.

⁷ Yah Veh neither attached himself to you nor chose you because you were more abundant than any people - for you were the fewest of all people:

²² Your fathers descended into Misrayim with seventy souls; and now Yah Veh your Elohim sets you as the stars of the heavens for abundance.

²³ Yisra El also came to Misrayim; and Yaaqov sojourned in the land of Ham; ²⁴ and his people became mighty fruitbearing - mightier than their tribulators:

Hearken to me, you who pursue justness, you who seek Yah Veh: look to the rock whence you were hewn and to the quarry of the well whence you were bored: ² look to Abraham your father, and to Sarah who writhed you: I, for one, called him and blessed him and abounded him.

¹² And Yaaqov flees into the field of Aram, and Yisra El serves for a woman: yes, for a woman he guards.
