THE BROKEN COVENANT
So be the word to Yirme Yah from Yah Veh, saying, ² Hear the words of this covenant; and word to the men of Yah Hudah and to the settlers of Yeru Shalem; ³ and say to them, Thus says Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El: Cursed is the man who hearkens not to the words of this covenant, ⁴ which I misvahed your fathers in the day I brought them from the land of Misrayim - from the iron furnace, saying, Hearken to my voice, and work them, according to all I misvah you: and you are my people, and I am your Elohim: ⁵ to raise the oath I oathed to your fathers - to give them a land flowing with milk and honey as this day. And I answer, and say, Amen, O Yah Veh. ⁶ And Yah Veh says to me, Call all these words in the cities of Yah Hudah and in the outways of Yeru Shalem, saying, Hear the words of this covenant, and work them. ⁷ For in witnessing, I witnessed to your fathers in the day I ascended them from the land of Misrayim to this day - starting early and witnessing, saying, Hearken to my voice! ⁸ And they neither hearkened nor spread their ear; and every man walked in the warp of his evil heart: and I brought on them all the words of this covenant which I misvahed them to work: and they worked them not. ⁹ And Yah Veh says to me, A conspiracy is found among the men of Yah Hudah and among the settlers of Yeru Shalem: ¹⁰ they return to the perversities of their forefathers who refused to hear my words; and go after other elohim to serve them: the house of Yisra El and the house of Yah Hudah break my covenant which I cut with their fathers. ¹¹ So thus says Yah Veh, Behold, I bring evil on them, which they are not able to escape; and though they cry to me I hearken not to them: ¹² and the cities of Yah Hudah and settlers of Yeru Shalem go and cry to the elohim to whom they incense: and in saving, they save them not in the time of their evil: ¹³ for as the number of your cities are your elohim, O Yah Hudah; and as the number of the outways of Yeru Shalem, you set up sacrifice altars to the shameful - sacrifice altars to incense to Baal. ¹⁴ And you - you neither pray for this people, nor lift a shout or prayer for them: for I hearken not in the time they call to me for their evil. ¹⁵ What - to my beloved in my house, her working intrigue with many and pass the holy flesh from you? when you work evil, you jump for joy. ¹⁶ Yah Veh calls your name, Green Olive! With the voice of a great rush he kindles fire thereon, and shatters the branches thereof. ¹⁷ And Yah Veh Sabaoth who plants you, words evil against you, because of the evil of the house of Yisra El and of the house of Yah Hudah, which they work against themselves to vex me by incensing to Baal. ¹⁸ And Yah Veh gives me knowledge thereof and I know it: then you show me their exploitations: ¹⁹ and I am as a lamb or a bullock brought to the slaughter; and I know not that they fabricate fabrications against me: - we ruin the tree with the bread and we cut him off from the land of the living so that we remember his name no more. ²⁰ And, O Yah Veh Sabaoth, who judges justly, who proofs the reins and the heart, I see your avengement on them: for to you I expose my plea. ²¹ So thus says Yah Veh of the men of Anathoth who seek your soul, saying, Prophesy not in the name of Yah Veh, that you die not by our hand. ²² So thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth, Behold, I visit on them: their youths die by the sword their sons and their daughters die by famine: ²³ and they have no survivors: for I bring evil on the men of Anathoth, the year of their visitation.

⁵ and now, if in hearing, you hear my voice and guard my covenant, then you - you become to me a peculiar possession above all people: for all the earth is mine:

¹⁷ And Yah Yada cuts a covenant between Yah Veh and between the sovereign and between the people to be a people to Yah Veh; and between the sovereign and between the people.

² and the sovereign ascends into the house of Yah Veh with all the men of Yah Hudah and all the settlers of Yeru Shalem and the priests and the prophets and all the people both small and great: and he calls out in their ears all the words of the scroll of the covenant found in the house of Yah Veh:

¹⁶ And Yah Yada cuts a covenant between him and between all the people and between the sovereign, to be a people to Yah Veh:

¹⁰ Now it is in my heart to cut a covenant with Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El to turn his fuming wrath from us.

³¹ And the sovereign stands in his station and cuts a covenant at the face of Yah Veh - to walk after Yah Veh and to guard his misvoth and his witnesses and his statutes with all his heart and with all his soul - to work the words of the covenant inscribed in this scroll.

⁶ And Yah Veh says to me, Call all these words in the cities of Yah Hudah and in the outways of Yeru Shalem, saying, Hear the words of this covenant, and work them.

¹³ Thus says Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El: I cut a covenant with your fathers in the day I brought them from the land of Misrayim - from the house of servants, saying, ¹⁴ At the end of seven years every man sends away his brother - a Hebrew sold to you - who serves you six years: send him away liberated from you: and your fathers neither hearkened to me, nor spread their ear. ¹⁵ And today you turn and work straight in my eyes in calling out liberty - every man to his friend; and you cut a covenant at my face in the house on which my name is called: ¹⁶ and you turn and profane my name: and every man has his servant and every man his maid to whom he spread liberty at their soul, to return, and bring them into subjection being for servants and for maids.

²⁶ Cursed he who raises not all the words of this torah to work them. - and all the people say, Amen.

