1
RACHAB PROTECTS THE SPIES And Yah Shua the son of Nun sends two men from Shittim to spy quietly, saying, Go see the land of Yericho. - and they go, and come to the house of a woman - a whore named Rachab, and lie down there. 2 And it is said to the sovereign of Yericho, saying, Behold, men of the sons of Yisra El came in tonight to explore the land. 3 And the sovereign of Yericho sends to Rachab, saying, Bring the men who came to you who entered your house: for they came to explore all the land. 4 And the woman takes the two men, and hides them, and says thus, Men came to me, but I know not whence: 5 and so be it, at the shutting of the portal, at dark, the men went: where the men went, I know not: pursue after them hastily and overtake them. 6 And she ascends them to the roof; and hides them with the timbers of flax she aligned on the roof: 7 and the men pursue after them the way to Yarden to the passages: and as soon as they pursue them, they shut the portal. 8 And ere they lie down, she ascends to them on the roof; 9 and says to the men, I know Yah Veh gives you the land and that your terror befalls us; and that all the settlers of the land melt at your face: 10 for we hear how Yah Veh withered the water of the Reed sea at your face, in your going from Misrayim; and what you worked to the two sovereigns of the Emoriy on the other side Yarden - Sichon and Og, whom you devoted: 11 we hear and our hearts melt, and no more spirit/wind rises in any man at your face: for Yah Veh your Elohim is Elohim in the heavens above and on the earth below. 12 And now I beseech you, oath to me by Yah Veh, surely I worked you mercy, that you also work mercy to the house of my father, and give me a true sign: 13 that you save alive my father and my mother and my brothers and my sisters and all they have, and rescue our souls from death. 14 And the men say to her, Our soul dies for yours, if you tell not this word; and in giving, when Yah Veh gives us the land, we work mercy and truth with you. 15 Then she descends them by a cord through the window: for her house is on the wall and she settles on the wall. 16 And she says to them, Go to the mountain, lest the pursuers meet you; and hide yourselves three days, until the pursuers return: and afterward go your way. 17 And the men say to her, We are innocent of this your oath which you had us oath. 18 Behold, when we come into the land, bind this cord of scarlet thread in the window whereby you descended us: and gather your father, and your mother, and your brothers, and all the household of your father to your house: 19 and so be it, whoever goes outside the doors of your house, his blood is on his head, and we are innocent: and whoever is in the house with you, if any hand is on him, his blood is on our head: 20 and if you tell this our word, then we are innocent of this oath you had us oath. 21 And she says, According to your words, so be it. and she sends them away and they go; and she binds the scarlet cord in the window. 22 And they go and come to the mountain and settle there three days until the pursuers return: and the pursuers seek them all the way but find them not.

Joshua 6:22-25

22 And to the two men who spied the land, Yah Shua says, Go into the house of the woman, and bring out the woman and all she has, as you oathed to her. 23 And the lads, the spies go in, and bring out Rachab and her father and her mother and her brothers and all she has; and they bring out all her family, and leave them outside the camp of Yisra El: 24 and they burn the city and all therein with fire: only, they give the silver and the gold and the instruments of copper and of iron to the treasury of the house of Yah Veh. 25 And Yah Shua saves Rachab the whore alive with the household of her father and all she has; and she settles within Yisra El to this day; because she hid the angels Yah Shua sent to spy out Yericho.

SHEMU EL IN BETH LECHEM
And Yah Veh says to Shemu El, How long mourn you for Shaul, seeing I refuse him to reign over Yisra El? Fill your horn with oil and go! I send you to Yishay the Beth Lechemiy: for I see a sovereign among his sons.

1 Samuel 16:11-13

11 And Shemu El says to Yishay, Are these all your integrious lads? And he says, There survives yet the youngest; and behold, he tends the flock. And Shemu El says to Yishay, Send and take him: for we turn not around until he comes hither. 12
DAVID ANOINTED
And he sends and brings him in: and he is ruddy and of beautiful eyes and goodly to see. And Yah Veh says, Rise! Anoint him! For this is he. 13 Then Shemu El takes the horn of oil, and anoints him midst his brothers: and the Spirit of Yah Veh prospers on David from that day onward. - and Shemu El rises and goes to Ramah.

NATHAN AND BATH SHEBA
Nathan says to Bath Sheba the mother of Shelomoh saying, Hear you not that Adoni Yah the son of Haggith reigns and David our adoni knows it not? 12 and now come, I pray you, and I counsel you to rescue your own soul and the soul of your son Shelomoh: 13 go and enter to sovereign David, and say unto him, Oathed you not, my adoni, O sovereign, to your maid, saying, Assuredly Shelomoh your son reigns after me, and settles on my throne? Why reigns Adoni Yah? 14 Behold, while you still word with the sovereign, I also come in after you, and fulfill/shalam your words. 15 And Bath Sheba enters to the sovereign into the chamber: and the sovereign ages mightily; and Abi Shag the Shunemiyth ministers to the sovereign: 16 and Bath Sheba bows and prostrates to the sovereign. And the sovereign says, What - to you? 17 And she says to him, My adoni, you oathed to your maid by Yah Veh your Elohim, Assuredly Shelomoh your son reigns after me and settles on my throne.

1 Kings 1:28-31

28 Then sovereign David answers and says, Call Bath Sheba. - and she comes at the face of the sovereign and stands at the face of the sovereign. 29 And the sovereign oaths and says, Yah Veh lives - who redeemed my soul from all tribulation: 30 even as I oathed to you by Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El, saying, Assuredly Shelomoh your son reigns after me and he settles on my throne in my stead; even so in working, I work this day. 31 Then Bath Sheba bows with nostrils to the earth and prostrates to the sovereign and says, O that my adoni sovereign David live eternally.

