And if the whole witness of Yisra El err inadvertently; and the word is concealed from the eyes of the congregation; and they work one of the misvoth of Yah Veh not to be worked - and guilt;

⁴ Or if a soul oath, pronouncing with his lips to vilify or to well-please - whatever a human pronounces with an oath and it is concealed from him - when he knows thereof, he guilts in one of these.

¹⁷ And if a soul sins and works one of these not to be worked by the misvoth of Yah Veh; though he knows not, yet he guilts and bears his perversity.

²¹ Moreover the soul who touches any foulness, as human foulness or animal foulness or any abominable foulness, and eats of the flesh of the sacrifice of shelamim to Yah Veh, even that soul becomes cut off from his people.

¹¹ yes, they are an abomination to you: eat not of their flesh and abominate their carcases.

²⁴ And for these you become foul: whoever touches their carcase becomes foul until the evening. ²⁵ And whoever bears of their carcase, washes his clothes and becomes foul until the evening: ²⁶ every animal splitting the hoof, but neither cleaves the cleft of the hoof nor regurgitates the cud is foul to you: every one who touches them becomes foul. ²⁷ And whatever goes on his paws, among all live beings that go on all four, are foul to you: whoever touches their carcase becomes foul until the evening. ²⁸ And he who bears their carcase, washes his clothes and becomes foul until the evening: they are foul to you. ²⁹ And these are foul to you among the teemers teeming on the earth: the weasel and the mouse and the tortoise in species, ³⁰ and the shrieker and the chameleon and the lizard and the snail and the mole; ³¹ these are foul to you among all the teemers: whoever touches them, in their death, becomes foul until the evening: ³² and on whatever any of them, when they are dead, falls, becomes foul; whether any instrument of timber or clothes or skin or saq - whatever instrument, wherein work is worked: and it becomes foul until the evening; put it in water: thus be it purified. ³³ And every pottery instrument that falls midst any of them, whatever is in its midst becomes fouled; and you break it. ³⁴ Of all food to eat, on which such water comes, becomes foul: and all drink to drink in every such instrument becomes foul: ³⁵ and all whereupon their carcase falls becomes foul - oven or ranges for pots - pull them down for they are foul - foul to you. ³⁶ Only, a fountain or well - a congregating of water, is pure: but what touches their carcase becomes foul. ³⁷ And if their carcase falls on any seeding seed to be seeded, it is pure: ³⁸ and if any water is given on the seed and their carcase fall thereon, it becomes foul to you. ³⁹ And if any animal for food, dies; he who touches the carcase thereof becomes foul until the evening: ⁴⁰ and he who eats of the carcase thereof washes his clothes and becomes foul until the evening: and he who bears the carcase thereof washes his clothes and becomes foul until the evening.

¹¹ He who touches the human soul who died becomes foul seven days: ¹² he purifies for his sin with it on the third day, and on the seventh day, he purifies: but if he purifies not for his sin the third day, then the seventh day he purifies not. ¹³ Whoever touches the human soul who died - who is dead and purifies not for his sin, fouls the tabernacle of Yah Veh; and that soul becomes cut off from Yisra El: the water of exclusion not being sprinkled on him he becomes foul; his foulness is still on him. ¹⁴ This is the torah, when a human dies in a tent: all who come into the tent and all inside the tent, becomes foul seven days: ¹⁵ and every open instrument, with no clasp braided thereon, becomes foul: ¹⁶ and whoever touches someone pierced with a sword in the face of the fields, or that died, or a bone of a human, or a tomb, becomes foul seven days.

⁸ and the hog, because it splits the hoof yet chews not the cud, it is unclean unto you: neither eat their flesh nor touch their carcase.

¹² Inadvertent errors - who discerns? Exonerate me from the hidden;

¹¹ You, turn aside! Turn aside! Come out from thence! Touch not the foul! You, come from her midst! You, be purified, who bear the instruments of Yah Veh.

¹³ Then Haggay says, If a fouled dead soul touches any of these, is it fouled? And the priests answer and say, Fouled.

⁴⁴ Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees! Hypocrites! for you are as covered tombs, and the humans who walk over know it not.