THE CURSINGS OF DISOBEDIENCE And so be it, if you hearken not to the voice of Yah Veh your Elohim - to guard to work all his misvoth and his statutes which I misvah you this day, that all these abasements come on you and overtake you: ¹⁶ you, cursed in the city and you, cursed in the field: ¹⁷ cursed, your basket and your doughboard. ¹⁸ cursed, the fruit of your belly and the fruit of your soil; the fetus of your yoke and the riches of your flocks: ¹⁹ cursed in your coming and cursed in your going. ²⁰ Yah Veh sends on you cursing, confusion and rebuke, in all you spread your hand to work, until you become desolated and until you suddenly destruct at the face of the evil of your exploits whereby you forsake me. ²¹ Yah Veh adheres the pestilence to you, until he finishes you off from the soil you go to possess. ²² Yah Veh smites you with an emaciation and with a fever and with an inflammation and with a fevered fever and with the sword and with blasting and with palegreen; and they pursue you until you destruct: ²³ and your heavens over your head become copper and the earth under you becomes iron. ²⁴ Yah Veh gives the rain of your land as powder and dust: to descend on you from the heavens until you desolate: ²⁵ Yah Veh gives you, smitten at the face of your enemies: you go against them one way and flee their face seven ways: - removed into all the sovereigndoms of the earth. ²⁶ And your carcase becomes food for all flyers of the heavens and for the animals of the earth and no man trembles them. ²⁷ Yah Veh smites you with the ulcer of Misrayim and with the hemorrhoids and with the scurvy and with the itch whereof you cannot be healed. ²⁸ Yah Veh smites you with insanity and blindness and consternation of heart: ²⁹ and at noon, you grope in darkness as the blind grope; and you prosper not in your ways: and you become only oppressed and stripped all days and no man saves you. ³⁰ You betroth a woman and another man rapes her; you build a house and you settle not therein; you plant a vineyard and pluck not thereof: ³¹ your ox, slaughtered in front of your eyes and you not eat thereof; your he burro, stripped at your face - never to return to you; your flocks, given to your enemies and no one saves them: ³² your sons and your daughters, given to another people; and your eyes see, and fail for them all the day long; and there is no el in your hand. ³³ The fruit of your soil and all your labours, eaten by a people you know not; and you become only oppressed and crushed all days: ³⁴ so that you become insane because of the visage your eyes see. ³⁵ Yah Veh smites you in the knees and in the legs, with an evil ulcer that cannot be healed, from the sole of your foot to your scalp: ³⁶ Yah Veh carries you and the sovereign you raise over you, to a goyim whom neither you nor your fathers know; and there you serve other elohim - timber and stone. ³⁷ And you become a desolation, a proverb and a gibe, among all people Yah Veh drives you. ³⁸ You carry much seed to the field but ingather little; for the locust consumes it: ³⁹ you plant vineyards and serve them, but neither drink the wine nor gather the grapes; for the maggots eat them: ⁴⁰ you have olives throughout all your borders, but you anoint not with the oil; for your olive slips: ⁴¹ you birth sons and daughters but enjoy them not; for they go to captivity: ⁴² all your trees and fruit of your soil the locust possesses. ⁴³ The sojourner in your midst ascends upward and upward; and you descend downward and downward. ⁴⁴ He lends to you and you lend not to him: he becomes the head and you become the tail. ⁴⁵ And all these abasements come upon you and pursue you and overtake you until you become desolated - because you hearken not to the voice of Yah Veh your Elohim - to guard his misvoth and his statutes which he misvahed you: ⁴⁶ and they become for a sign and for an omen on you and on your seed eternally: ⁴⁷ because you serve not Yah Veh your Elohim with cheerfulness and with goodness of heart for the abundance of all ⁴⁸ - you serve the enemies Yah Veh sends against you in famine and in thirst and in nakedness and in want of all: and he gives a yoke of iron upon your neck, until he desolates you: ⁴⁹ Yah Veh lifts a goyim against you from afar - from the end of the earth, as the eagle flies; a goyim whose tongue you hear not; ⁵⁰ a goyim strong of face who neither exalts the face of the aged nor grants charism to the lads: ⁵¹ and he eats the fruit of your animals and the fruit of your soil until you desolate: and no crop survives - juice or oil or the fetus of your yoke or the riches of your flocks until he destroys you: ⁵² and he tribulates you in all your portals until your high and fortified walls topple - wherein you confided, throughout all your land: and he tribulates you in all your portals throughout all the land Yah Veh your Elohim gives you: ⁵³ and you eat the fruit of your own belly - the flesh of your sons and of your daughters; whom Yah Veh your Elohim gives you in the siege and in the distress, wherewith your enemies distress you: ⁵⁴ so that the man among you - tender and mighty delicate, his eye becomes evil toward his brother and toward the woman of his bosom and toward the remnant of his sons who remain: ⁵⁵ so that he gives not one of them of the flesh of his sons whom he eats: because he has none to survive him in the siege and in the distress, wherewith your enemies distress you in all your portals. ⁵⁶ The tender and delicate among you, who tests not to set the sole of her foot on the earth because of delicateness and tenderness, her eye becomes evil toward the man of her bosom and toward her son and toward her daughter ⁵⁷ and toward her fetus coming from between her feet and toward the sons she births: for she eats them covertly for lack of all in the siege and distress, wherewith your enemies distress you in your portals. ⁵⁸ If you guard not to work all the words of this torah inscribed in this scroll, to awe this honored and awesome name, YAH VEH YOUR ELOHIM; ⁵⁹ then Yah Veh makes your strokes marvelous and the strokes of your seed, great strokes and trustworthy; and evil sicknesses, trustworthy: ⁶⁰ and he restores on you all the diseases of Misrayim you feared at their face; and they adhere to you: ⁶¹ also every sickness and every stroke not inscribed in the scroll of this torah, Yah Veh ascends them on you until you desolate: ⁶² and you survive, few men in number, whereas you were as the stars of the heavens for abundance; all because you hear not the voice of Yah Veh your Elohim. ⁶³ And so be it, as Yah Veh rejoiced over you to well-please you and to abound you; thus Yah Veh rejoices over you to destroy you and to desolate you; and uproot you from the soil you go to possess: ⁶⁴ and Yah Veh scatters you among all people from the end of the earth to the end of the earth; and there you serve other elohim which neither you nor your fathers know - timber and stone. ⁶⁵ And among these goyim you neither blink nor rest the sole of your foot: and there Yah Veh gives you a quivering heart and failing of eyes and sorrow of soul: ⁶⁶ and suspends your life in front of you; and you fear day and night and trust not in your life: ⁶⁷ in the morning you say, O to give that it become evening! and at evening you say, O to give that it become morning! - for the fear of your heart that you fear and for the vision of your eyes that you see. ⁶⁸ And Yah Veh returns you to Misrayim with ships by the way I said to you, You see it never again: and there you sell yourselves to your enemies for servants and maids - and no man chattels you.

