And after these words, in the sovereigndom of Artach Shashta sovereign of Persia, Ezra the son of Sera Yah the son of Azar Yah, the son of Hilqi Yah ² the son of Shallum the son of Sadoq the son of Achiy Tub ³ the son of Amar Yah the son of Azar Yah the son of Merayoth ⁴ the son of Zerach Yah the son of Uzzi the son of Buqqi ⁵ the son of Abi Shua the son of Pinechas the son of El Azar the son of Aharon the head priest ⁶ - this Ezra ascends from Babel; and he is a skillful scribe in the torah of Mosheh which Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El gave: and the sovereign gives him all his request, according to the hand of Yah Veh his Elohim on him: ⁷ and some of the sons of Yisra El and of the priests and the Leviym and the singers and the porters and the Dedicates ascend to Yeru Shalem; in the seventh year of Artach Shashta the sovereign: ⁸ and he comes to Yeru Shalem in the fifth month - in the seventh year of the sovereign: ⁹ for on the first of the first month he founds the ascent to Babel: and on the first of the fifth month he comes to Yeru Shalem according to the good hand of his Elohim on him. ¹⁰ For Ezra prepares his heart to seek the torah of Yah Veh and to work it and to teach statutes and judgments in Yisra El. ¹¹
THE EPISTLE OF ARTACH SHASHTA TO EZRA
And this is the transcript of the epistle the sovereign Artach Shashta gives to Ezra the priest the scribe - a scribe of the words of the misvoth of Yah Veh and of his statutes to Yisra El: ¹² Artach Shashta, sovereign of sovereigns, to Ezra the priest, a scribe of the edict of Elah of the heavens, consummate and et cetera. ¹³ I set a decree, bring with you all of the people of Yisra El and his priests and Leviym in my sovereigndom who volunteer to come to Yeru Shalem: ¹⁴ because as you are sent from in front of the sovereign and from his seven counsellors, to search, concerning Yah Hudah and Yeru Shalem, according to the edict of your Elah in your hand: ¹⁵ and to bring the silver and gold the sovereign and his counsellors volunteer to Elah of Yisra El, whose tabernacle is in Yeru Shalem: ¹⁶ and all the silver and gold you find in all the jurisdiction of Babel - with the voluntary of the people and of the priests who volunteer for the house of their Elah in Yeru Shalem: ¹⁷ so with this silver, diligently buy bulls, rams, lambs, with their offerings and their libations; and oblate them on the sacrifice altar of the house of your Elah in Yeru Shalem. ¹⁸ And whatever well-pleases you and your brothers to do with the silver and the gold that survives, do after the intention of your Elah: ¹⁹ and shalam the vessels given you for the service of the house of your Elah, in front of the Elah of Yeru Shalem: ²⁰ and the rest of the needs for the house of your Elah whatever befalls you to give - give from the treasure house of the sovereign. ²¹ And from me, even I - Artach Shashta the sovereign set a decree to all the treasurers beyond the river - that all that Ezra the priest, the scribe of the edict of Elah of the heavens, asks of you, do diligently ²² - to a hundred rounds of silver and to a hundred measures of wheat and to a hundred baths of fermentation and to a hundred baths of anointing oil and salt not scribed: ²³ all that is of the decree by Elah of the heavens, do diligently for the house of Elah of the heavens: For why have rage against the sovereigndom of the sovereign and his sons? ²⁴ And we have you know, as for the priests and Leviym, pluckers, portal guards, Dedicates, or servers of this house of Elah, it is not permissible to assess tribute or custom on them. ²⁵ And you, Ezra, after the wisdom of your Elah, in your hand, appoint judges and advocates, to plead for all the people beyond the river - all such as know the edicts of your Elah; so that they who know them not know. ²⁶ And whoever serves not the edict of your Elah and the edict of the sovereign, serve the penalty diligently - whether to death, whether to uproot, whether to confiscate holdings, whether to bonds. ²⁷ Blessed - Yah Veh Elohim of our fathers who gives such as this in the heart of the sovereign, to adorn the house of Yah Veh in Yeru Shalem: ²⁸ and spread mercy to me at the face of the sovereign and his counsellors and at the face of all the mighty governors of the sovereign: and I strengthen myself as the hand of Yah Veh my Elohim is on me; and I gather from Yisra El heads to ascend with me.

⁴ Ascend to Hilqi Yah the great priest, to consummate the silver brought into the house of Yah Veh which the guards of the threshold gathered of the people:

⁴ And the sovereign misvahs Hilqi Yah the great priest and the priests of the second order and the guards of the threshold - to bring from the manse of Yah Veh all the instruments worked for Baal and for the asherah and for all the host of the heavens: and he burns them outside Yeru Shalem in the fields of Qidron; and lifts their dust to Beth El.

