And say to them, A man - any man of the house of Yisra El or of the sojourners sojourning among you who holocaust a holocaust or sacrifice,

² Word to the sons of Yisra El and say to them, If any human of you oblate a qorban to Yah Veh, oblate your qorban of the animals, even of the oxen and of the flock. ³
HOLOCAUST QORBANS
If his qorban is a holocaust of the oxen he oblates an integrious male: he oblates it at his pleasure at the opening of the tent of the congregation at the face of Yah Veh;

⁴ and brings it not to the opening of the tent of the congregation, to oblate a qorban to Yah Veh at the face of the tabernacle of Yah Veh; blood fabricates to that man - he poured blood; and that man is cut off from among his people

¹⁰ and a man - any man of the house of Yisra El or of the sojourners sojourning among you who eats any manner of blood - I give my face against that soul who eats blood and cut him off from among his people.

²⁶ and build a sacrifice altar to Yah Veh your Elohim on top of this stronghold by the arrangement; and take the second bullock and holocaust a holocaust with the timber of the asherah you cut down.

⁹ And Shemu El takes one milking lamb and holocausts a holocaust totally to Yah Veh: and Shemu El cries to Yah Veh for Yisra El; and Yah Veh answers him.

And he says, Triple! - and they triple. ³⁵ And the water goes all around the sacrifice altar; and he also fills the channel with water. ³⁶ And so be it, at the holocaust of the offering, Eli Yah the prophet comes near and says, Yah Veh Elohim of Abraham, Yischaq, and Yisra El, so be it known this day that you are Elohim in Yisra El and I your servant: and by your word I work all these. ³⁷ Answer me, O Yah Veh, answer me, so that this people knows you are Yah Veh Elohim and that you turn their heart backward. ³⁸ Then the fire of Yah Veh falls; and consumes the holocaust and the timber and the stones and the dust and licks up the water in the channel.

¹¹ For from the rising of the sun even to the entry of the same my name is great among the goyim; and in every place incense is brought to my name, and a pure offering: for my name is great among the goyim, says Yah Veh Sabaoth.