¹⁹ And so be it, he hears the words of this oath, and blesses himself in his heart, saying, I have shalom, though I walk in the warp of my heart, to scrape together the satiated with the thirsty: ²⁰ Yah Veh wills to not forgive him; for then the wrath and the jealousy of Yah Veh fumes against that man; and all the oaths inscribed in this scroll crouch upon him; and Yah Veh wipes his name from under the heavens:

THE WORKS OF THE TORAH VS THE CURSE OF THE TORAH
For as many as are of the works of the torah are under the curse: for it is scribed, Cursed is everyone who abides not in all which are scribed in the scroll of the torah - to do them. ¹¹ And it is evident that no one is justified by Elohim in the torah: for, The just live by trust. ¹² - and the torah is not of trust: but, The human who does them, lives in them. ^{Deuteronomy 27:6, Habakkuk 2:4, Leviticus 18:5 13}
THE MARKETING OF THE MESSIAH FROM THE CURSE OF THE TORAH
Messiah marketed us from the curse of the torah - becoming a curse for us: for it is scribed, Cursed is everyone who hangs on a staff:

⁸ and I give to you and to your seed after you the land of your sojournings - all the land of Kenaan for an eternal possession; and I become their Elohim.
COVENANT OF CIRCUMCISION

⁶ and working mercy to the thousands who love me and guard my misvoth.

²¹ Guard at his face and hear his voice, embitter him not; for he bears not your rebellions: for my name is in him. ²² But if in hearing, you hear his voice, and work all I word; then I become an enemy to your enemies and besiege them who tribulate you.

³ And Mosheh comes and describes to the people all the words of Yah Veh and all the judgments. And all the people answer with one voice, and say, All the words Yah Veh words, we work. ⁴ And Mosheh inscribes all the words of Yah Veh and starts early in the morning and builds a sacrifice altar under the mountain and twelve monoliths for the twelve scions of Yisra El: ⁵ and he sends lads of the sons of Yisra El, who holocaust holocausts and sacrifice sacrifices - shelamim of bullocks to Yah Veh: ⁶ and Mosheh takes half of the blood and puts it in bowls; and half of the blood he sprinkles on the sacrifice altar: ⁷ and he takes the scroll of the covenant and recalls in the ears of the people. And they say, All Yah Veh words, we work and hearken. ⁸ And Mosheh takes the blood and sprinkles it on the people and says, Behold the blood of the covenant Yah Veh cut with you concerning all these words.

³ If you walk in my statutes and guard and work my misvoth,

¹² and I walk among you and become to you, Elohim and you become to me, people:

²⁰ But Yah Veh took you and brought you from the iron furnace - even from Misrayim, to becomes his people of inheritance, as this day.

² Yah Veh our Elohim cut a covenant with us in Horeb: ³ Yah Veh cut not this covenant with our fathers but with us - we here this day - all of us alive.

²⁷ a blessing: if you hear the misvoth of Yah Veh your Elohim, which I misvah you this day:

THE BLESSINGS OF OBEDIENCE And so be it, if in hearkening, you hearken to the voice of Yah Veh your Elohim, to guard and to work all his misvoth which I misvah you this day, Yah Veh your Elohim gives you - most high above all goyim of the earth: ² and all these blessings come on you and overtake you; because you hearken to the voice of Yah Veh your Elohim. ³ Blessed, you in the city and blessed, you in the field; ⁴ blessed, the fruit of your belly and the fruit of your soil; and the fruit of your animals - the fetus of your yoke and the riches of your flocks; ⁵ blessed, your basket and your doughboard: ⁶ blessed in your coming and blessed in your going. ⁷ Yah Veh gives your enemies who rise against you - smitten at your face: they come against you one way and flee your face seven ways. ⁸ Yah Veh misvahs blessing on you in your ingatherings and in all you spread your hand to; and blesses you in the land Yah Veh your Elohim gives you. ⁹ Yah Veh raises you - a holy people to himself, as he oathed to you, when you guard the misvoth of Yah Veh your Elohim and walk in his ways: ¹⁰ and all people of the earth see the name of Yah Veh called upon you; and they awe you: ¹¹ and Yah Veh overflows you in goods - in the fruit of your belly and in the fruit of your animals and in the fruit of your soil - the soil Yah Veh oathed to your fathers to give you. ¹² Yah Veh opens his good treasure to you - the heavens to give the rain to your land in its time and to bless all the work of your hand: and you lend to many goyim and you borrow not. ¹³ And Yah Veh gives you the head and not the tail; and you become only upward and you never become downward; when you hearken to the misvoth of Yah Veh your Elohim, which I misvah you this day to guard and to work: ¹⁴ and turn not aside from any of the words I misvah you this day - right or left, to go after other elohim to serve them.

¹⁰ You stand this day - all of you at the face of Yah Veh your Elohim: your heads of your scions, your elders and your officers, with all the men of Yisra El, ¹¹ your toddlers, your women, and the sojourner inside your camp - from the hewer of your timber to the drawer of your water: ¹² to pass the covenant of Yah Veh your Elohim and his oath, which Yah Veh your Elohim cuts with you this day ¹³ - to raise you today, a people to himself; and that he become to you - Elohim - as he worded to you and as he oathed to your fathers - to Abraham, to Yischaq and to Yaaqov: ¹⁴ and not with you only cut I this covenant and this oath; ¹⁵ but with him who stands here with us this day at the face of Yah Veh our Elohim; and also with him who is not here with us this day:

²² And Shemu El says, Delights Yah Veh in holocausts and sacrifices as much as in hearing the voice of Yah Veh? Behold, hearing is better than sacrificing; and hearkening, than the fat of rams.

⁵¹ for they are your people and your inheritance, whom you brought from Misrayim from midst the furnace of iron:

¹⁰ Behold, I refined you, but not with silver; I chose you in the furnace of humiliation.

²² for I neither worded to your fathers, nor misvahed them in the day I brought them from the land of Misrayim concerning holocausts or sacrifices: ²³ But this I misvahed them, saying, Hearken to my voice, and I am your Elohim and you are my people: and walk in all the ways I misvah you, that it well-please you.

⁷ and I give them a heart to know me, I - Yah Veh: and they are my people, and I am their Elohim: for they return to me with their whole heart.

¹³ and now well-prepare your ways and your exploits and obey the voice of Yah Veh your Elohim; so that Yah Veh sighs concerning the evil he worded against you.

²² And you are my people, and I am your Elohim.