⁸ And Hilqi Yah the great priest says to Shaphan the scribe, I found the scroll of the torah in the house of Yah Veh. And Hilqi Yah gives the scroll to Shaphan and he calls it out.

¹⁸ And the great slaughterer takes Sera Yah the head priest and Sephan Yah the second priest and the three guards of the threshold:

⁹ and they come to Hilqi Yah the great priest; and they give the silver brought into the house of Elohim, which the Leviym who guard the thresholds gather of the hand of Menash Sheh and Ephrayim and of all the survivors of Yisra El and of all Yah Hudah and Ben Yamin; and they settle in Yeru Shalem.

¹⁵ and Hilqi Yah answers and says to Shaphan the scribe, I found the scroll of the torah in the house of Yah Veh. And Hilqi Yah gives the scroll to Shaphan:

¹⁴ And the elders of the Yah Hudiym build and prosper through the prophesying of Haggay the prophet and Zechar Yah the son of Iddo: and they build and finish according to the decree of Elah of Yisra El and according to the decree of Koresh and Daryavesh and Artach Shashta sovereign of Persia.

¹⁰ For Ezra prepares his heart to seek the torah of Yah Veh and to work it and to teach statutes and judgments in Yisra El.

These are the heads of their fathers and these are the genealogized who ascend with me from Babel in the sovereigndom of Artach Shashta the sovereign: ² of the sons of Pinechas: Gershom; of the sons of Iy Thamar: Daniel; of the sons of David: Hattush; ³ of the sons of Shechan Yah of the sons of Pharosh: Zechar Yah; and genealogized with him are a hundred and fifty males; ⁴ of the sons of Pachath Moab: El Ya Enay the son of Zerach Yah and with him two hundred males; ⁵ of the sons of Shechan Yah: the son of Yachazi El and with him three hundred males; ⁶ of the the sons of Adin: Ebed the son of Yah Nathan and with him fifty males; ⁷ and of the sons of Elam: Yesha Yah the son of Athal Yah and with him seventy males; ⁸ and of the sons of Shaphat Yah: Zebad Yah the son of Michah El and with him eighty males; ⁹ of the sons of Yah Ab: Obad Yah the son of Yechi El and with him two hundred and eighteen males; ¹⁰ and of the sons of Shelomith: the son of Yosiph Yah and with him a hundred and sixty males;

ARTACH SHASHTA SENDS NECHEM YAH TO YERU SHALEM
And so be it, in the month Nisan, in the twentieth year of Artach Shashta the sovereign, wine is at his face: and I lift the wine and give it to the sovereign - and I had never been evil to his face.

² and Ezra the priest brings the torah at the face of the congregation - both of men and women; and all who discern to hearken; on the first day of the seventh month. ³ And he calls out therein at the face of the broadway at the face of the water portal from the light until midday; in front of the men and the women and all who discern; and the ears of all the people to the scroll of the torah. ⁴ And Ezra the scribe stands on a tower of timber they worked for the word; and Mattith Yah stands beside him; and Shema and Ana Yah and Uri Yah and Hilqi Yah and Maase Yah, on his right; Malki Yah and Hashum and Hashbad Danah, Zechar Yah and Meshullam. ⁵ And Ezra opens the scroll in the eyes of all the people - he being above all the people and he opens it and all the people stand: ⁶ and Ezra blesses Yah Veh the great Elohim. And all the people answer, Amen! Amen! - they raise their hands and they bow their heads and prostrate to Yah Veh with their nostrils to the earth. ⁷ And Yah Shua and Bani and Shereb Yah, Yamin, Aqqub, Shabbethay, Hodi Yah, Maase Yah, Qelita, Azar Yah, Yah Zabad, Hanan, Pela Yah and the Leviym, have the people discern the torah: and the people are in their station: ⁸ and they call out in the scroll in the torah of Elohim expressly and set the comprehension and have them discern the convocation. ⁹ And Nechem Yah the governor and Ezra the priest the scribe and the Leviym have the people discern; and say to all the people, This day is holy to Yah Veh your Elohim; neither mourn, nor weep. - for all the people weep when they hear the words of the torah.

