DAY ONE

⁷ He spreads the north over the void and hangs the earth on naught whatever;

¹⁴ Behold, these - the end of his ways; And how an inkling of a word is heard of him? And who discerns the thunder of his might?

⁶ By the word of Yah Veh were the heavens worked; and all their host by the spirit/wind of his mouth:

³⁰ you send your spirit, they are created: and you renew the face of the soil.

¹² Who measures the waters in his palm? And gauges the heavens with the span? And contains the dust of the earth in a tierce? And weighs the mountains in weights and the hills in a balance? ¹³ Who gauges the Spirit of Yah Veh? Or as his councilman makes known to him? ¹⁴ With whom counsels he and discerns him? And teaches him in the path of judgment? And teaches him knowledge? And makes known to him the way of discernment?

¹⁸ For thus says Yah Veh who created the heavens; Elohim himself who formed the earth and worked it; he established it; he created it not a waste; he formed it to settle therein: I - Yah Veh; and there is no one else.

²³ I see the earth; and behold, waste and empty; and the heavens, and no light:

¹⁰ she is empty and void and wasted: and the heart melts and the knees knock and much pain in all loins; and all their faces gather flushness.