YAH VEH CUTS A NEW COVENANT
Behold, days come, - an oracle of Yah Veh that I cut a new covenant with the house of Yisra El and with the house of Yah Hudah: ³² not according to the covenant I cut with their fathers in the day I held them by the hand to bring them from the land of Misrayim - my covenant which they broke, although I was their master - an oracle of Yah Veh: ³³ For this is the covenant I cut with the house of Yisra El: After those days, - an oracle of Yah Veh I give my torah in their inwards and inscribe it in their hearts; and I become their Elohim and they become my people:

²⁸ So thus says Yah Veh: Behold, I give this city into the hand of the Kesediym, and into the hand of Nebukadnets Tsar sovereign of Babel; and he takes it:

²⁰ so that they walk in my statutes and guard my judgments and work them: and they are my people, and I am their Elohim.

¹¹ that the house of Yisra El neither stray from me any more nor foul with all their rebellions any more; and that they become my people and I become their Elohim - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh.

⁶ the day I lifted my hand to them, to bring them from the land of Misrayim to a land I explored for them - flowing with milk and honey - the splendor of all lands: ⁷ and I say to them, You, every man cast away the abominations of his eyes and foul not yourselves with the idols of Misrayim: I - Yah Veh your Elohim. ⁸ And they rebel against me and will to not hearken to me: they - every man neither cast away the abominations of their eyes, nor forsake the idols of Misrayim. And I say, I pour my fury on them to finish off my wrath against them midst the land of Misrayim. ⁹ And for sake of my name, I work to not profane it in the eyes of the goyim, among whom they are in whose eyes I make myself known to them in bringing them from the land of Misrayim: ¹⁰ and I bring them from the land of Misrayim and bring them into the wilderness: ¹¹ and I give them my statutes so that they know my judgments - which, if a human works, he lives in them: ¹² and also, I give them my shabbaths, to become a sign between me and between them so that they know that I Yah Veh hallow them.

²⁸ and I settle you in the land I gave your fathers: and you become my people and I become your Elohim:

²³ neither foul they themselves with their idols any more nor with their abominations nor with any of their rebellions: and I save them from all their sites wherein they sinned and purify them: so they are my people, and I am their Elohim.

²⁷ My tabernacle also is with them: yes, I am their Elohim and they become my people:

¹⁵ And they who are far off come and build in the manse of Yah Veh; and you know Yah Veh Sabaoth sends me to you. And so be it, if in hearkening, you hearken to the voice of Yah Veh your Elohim.

⁸ and I bring them, and they tabernacle midst Yeru Shalem: and they become my people, and I am their Elohim in truth and in justness.

⁹ and I bring the third through the fire and refine them as the refining of silver, and proof them as the proofing of gold: they call on my name, and I answer them: I say, My people: and they say, Yah Veh, My Elohim.

⁹ and being completed/shalamed he became the causer of eternal salvation to all who obey him;

⁸ For blaming them, he worded, Behold, days come, words Yah Veh, when I complete/shalam a new covenant with the house of Yisra El and with the house of Yah Hudah: ⁹ not according to the covenant I made with their fathers in the day I held their hand to lead them from the land of Misrayim - because they abode not in my covenant and I also disregarded them, words Yah Veh. ¹⁰ For this is the covenant I covenant with the house of Yisra El: After those days, words Yah Veh; I give my torah in their mind and epigraph them in their hearts: and I become to them - Elohim and they become to me - people:

¹⁶ and says, I oath by myself - an oracle of Yah Veh for because you work this word and withhold not your son, your only: ¹⁷ that blessing, I bless you and abounding, I abound your seed as the stars of the heavens and as the sand on the sea edge; and your seed possesses the portal of his enemies; ¹⁸ and in your seed bless all the goyim of the earth; because you hear my voice.

³ sojourn in this land and I AM with you and bless you; for I give all these lands to you and to your seed and I raise the oath I oathed to Abraham your father ⁴ and I abound your seed as the stars of the heavens and give all these countries to your seed: and in your seed all the goyim of the earth bless themselves ⁵ - because Abraham heard my voice and guarded my guard, my misvoth, my statutes and my torahs.

⁸ and I descend to deliver them from the hand of the Misrayim - ascend them from that land to a good and broad land to a land flowing with milk and honey; to the place of the Kenaaniy and the Hethiy and the Emoriy and the Perizziy and the Hivviy and the Yebusiy; ⁹ and now, behold, the cry of the sons of Yisra El comes to me: and I also see the oppression wherewith the Misrayim oppress them. ¹⁰ Go now, and I send you to Paroh, to bring forth my people the sons of Yisra El from Misrayim. ¹¹ And Mosheh says to Elohim, Who am I, to go to Paroh and bring forth the sons of Yisra El from Misrayim? ¹²
ELOHIM REVEALS HIMSELF AS I AM WHO I AM
And he says, For this cause I AM with you; and this is your sign, that I sent you: In bringing the people from Misrayim, you serve Elohim on this mountain. ¹³ And Mosheh says to Elohim, Behold, I come to the sons of Yisra El and say to them, The Elohim of your fathers has sent me to you; and they say to me, What is his name? What say I to them? ¹⁴ And Elohim says to Mosheh, I AM who I AM: and he says, Say thus to the sons of Yisra El, I AM sent me to you. Read Yahn 8:58 ¹⁵ And again Elohim says to Mosheh, Say thus to the sons of Yisra El, Yah Veh Elohim of your fathers, Elohim of Abraham, Elohim of Yischaq and Elohim of Yaaqov, sends me to you: this is my name eternally and this is my memorial generation to generation. ¹⁶ Go and gather the elders of Yisra El and say to them, Yah Veh Elohim of your fathers, Elohim of Abraham, of Yischaq and of Yaaqov, was seen by me, saying, In visiting, I visit you, - what is worked to you in Misrayim: ¹⁷ and I say, I ascend you from the humiliation of Misrayim to the land of the Kenaaniy and the Hethiy and the Emoriy and the Perizziy and the Hivviy and the Yebusiy - to a land flowing with milk and honey.

¹⁶ And they and our fathers seethed and hardened their necks and hearkened not to your misvoth ¹⁷ and refused to hearken; and remembered not the marvels you worked among them and hardened their necks; and in their rebellion gave a head to return them to their servitude. But you are an Elohah of forgivenesses, charismatic and merciful, slow to wrath and of great mercy and forsook them not.