¹¹ Sera Yah the son of Hilqi Yah the son of Meshullam the son of Sadoq the son of Merayoth the son of Achiy Tub is the eminent of the house of Elohim;

²⁴ And the rabbi slaughterer takes Sera Yah the chief priest and Sephan Yah the second priest and the three guards of the threshold: ²⁵ and he also takes one eunuch of the city - an overseer of the men of war; and seven of their men who see the face of the sovereign whom they find in the city; and the scribe of the governor of the host who hosts the people of the land; and sixty men of the people of the land whom they find midst the city. ²⁶ And Nebu Zaradan the rabbi slaughterer takes them and carries them to the sovereign of Babel to Riblah: ²⁷ and the sovereign of Babel smites them and deathifies them in Riblah in the land of Hamath. Thus they exile Yah Hudah from his own soil.

¹⁷ and Sadoq the son of Achiy Tub and Achiy Melech the son of Abi Athar are priests; and Sera Yah is the scribe;

³⁵ and the sovereign gives Bena Yah the son of Yah Yada over the host in his stead: and the sovereign gives Sadoq the priest in the stead of Abi Athar.

²⁵ El Azar the son of Aharon takes of the daughters of Puti El to woman: and she births him Phinechas - these are the heads of the fathers of the Leviym according to their families.

⁶ And Mosheh says to Aharon and to El Azar and to Iy Thamar his sons, Neither expose your heads nor tear your clothes; lest you die and lest he becomes enraged with the witness: but have your brothers, the whole house of Yisra El, weep over the burning Yah Veh burns:

¹² And Mosheh words to Aharon and to El Azar and to Iy Thamar his sons who remain, Take the offering that remains of the firings to Yah Veh and eat with matsah beside the sacrifice altar - a holy of holies:

¹⁶ And in seeking, Mosheh seeks the goat of that for the sin: and behold, it is burnt: and he rages with El Azar and Iy Thamar, the remaining sons of Aharon, saying,

³² And El Azar the son of Aharon the priest, is hierarch over the hierarchy of the Leviym and has the oversight of them who guard the guard of the holies.

²⁵ Take Aharon and El Azar his son and ascend them to mount Hor: ²⁶ and strip Aharon of his clothes and put them on El Azar his son: and gather Aharon to die there. ²⁷ And Mosheh works as Yah Veh misvahs: and they ascend mount Hor in the eyes of all the witness: ²⁸ and Mosheh strips Aharon of his clothes and enrobes them on El Azar his son; and Aharon dies there in the top of the mount: and Mosheh and El Azar descend from the mount.

⁷ And when Phinechas the son of El Azar the son of Aharon the priest, sees it, he rises from among the witness and takes a javelin in his hand; ⁸ and he goes after the man of Yisra El into the belly and stabs the two of them through - the man of Yisra El and the woman into her belly: thus the plague restrains from the sons of Yisra El. ⁹ - and they who die in the plague, twenty-four thousand. ¹⁰ And Yah Veh words to Mosheh, saying, ¹¹ Phinechas the son of El Azar the son of Aharon the priest turns my fury from the sons of Yisra El, in envying over my envy among them, so that in my envy I not finish off the sons of Yisra El. ¹² So say, Behold, I give him my covenant of shalom: ¹³ and he and his seed after him - even the covenant of an eternal priesthood; because he envies for his Elohim and kapars/atones for the sons of Yisra El.

² and they stand at the face of Mosheh and at the face of El Azar the priest and at the face of the hierarchs and all the witness, by the opening of the tent of the congregation, saying,

⁶ and Mosheh sends them to the hostility - a thousand per rod - them and Phinechas the son of El Azar the priest to the hostility with the holy instruments; and in his hand, the trumpets to blast.

³¹ And Mosheh and El Azar the priest work as Yah Veh misvahed Mosheh.

⁵⁴ and Mosheh and El Azar the priest take the gold of the governors of thousands and of hundreds; and bring it into the tent of the congregation, for a memorial for the sons of Yisra El at the face of Yah Veh.

ALLOTMENT OF THE LAND OF KENAAN And these are those the sons of Yisra El inherit in the land of Kenaan; which El Azar the priest and Yah Shua the son of Nun and the heads of the fathers of the rods of the sons of Yisra El distribute for their inheritance:

¹³ and the sons of Yisra El send to the sons of Reu Ben and to the sons of Gad and to the half scion of Menash Sheh, in the land of Gilad, Pinechas the son of El Azar the priest;

³¹ And Pinechas the son of El Azar the priest says to the sons of Reu Ben and to the sons of Gad and to the sons of Menash Sheh, This day we perceive that Yah Veh is among us; because you treasoned not this treason against Yah Veh: then you have rescued the sons of Yisra El from the hand of Yah Veh.

