¹ When I heal Yisra El, then I expose the perversity of Ephrayim and the evil of Shomeron; for they do falsehood: and the thief enters and the troop strips in the outways:

HO TO EPHRAYIM
Ho, to the crown of pomp - to the intoxicated of Ephrayim whose adornment of splendor is a withering blossom on the head of the valleys of ointment of them who are hammered with wine!

¹² For our rebellions abound by the myriads in front of you; and our sins answer against us: for our rebellions are with us; and as for our perversities, we know them.

² Oh that it be, that I be in the wilderness as a lodging place of caravans; and I forsake my people and go from them; for they all adultererize - a private assembly who deals covertly: ³ and they bend their tongues as their bow for falsehood: and as for trustworthiness, they prevail not mightily on the earth; for they proceed from evil to evil and they know me not - an oracle of Yah Veh. ⁴ On guard, every man, of his friend and confide not in any brother: for in tripping the heel every brother trips the heel; and every friend walks with talebearers: ⁵ and every man mocks his friend and words not the truth: they teach their tongue to word falsehoods and weary themselves to pervert. ⁶ You settle midst deceit; through deceit they refuse to know me - an oracle of Yah Veh.

⁹ We heal Babel, and she heals not: forsake her; and go every man into his own land: for her judgment touches to the heavens, - lifts to the vapours.

⁴⁶ and your great sister is Shomeron - she and her daughters who settle at your left: and your younger sister who settles at your right is Sedom and her daughters.

⁴ and their names, Oholah and Oholi Bah her sister: and they are mine; and they birth sons and daughters. As to their names: Shomeron is Oholah and Yeru Shalem Oholi Bah.

THE JUDGMENT OF YAH VEH AGAINST YISRA EL
Hear this, O priests; and hearken, you house of Yisra El; and hearken, O house of the sovereign: for judgment is toward you because you become a snare on Mispeh, and a net spread over Tabor:

THE RESPONSE OF YAH VEH
O Ephrayim, what work I to you? O Yah Hudah, what work I to you? For your mercy is as a morning cloud, and as the early dew, goes away.

⁸ Gilad is a city of doers of mischief and trips with blood: ⁹ and as troops await a man, a commune of priests murders in the way to Shechem: for they work intrigue. ¹⁰ I see horror in the house of Yisra El: - the whoredom of Ephrayim, Yisra El defiles.

¹³ Woe to them! For they flee from me: ravage to them - because they rebel against me: and I - I redeem them; yet they word lies against me:

⁵ Cast your calf, O Shomeron; my wrath kindles against them: how long ere they are capable of innocency?

⁹ for they ascend to Ashshur - a wild runner alone by himself: Ephrayim hires lovers.

⁵ the fellow tabernaclers of Shomeron sojourn because of the heifers of Beth Aven: for the people mourn over it; and the ascetics twirl on it: for the honor is exiled from it:

¹² Ephrayim surrounds me with deceptions and the house of Yisra El with deceit: and Yah Hudah rambles on with El and is trustworthy with the holy.

¹⁴ they who oath by the guilt of Shomeron, and say, Your elohim, O Dan, lives! and, The way of Beer Sheba lives! - even they fall and never rise again.

¹⁶ And you guard the statutes of Omri and all the works of the house of Ach Ab; and you walk in their counsels: and I give you for a desolation, and the settlers for a hissing: and you bear the reproach of my people.

³ to do evil with both palms well-pleasingly, the governor and the judge ask for satisfaction; and the great words of the mischief of his soul: thus they pervert. ⁴ Their best is as a thorn; straighter than a thorn hedge: the day of your watchers and your visitation comes - now their perplexity. ⁵ Neither trust in a friend nor confide in a chiliarch: guard the opening of your mouth from her who lies in your bosom: ⁶ for son disgraces father; daughter rises against her mother; the daughter in law against her mother in law; the enemies of a man are the men of his own house. ⁷
THE SURVIVORS IN THE FINAL DAYS
And I - I watch to Yah Veh; I await Elohim of my salvation: my Elohim hears me.

YAH SHUA LAMENTS OVER YERU SHALEM
O, Yeru Shalem! Yeru Shalem! - you who slaughter the prophets and stone them apostolized to you! how often I willed to gather your children together - even in the manner a hen gathers her young under her wings - and you willed not!

O, Yeru Shalem, Yeru Shalem, who slaughters the prophets, and stones them who apostolize to you; how often I willed to gather your children together in manner as a hen her young under her wings: and you will not!