²⁶ and they were rebellious and rebelled against you and cast your torah behind their backs and slaughtered your prophets who witnessed against them to turn them to you: and they worked great scornings:

¹³ For from their least, even to their greatest, every one greedily gains to greedy gain; and from the prophet, even to the priest, every one works falsely:

¹⁰ So I give their women to others and their fields to their successors: for every one from the least even to the greatest greedily gains to greedy gain - from the prophet even to the priest - every one works falsely.

¹¹ The heads judge for a bribe and the priests teach for a price, and the prophets divine for silver: yet they lean on Yah Veh, saying, Is not Yah Veh among us? Evil approaches us not!

² the merciful destruct from the earth; and no one among humanity is straight: they all lurk for blood; every man hunts his brother with a net ³ to do evil with both palms well-pleasingly, the governor and the judge ask for satisfaction; and the great words of the mischief of his soul: thus they pervert.

HO TO YERU SHALEM
Ho to her who rebels and profanes, - the oppressing city! ² She hearkens not to the voice; she takes not discipline; she confides not in Yah Veh; she approaches another Elohim. ³ Her governors within her are roaring lions; her judges are evening wolves; they craunch not until morning: ⁴ her prophets are frothy and covert men; her priests profane the holies; they violate the torah:

³⁸ But the cultivators see the son, and they say among themselves, This is the heir! Come! Slaughter him! Seize his inheritance! ³⁹ And they take him and eject him from the vineyard and slaughter him.

THE PLOT TO SLAUGHTER YAH SHUA
Then the archpriests and the scribes and the elders of the people assemble together in the courtyard of the archpriest worded Caiaphas: ⁴ and they counsel together on how to overpower Yah Shua by deception and slaughter him:

RESUME' OF IDOLATRIES Remember and forget not how you enraged Yah Veh your Elohim in the wilderness: from the day you departed from the land of Misrayim until you came to this place you are rebellious against Yah Veh.

¹⁶ and Yah Veh says to Mosheh, Behold, you lie with your fathers; and this people rises and whores after the elohim of the strangers of the land among whom they go; and forsake me: and break the covenant I cut with them:

¹⁹ And so be it, at the death of the judge, they return, more ruinous than their fathers, by going after other elohim to serve them and to prostrate to them; they neither fall from their exploits nor from their hard way.

³⁰ and the sovereign ascends to the house of Yah Veh with all the Yah Hudiy and the settlers of Yeru Shalem and the priests and the Leviym and all the people from great to small: and he calls out in their ears all the words of the scroll of the covenant they found in the house of Yah Veh. ³¹ And the sovereign stands in his station and cuts a covenant at the face of Yah Veh - to walk after Yah Veh and to guard his misvoth and his witnesses and his statutes with all his heart and with all his soul - to work the words of the covenant inscribed in this scroll. ³² And he has all who are found in Yeru Shalem and Ben Yamin to stand to it: and the settlers of Yeru Shalem work according to the covenant of Elohim the Elohim of their fathers. ³³ And Yoshi Yah turns aside all the abhorrences from all the lands of the sons of Yisra El; and has all who are found in Yisra El to serve - to serve Yah Veh their Elohim: and all his days, they turn not aside from after Yah Veh the Elohim of their fathers.

⁸ and not be as their fathers - a revolting and rebellious generation - a generation that prepared not their heart - whose spirit was not trustworthy with El. ⁹ The sons of Ephrayim, armed, hurling bows, turn back in the day of battle; ¹⁰ they guard not the covenant of Elohim and refuse to walk in his torah;

And Yah Veh says to me in the days of Yoshi Yah the sovereign, See you what apostate Yisra El works? She goes on every high mountain and under every green tree, and whores there. ⁷ And I say, after she works all these, You, return to me. - and she returns not. And her covert sister Yah Hudah sees: ⁸ and I see, when for all the causes whereby apostate Yisra El adulterized I sent her away and gave her a scroll of divorce; yet her sister Yah Hudah who deals covertly awes not, and goes and whores also. ⁹ And so be it, through the voice of her whoredom she profanes the land, and adulterizes with stones and with timber. ¹⁰ And yet for all this her sister Yah Hudah who deals covertly returns not to me with her whole heart, but in falsehood - an oracle of Yah Veh. ¹¹ And Yah Veh says to me, The apostate Yisra El justifies her soul more than Yah Hudah who deals covertly.

³² not according to the covenant I cut with their fathers in the day I held them by the hand to bring them from the land of Misrayim - my covenant which they broke, although I was their master - an oracle of Yah Veh:

⁵⁹ For thus says Adonay Yah Veh: I work with you as you work - who despise the oath to break the covenant.

⁷ in that you bring in sons of strangers uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh to be in my holies, to profane it - my house, when you oblate my bread, the fat and the blood, and they break my covenant with all your abhorrences:

THE RESPONSE OF YAH VEH
O Ephrayim, what work I to you? O Yah Hudah, what work I to you? For your mercy is as a morning cloud, and as the early dew, goes away.

⁷ And they, as humanity, trespass the covenant: there they deal covertly against me.

¹⁶ they return, but not to Elyon: they are as a deceitful bow: their governors fall by the sword for the rage of their tongue: this is their derision in the land of Misrayim.

⁶ and they who apostatize from Yah Veh - who neither seek Yah Veh nor enquire of him.

⁴ Become not as your fathers to whom the former prophets called out, saying thus: - an oracle of Yah Veh Sabaoth Turn, I beseech, from your evil ways and from your evil exploits! - and they neither heard nor hearkened to me - an oracle of Yah Veh.

⁵¹ You hardnaped and noncircumcised in heart and ears, you ever oppose the Holy Spirit. As your fathers, also you. ⁵² Which of the prophets have your fathers not persecuted? And they slaughtered them who pre-evangelized concerning the coming of the Just - of whom you now become traitors and murderers:

⁹ not according to the covenant I made with their fathers in the day I held their hand to lead them from the land of Misrayim - because they abode not in my covenant and I also disregarded them, words Yah Veh.

¹⁶ Thus says Yah Veh, Behold, I bring evil on this place and the settlers thereof - all the words of the scroll the sovereign of Yah Hudah calls out:

²⁴ Thus says Yah Veh: Behold, I bring evil on this place and on its settlers, all the oaths inscribed in the scroll which they call out at the face of the sovereign of Yah Hudah:

⁴¹ They cry, and there is no savior; - to Yah Veh, but he answers them not.