³³ And El Azar the son of Aharon dies; and they entomb him in a hill of Pinechas his son, given him in mount Ephrayim.

²⁸ and Pinechas the son of El Azar the son of Aharon stands at the face of it in those days, saying, Go I yet again to war against the sons of Ben Yamin - my brother? Or cease? And Yah Veh says, Ascend; for tomorrow I give them into your hand.

THE ALLOTMENTS OF THE SONS OF AHARON
And to the sons of Aharon, these allotments: The sons of Aharon: Nadab and Abi Hu, El Azar and Iy Thamar: ² and Nadab and Abi Hu die at the face of their father and have no sons; and El Azar and Iy Thamar priest. ³ And David allots them, both Sadoq of the sons of El Azar and Achiy Melech of the sons of Iy Thamar, according to their overseeing in their service. ⁴ And they find more mighty heads of the sons of El Azar than of the sons of Iy Thamar; and they allot thus: Among the sons of El Azar: sixteen head men of the house of their fathers and eight among the sons of Iy Thamar according to the house of their fathers. ⁵ And they allot by pebble these with those: for the governors of the holies and governors of Elohim are of the sons of El Azar and of the sons of Iy Thamar: ⁶ and Shema Yah the son of Nethan El the scribe of the Leviym, inscribes them at the face of the sovereign and the governors and Sadoq the priest and Achiy Melech the son of Abi Athar and the head of the fathers of the priests and Leviym: one house of the fathers possessed for El Azar and one possessed for Iy Thamar.

¹¹ And behold, Amar Yah the head priest is over you in all words of Yah Veh; and Zebad Yah the son of Yishma El the eminent of the house of Yah Hudah, for all the words of the sovereign: and the Leviym, officers at your face. Strengthen and work and Yah Veh is with the good.

²⁰ And Azar Yah, the head priest and all the priests face him, and behold, he is leprous in his forehead and they hasten him from thence; yes, he himself also hastens to go out because Yah Veh touched him:

³⁰ and Pinechas stands and prays; and the plague restrains: ³¹ and it was fabricated to him for justness generation to generation eternally.

⁴ And no one takes this honor to himself except those called of Elohim exactly as Aharon. ^{Exodus 28:1, Numbers 16:40}

²⁸ And he says, Your name is said no more Yaaqov, but Yisra El: for you prevail with Elohim and with men - and prevail.

⁵ See, I taught you statutes and judgments, even as Yah Veh my Elohim misvahed me, to work thus midst the land you go to possess.

THE BLESSINGS OF OBEDIENCE And so be it, if in hearkening, you hearken to the voice of Yah Veh your Elohim, to guard and to work all his misvoth which I misvah you this day, Yah Veh your Elohim gives you - most high above all goyim of the earth:

⁵ But the eye of their Elah is on the elders of the Yah Hudiym, that they not stop them until the decree is brought to Daryavesh: and then they respond by epistle concerning this.

²² and work the celebration of matsah seven days with cheer: for Yah Veh cheers them and turns the heart of the sovereign of Ashshur unto them, to strengthen their hands in the work of the house of Elohim, the Elohim of Yisra El.

⁹ for on the first of the first month he founds the ascent to Babel: and on the first of the fifth month he comes to Yeru Shalem according to the good hand of his Elohim on him.

²² for I shame to ask the sovereign for men of valour and cavalry to help us against the enemy in the way: because we had said to the sovereign, saying, The hand of our Elohim is on all who seek him for good; but his strength and his wrath is against all who forsake him:

³¹ And we pull stakes from the river of Ahava on the twelfth of the first month to go to Yeru Shalem: and the hand of our Elohim is on us and he rescues us from the palm of the enemy and of such as lurk by the way:

¹⁰ and they are your servants and your people whom you redeemed by your great force and by your strong hand. ¹¹ O Adonay, I beseech you, Hearken now your ear to the prayer of your servant - and to the prayer of your servants who delight to awe your name: and prosper, I beseech you, your servant this day; and give him mercies in the face of this man. For I am a butler of the sovereign.

⁸ and an epistle to Asaph the guard of the paradise of the sovereign, to give me timber to fell beams for the portals of the palace - for the house and for the wall of the city and for the house I enter. - and the sovereign gives me, according to the good hand of my Elohim on me.

¹² and I rise in the night - I and some few men with me: and I tell no human what my Elohim gives in my heart to work at Yeru Shalem: and there is no animal with me except the animal I ride:

¹⁸ And I tell them of the hand of my Elohim who is good on me; and also the words the sovereign says to me. And they say, We rise and build! - and they strengthen their hands for this good.