¹⁸ If I see mischief in my heart Adonay hears me not:

²⁸ Then they call me, and I answer not; they seek me early, and they find me not;

¹ A man of reproofs, with hardened neck, breaks in a blink - and there is no healing.

¹⁵ And in spreading your palms, I conceal my eyes from you: yes, your abounding prayers I hear not: your hands are filled with blood.

¹⁷ fear and the pit and the snare are upon you, O settler of the earth.

¹⁹ Hear, O earth! Behold, I bring evil on this people - the fruit of their fabrications because they hearken not to my words, and my torah, they spurn.

¹⁴ And you - you neither pray for this people, nor lift a shout or prayer for them: for I hearken not in the time they call to me for their evil.

¹⁷ And Yah Veh Sabaoth who plants you, words evil against you, because of the evil of the house of Yisra El and of the house of Yah Hudah, which they work against themselves to vex me by incensing to Baal.

¹² When they fast, I hear not their shout; and when they holocaust a holocaust and an offering, they please me not: and I finish them off by the sword and by the famine and by the pestilence.

² And so be it, if they say to you, Where go we? you say to them, Thus says Yah Veh: Such as are for death, to death; and such as are for the sword, to the sword; and such as are for the famine, to the famine; and such as are for the captivity, to the captivity:

³ and say, Hear the word of Yah Veh, O sovereigns of Yah Hudah and settlers of Yeru Shalem; thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth, Elohim of Yisra El: Behold, I bring evil on this place, by which whoever hears, his ears tingle:

¹⁵ Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth, Elohim of Yisra El: Behold, I bring on this city and on all her towns all the evil I worded against it; because they harden their necks to not hear my words.

¹² So their way is to them as slippery in the darkness: they are overthrown and fall therein: for I bring evil on them - the year of their visitation - an oracle of Yah Veh.

¹⁷ so thus says Yah Veh Elohim Sabaoth, Elohim of Yisra El, Behold, I bring on Yah Hudah and on all the settlers of Yeru Shalem all the evil I worded against them: because I worded to them, and they heard not; and I called to them, and they answered not.

³¹ and I visit on him and his seed and his servants for their perversity; and I bring on them and on the settlers of Yeru Shalem and on the men of Yah Hudah all the evil I worded against them: and they hearken not.

⁵ Thus says Adonay Yah Veh: An evil, one evil, behold, has arrived;

¹⁸ So I also work in fury: neither my eye spares, nor I compassion: and though they call out in my ears with a great voice, yet I hear them not.

¹⁴ and the flight destructs from the swift: neither the strong strengthens his force nor the mighty rescues his soul: ¹⁵ neither stands he who manipulates the bow; nor rescues he who is swift of foot: nor rescues he his soul who rides the horse:

¹⁹ - as a man flees the face of a lion and a bear meets him; or goes into the house and props his hand on the wall and a serpent bites him:

JUDGMENT OF YAH VEH
I see Adonay stationed on the sacrifice altar; and he says, Smite the lintel of the door, so as to quake the thresholds: and crop them in the head - all of them; and I slaughter the last of them with the sword: and he who flees, flees not to them, and the escapee escapes not to them. ² And if they dig into sheol my hand takes them from there; and if they ascend to the heavens I bring them down from there: ³ and if they hide in the top of Karmel/orchard I search and take them from there; and if they hide from my eyes in the floor of the sea I misvah the serpent to bite them there; ⁴ and if they go into captivity at the face of their enemies, I misvah the sword to slaughter them there: and I set my eyes on them for evil and not for good.

⁴ Then they cry to Yah Veh, and he answers them not: he even hides his face from them at that time, as they vilify in their exploits.

¹³ and so be it, as he calls, and they hearken not; thus they call, and I hearken not, says Yah Veh Sabaoth:

²⁴ Agonize to enter through the narrow gate: for many, I word to you, seek to enter, and are not able; ²⁵ for from whenever the housedespotes rises and locks the portal; and you begin to stand outside and to knock at the portal, wording, Adonay, Adonay, open to us; - and he answers you, saying, I know not whence you are: ²⁶ - then you begin to word, We ate and drank in your sight, and you doctrinated in our broadways. ²⁷ And he says, I word to you, I know not whence you are; depart from me, all you workers of injustice. ²⁸ There becomes weeping and gnashing of teeth whenever you see Abraham and Yischaq and Yaaqov and all the prophets in the sovereigndom of Elohim - and you yourselves thrust out.

³ For whenever they word, Shalom and security; then unexpected ruin stands over them - exactly as travail upon a woman having in womb; and they never no way escape.

³ who being the effulgence of glory and the character of his essence and bearing all by the rhema of his dynamis, when he, through himself, made a purifying of our sins, sat down at the right of the Majesty on high:

¹⁶ and word to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us and secrete us from the face of him sitting on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb: ¹⁷ because the mega day of his wrath is come; and who is able to stand?

³⁷ And he says, Where are their elohim? - their rock in whom they sought refuge

¹⁴ go and cry to the elohim you chose; have them save you in the time of your tribulation.

²² and in the time of his distress he adds to treason against Yah Veh - this is that sovereign Achaz:

²⁰ Gather and come; draw near together, you escapees of the goyim: they who bear the timber of their sculptile, know not, and pray to an el who saves not.

²⁸ And where are the elohim you worked for yourself? Have them rise, if they can save you in the time of your evil: for the number of your cities are your elohim, O Yah Hudah.

¹⁶ They arouse his jealousy with strangers and with abominations they vex him: ¹⁷ they sacrifice to demons, not to Elohah; to elohim whom they knew not - new - from nearby, who whirled not your fathers.