¹⁵ And so be it, our enemies hear that we know that Elohim breaks their counsel, we all return to the wall - each man to his work:

⁴ And Ezra the scribe stands on a tower of timber they worked for the word; and Mattith Yah stands beside him; and Shema and Ana Yah and Uri Yah and Hilqi Yah and Maase Yah, on his right; Malki Yah and Hashum and Hashbad Danah, Zechar Yah and Meshullam.

¹³ And on the second day the heads of the fathers of all the people, the priests and the Leviym, gather to Ezra the scribe, even to comprehend the words of the torah.

²⁶ These are in the days of Yah Yaqim the son of Yah Shua the son of Yah Sadaq and in the days of Nechem Yah the governor and of Ezra the priest the scribe.

³⁶ and his brothers: Shema Yah and Azar El, Milalay, Gilalay, Maai, Nethan El and Yah Hudah, Hanani, with instruments of song of David the man of Elohim and Ezra the scribe at their face;

¹ To His Eminence; On Shoshannim/Trumpets; For the sons of Qorach; On Comprehension: Song of the Beloved. My heart bubbles a good word; I say of my works to the sovereign; my tongue is the stylus of a skillful scribe.

⁶ in all your ways know him and he straightens your paths:

² Why, when I came, was there no man? I called, and no one answered? In shortening, is my hand shortened, that it cannot redeem? Or have I no force to rescue? Behold, at my rebuke I parch the sea; I set the rivers a wilderness: their fish stink because there is no water and they die for thirst:

SEPARATION FROM YAH VEH
Behold, neither is the hand of Yah Veh shortened from saving nor his ear heavy from hearing:

⁸ How say you, We are wise and the torah of Yah Veh is with us? Behold, surely it works falsehood; the false stylus of the scribes works falsehood.

THE PARABLE OF THE HOUSEDESPOTES
And he says to them, So every scribe discipled to the sovereigndom of the heavens is likened to a human housedespotes who ejects new and old from his treasure.

²⁰ doctrinating them to guard all - as much as ever I misvahed you: and behold, I am with you all days - even to the completion/shalom of the eon. Amen. ^{*name: Exodus 3:3-15, Isaiah 42:8, John 8:58}

²⁰ Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this eon? Elohim indeed, follies he not the wisdom of this cosmos?

So finally we beseech you brothers - beseech you in Adonay Yah Shua, that exactly as you took from us, how you must walk and to please Elohim - to superabound more and more: ² for you know what evangelisms we gave you through Adonay Yah Shua.

And these are they whom David stands over the hand of song in the house of Yah Veh after the ark rests; ³² and they minister in song at the face of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation until Shelomoh builds the house of Yah Veh in Yeru Shalem: and then they stand on their service according to their judgment. ³³ - and these are they who stand with their sons. And Yah Shua enters the priestal precinct of Elohim and ejects all who sell and market in the priestal precinct; and upsets the tables of the coindealers and the cathedras of them who sell doves. ¹³ And words to them, It is scribed, My house is called the house of prayer; but you make it a grotto of robbers. ^{Isaiah 56:7}

¹⁴ So then, how call they on him in whom they trust not? And how trust they in him whom they heard not? And how hear they apart from a preacher? ¹⁵ And how preach they unless they are apostolized? JUDGMENTS FOR INJURIES
He who smites a man, thus he dies: in deathifying, deathify him. ¹³ And if a man lurks not, but Elohim happens him into his hand; then I set you a place for him to flee. ¹⁴ And if a man seethes against his friend, to slaughter him with strategy, take him from my sacrifice altar to die. ¹⁵ And he who smites his father, or his mother, in deathifying, deathify him. ¹⁶ And he who steals a man and sells him, or if they find him in his hand, in deathifying, deathify him. ¹⁷ And he who abases his father, or his mother, in deathifying, deathify him. ¹⁸ And if men strive together and man smites friend with a stone or with his fist, and he die not, but falls on his bed: ¹⁹ if he rises and walks out on his crutch, then exonerate him who smote him: only he gives for his shabbathism and has him thoroughly healed. ²⁰ And if a man smites his servant, or his maid, with a scion, and he dies under his hand, in avenging, avenge him. ²¹ Only, if he stays two days, he is not avenged: for he is his silver. ²² If men strive, and smite a woman that she conceives, so that her fruit departs from her and yet no mischief follows, in penalizing, penalize him, according as the master of the woman sets on him; and he gives according to the judges.

SHELOMOH ANOINTED TO YAH VEH

THE DEATH OF DAVID