⁴ And he builds sacrifice altars in the house of Yah Veh; of which Yah Veh said, In Yeru Shalem I set my name: ⁵ and he builds sacrifice altars for all the host of the heavens in the two courts of the house of Yah Veh:

⁵ And he ceases the ascetics whom the sovereigns of Yah Hudah gave to incense in the bamahs in the cities of Yah Hudah and in the places all around Yeru Shalem; also them who incensed to Baal to the sun and to the moon and to the constellations and to all the host of the heavens:

¹³ And the sovereign fouls the bamahs at the face of Yeru Shalem at the right of the mount of ruin, which Shelomoh the sovereign of Yisra El built for Ashtoreth the abomination of the Sidoniy, and for Kemosh the abomination of the Moabiy, and for Milchom the abhorrence of the sons of Ammon:

THE WHOREDOM OF YISRA EL
Saying, If a man sends away his woman, and she goes from him, and becomes to another man, returns he to her again? In profaning, is not that land profaned? And you whore with many friends and return to me - an oracle of Yah Veh. ² Lift your eyes to the barrens and see! Where have you not raped? You sit for them in the ways as the Arabiy in the wilderness; and you profane the land with your whoredoms and with your evil.

²⁴ For shame devours the labor of our fathers from our youth - their flocks and their herds their sons and their daughters:

⁹ you steal, murder, and adulterize, and oath falsely and incense to Baal; and walk after other elohim whom you know not:

⁵ and build the bamahs of Baal to burn their sons with fire for holocausts to Baal - which I neither misvahed nor worded - nor ascended into my heart.

³⁵ and they build the bamahs of Baal in Gay Ben Hinnom/Valley of the Son of Burning, to pass their sons and their daughters through to Molech - which I neither misvahed them nor ascended it into my heart that they work this abhorrence to have Yah Hudah sin.

¹¹ Is there mischief in Gilad? surely they are vanity: they sacrifice oxen in Gilgal; yes, their sacrifice altars are as heaps in the furrows of the fields.

¹⁰ and now, leave me, and I kindle my wrath against them and I finish them off: and I work of you a great goyim.

²⁴ He who hates is recognized by his lips and places deceit within him; ²⁵ when his voice grants charism, trust him not; for there are seven abhorrences in his heart;

¹⁶ and neither pray for this people nor lift shouts nor prayers for them; nor intercede to me: for I hear you not.

¹¹ So thus says Yah Veh, Behold, I bring evil on them, which they are not able to escape; and though they cry to me I hearken not to them:

¹¹ And Yah Veh says to me, Pray not for this people for their good.

JUDGMENT
And Yah Veh says to me, Though Mosheh and Shemu El stand at my face, yet my soul is not toward this people: send them from my face, and go.

⁶ With their flocks and with their herds they go to seek Yah Veh; and find not: he withdraws himself from them.

¹⁶ Whenever anyone sees his brother sin a sin not to death, have him ask; and he gives him life for them who sin not to death. There is a sin to death: I word not that he ask for it.

¹⁶ And to the wicked Elohim says, What is it to you to scribe my statutes? - to lift my covenant in your mouth?

¹⁴ who cheers to work evil and twirls in the perversions of evil;

²³ It is as ridicule to a fool to work intrigue; and to a man of discernment, wisdom.

⁸ The sacrifice of the wicked is an abhorrence to Yah Veh; and the prayer of the straight is his pleasure.

²⁷ The sacrifice of the wicked is abhorrence; how much more, when he brings it with intrigue?

¹⁸ as the rabid who shoot fiery darts, arrows and death,

⁹ He who turns his ear from hearing the torah, even his prayer is an abhorrence.

¹¹ Why your abundant sacrifices to me? says Yah Veh: I am satiated by the holocausts of rams and the fat of fatlings; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks or of lambs or of he goats. ¹² When you come to be seen at my face, who beseeches this at your hand - to trample my courts? ¹³ Add no more vain offerings; incense is an abhorrence to me; the new moons and shabbaths, the calling of convocations, I cannot; it is mischief: and the private assembly. ¹⁴ Your new moons and your seasons my soul hates: they are a burden to me; I weary to bear them. ¹⁵ And in spreading your palms, I conceal my eyes from you: yes, your abounding prayers I hear not: your hands are filled with blood.

THE SIN OF YISRA EL
Thus says Yah Veh, Where is the scroll of divorcement of your mother whom I sent away? Or to which of my exactors have I sold you? Behold, for your perversities you sold yourselves, and for your rebellions is your mother sent away.

² Go and call out in the ears of Yeru Shalem, saying, Thus says Yah Veh, I remember you; the mercy of your youth, the love of your betrothals - your going after me in the wilderness in a land not seeded.

⁸ and I see, when for all the causes whereby apostate Yisra El adulterized I sent her away and gave her a scroll of divorce; yet her sister Yah Hudah who deals covertly awes not, and goes and whores also.

¹⁴ Turn, O apostate sons - an oracle of Yah Veh for I am married to you: and I take you, one of a city and two of a family and I bring you to Siyon:

⁸ Behold, you confide in false words that benefit not; ⁹ you steal, murder, and adulterize, and oath falsely and incense to Baal; and walk after other elohim whom you know not: ¹⁰ and then you come and stand at my face in this house on which my name is called, and say, We are rescued! in order to work all these abhorrences. ¹¹ Becomes this house, on which my name is called, a cave of tyrants in your eyes? Behold, even I see - an oracle of Yah Veh.

⁷ I forsook my house; I abandoned my inheritance; I gave the beloved of my soul into the palm of her enemies:

²⁵ build your ramah at every head of the way so that your beauty is abhorred; and spread your feet to every one passing by and abound your whoredoms. ²⁶ And you whore with the sons of Misrayim your fellow tabernaclers, great of flesh; and abound your whoredoms to vex me. ²⁷ Behold, I spread my hand over you and diminish your statute; and give you to the soul of them who hate you - the daughters of the Peleshethiym who shame over your way of intrigue. ²⁸ And you whore with the sons of Ashshur, because you are not satisfied; yes, you whore with them, and yet you are not satisfied. ²⁹ You abound your whoredom in the land of Kenaan to the Kesediym; and yet you are not satisfied with this. ³⁰ How weak your heart - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh seeing you work all these - the work of a domineering whorish woman; ³¹ building your arch in the head of every way; and working your ramah in every broadway: and not being as a whore who ridicules a payoff; ³² but as a woman who adulterizes, who takes strangers instead of her man! ³³ They give payoffs to all whores: and you give payoffs to all your lovers, and hire them to come to you from all around for your whoredom. ³⁴ And the contrary is in you of women in your whoredoms; whereas no one whores after you: and in that you give a payoff and no payoff is given to you: so you are contrary.

² Son of humanity, two women are the daughters of one mother, ³ and they whore in Misrayim; they whore in their youth: there they pierce their breasts and there they work the nipples of their virginity: ⁴ and their names, Oholah and Oholi Bah her sister: and they are mine; and they birth sons and daughters. As to their names: Shomeron is Oholah and Yeru Shalem Oholi Bah. ⁵ And Oholah whores under me; and she pants after her lovers - on the neighboring Ashshuri ⁶ - governors and prefects enrobed with blue - all youths of desire - cavalry riding on horses. ⁷ Thus she gives her whoredoms with them - with all the chosen sons of Ashshur and with all whom she pants after: she fouls herself with all their idols: ⁸ she forsakes not her whoredoms from Misrayim: for in her youth they lie with her and work the nipples of her virginity and pour their whoredom on her. ⁹ So I give her into the hand of her lovers - into the hand of the sons of Ashshur whom she pants after. ¹⁰ They expose her nakedness: they take her sons and her daughters and slaughter her with the sword: and she becomes a name among women; and they work judgments on her. ¹¹ And her sister Oholi Bah sees this, and in her panting, she ruins more than her, and in her whoredoms more than her sister in her whoredoms. ¹² She pants after the neighboring sons of Ashshur - governors and prefects enrobed most splendidly, - cavalry riding on horses - all youths of desire. ¹³ Then I see her foul - one way to both; ¹⁴ and she increases her whoredoms: for when she sees men engraved on the wall - images of the Kesediym engraved with vermilion ¹⁵ girdled with girdles on their loins exceeding in dyed attire on their heads - all of them tertiaries in visage after the likeness of the sons of Babel of Kesediym, the land of their kindred. ¹⁶ And at the sight of her eyes, she pants after them, and sends angels to them to Kesediym: ¹⁷ and the sons of Babel come to her into the bed of love, and they foul her with their whoredom and she is fouled by them; and her soul alienates from them: ¹⁸ and she exposes her whoredoms and exposes her nakedness: and I alienate my soul from her as I alienated my soul from her sister: ¹⁹ and she abounds her whoredoms in remembering the days of her youth wherein she whored in the land of Misrayim: ²⁰ and she pants after their concubines - whose flesh is as the flesh of burros and whose flux is as the flux of horses. ²¹ You visit the intrigue of your youth, in working your nipples by the Misrayim for the breasts of your youth.

THE RECONCILIATION OF HOSHEA
Then Yah Veh says to me, Go again; love a woman beloved of her friend, and an adulteress, according to the love of Yah Veh toward the sons of Yisra El, who face other elohim and love cakes of grapes.

¹² If a man bears holy flesh in the wing of his clothes, and with his wing touches bread or pottage or wine or oil or any food, is it hallowed? And the priests answer and say, No. ¹³ Then Haggay says, If a fouled dead soul touches any of these, is it fouled? And the priests answer and say, Fouled. ¹⁴ And Haggay answers and says, Thus is this people and thus is this goyim at my face - an oracle of Yah Veh and thus is every work of their hands; and what they oblate there is fouled.

¹¹ And the sovereign enters to observe those reposing: and there he sees a human not endued in a marriage enduement:

²⁸ and seeing Yah Shua, he screams, and prostrates in front of him: and with a mega voice, says, What have I to do with you, Yah Shua, you Son of El Elyon? I petition you, torture me not.

²⁸ Indeed, as concerning the evangelism, enemies for your sakes: but as touching the selection, beloved for the sakes of the fathers.

⁶ never cheers in injustice but co-cheers in the truth,

¹⁵ Indeed, to the pure, all are pure: and to the defiled and trustless, naught is pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.

¹⁶ And now you boast in your boastings: all such boasting is evil.

⁸ And I, as a green olive tree in the house of Elohim, confide in the mercy of Elohim eternally and eternally:

¹⁶ - burnt with fire - cut down; they destruct at the rebuke of your face.

² For, behold, your enemies roar; they who hate you lift their head;

³⁰ For you become as an oak whose leaf withers, and as a garden without water: ³¹ and the powerful become as tuft and his deeds as a spark; and they both burn together, and no one quenches.

¹¹ when the harvests wither, they break them off: the women come, and light them: for it is a people of no understanding: so he who worked them, mercies them not, and he who formed them, grants them no charism.

¹⁴ And I visit on you according to the fruit of your exploits - an oracle of Yah Veh and I kindle a fire in the forest and it consumes all around it.

⁴ Behold, it is given into the fire for fuel; the fire consumes both the ends thereof and scorches the midst thereof. Prospers it for work? ⁵ Behold, in being integrious, it works no work: How much less work works it when the fire consumes and scorches? ⁶ So thus says Adonay Yah Veh: As I give the vine tree among the trees of the forest as fire for fuel, thus I give the settlers of Yeru Shalem: ⁷ and I give my face against them; they come from the fire; and fire consumes them: and you know I - Yah Veh when I set my face against them:

⁴⁷ and say to the forest of the south, Hear the word of Yah Veh; Thus says Adonay Yah Veh: Behold, I kindle a fire in you; and it consumes every fresh tree in you and every dry tree: the flaming flame quenches not; and all faces from the south to the north inflame: ⁴⁸ and all flesh sees that I Yah Veh burn it: it quenches not.

¹⁰ and also the axe is already laid to the root of the trees: so every tree not producing good fruit is exscinded and cast into the fire.

⁶ Unless anyone abides in me, he is cast as a branch and withers; and men gather them and cast them into the fire and burn them.

¹⁷ And if some of the branches are exscinded and you, being a wild olive, are ingrafted and with them become co-partaker of the root and fatness of the olives; ¹⁸ exult not against the branches. But if you exult, you bear not the root, but the root you. ¹⁹ So you say, The branches were exscinded, to ingraft me. ²⁰ Well! Because of trustlessness, they were exscinded and by trust, you stand. ¹⁰ and I set a place for my people Yisra El and plant them to tabernacle in their own place that they neither quiver any more nor that the sons of wickedness add to abase them - as formerly

² how you dispossessed the goyim with your hand and planted them; how you vilified the nations and sent them out.

⁸ You pluck a vine from Misrayim; you exile the goyim and plant it.

¹⁵ and the plant your right planted; and the son you strengthened for yourself