And in the twentieth year of Yarob Am sovereign of Yisra El Asa reigns over Yah Hudah: 10 and he reigns forty-one years in Yeru Shalem. And the name of his mother, Maachah the daughter of Abi Shalom. 11 And Asa works straight in the eyes of Yah Veh as David his father: 12 and he passes the hallowed whoremongers from the land, and turns aside all the idols his fathers worked: 13 and also turns aside his mother Maachah from being lady, because she worked an idol of awe in an asherah; and Asa cuts off her idol of awe and burns it by the wadi Qidron: 14 and the bamahs are not turned aside: only, the heart of Asa is at shalom with Yah Veh all his days: 15 and he brings in the holies of his father and his own holies to the house of Yah Veh - silver and gold and instruments. 16 And so be it, war between Asa and between Basha sovereign of Yisra El all their days: 17 and Basha sovereign of Yisra El ascends against Yah Hudah and builds Ramah that he gives no one to go or to come to Asa sovereign of Yah Hudah: 18 and Asa takes all the silver and the gold remaining in the treasures of the house of Yah Veh, and the treasures of the house of the sovereign, and gives them to the hand of his servants: and sovereign Asa sends them to Ben Hadad the son of Tab Rimon the son of Hezyon sovereign of Aram; who settles at Dammeseq, saying, 19 There is a covenant between me and between you, and between my father and between your father: behold, I sent you a bribe of silver and gold; come and break your covenant with Basha sovereign of Yisra El, so that he ascends from me. 20 So Ben Hadad hearkens unto sovereign Asa, and sends the governors of his valiant against the cities of Yisra El; and smites Iyon and Dan and Abel Beth Maachah and all Kinneroth with all the land of Naphtali. 21 And so be it, Basha hears, and he ceases building Ramah and settles in Tirsah. 22 Then sovereign Asa has all Yah Hudah hear - none is exonerated: and they lift the stones of Ramah, and the timber wherewith Basha built; and with them, sovereign Asa builds Geba of Ben Yamin and Mispeh. 23 The rest of all the words of Asa, and all his might, and all he worked, and the cities he built, are they not inscribed in the scroll of the words of the days of the sovereigns of Yah Hudah? Only, in the time of his old age he was sick in his feet:

THE DEATH OF ABI YAH
And Abi Yah lies down with his fathers - entombed in the city of David: and Asa his son reigns in his stead. In his days the land rests ten years. 2
ASA REIGNS OVER YAH HUDAH
And Asa works good and straight in the eyes of Yah Veh his Elohim: 3 and he turns aside the sacrifice altars of the strange and the bamahs and breaks down the monoliths and cuts down the asherim: 4 and says to Yah Hudah to seek Yah Veh Elohim of their fathers; and to work the torah and the misvah: 5 and he turns aside the bamahs and the sun icons from all the cities of Yah Hudah; and the sovereigndom rests at his face: 6 and he builds rampart cities in Yah Hudah: for the land rests and he has no war in those years; because Yah Veh rests him. 7 And he says to Yah Hudah, We build these cities and surround them with walls and towers, doors and bars while the land is still at our face; because we seek Yah Veh our Elohim: we seek him and he rests us all around. - and they build and prosper. 8 And Asa, has from Yah Hudah, mighty of valour who bear shields and javelins three hundred thousand; and from Ben Yamin, who bear bucklers and arched bows two hundred and eighty thousand. - all these mighty of valour. 9 And Zerach the Kushiy goes against them with a thousand thousand of valour and three hundred chariots and comes to Mareshah; 10 and Asa goes at his face and they line up for war in the valley of Sephathah at Mareshah. 11 And Asa calls to Yah Veh his Elohim and says, Yah Veh, it is naught with you to help - between many, or them who have no force: help us, O Yah Veh our Elohim; for we lean on you; and in your name we go against this multitude. O Yah Veh, you are our Elohim; may mortal man not restrain against you. 12 And Yah Veh smites the Kushiy at the face of Asa and at the face of Yah Hudah; and the Kushiy flee: 13 and Asa and the people with him pursue them to Gerar: and the Kushiy are felled, for they have no invigoration; for they break at the face of Yah Veh and at the face of his camp; and they bear away a mighty abundance of plunder: 14 and they smite all the cities all around Gerar; for the fear of Yah Veh comes on them: and they plunder all the cities; for there is exceeding much spoil in them: 15 and they smite the tents of chattel and capture flocks and camels in abundance and return to Yeru Shalem.

1 Kings 15:24

24 and Asa lies down with his fathers and is entombed with his fathers in the city of David his father: and Yah Shaphat his son reigns in his stead.

1 Kings 22:2-50

2 and so be it, in the third year, Yah Shaphat the sovereign of Yah Hudah descends to the sovereign of Yisra El. 3 And the sovereign of Yisra El says to his servants, Know you not that Ramoth Gilad is ours? And we hush in taking it from the hand of the sovereign of Aram? 4 And he says to Yah Shaphat, Come with me to war to Ramoth Gilad? And Yah Shaphat says to the sovereign of Yisra El, I as you; my people as your people; my horses as your horses. 5 And Yah Shaphat says to the sovereign of Yisra El, Enquire, I beseech you today, the word of Yah Veh. 6 And the sovereign of Yisra El gathers the prophets - about four hundred men and says to them, Go I to war against Ramoth Gilad? Or cease I? And they say, Ascend; for Adonay gives it in the hand of the sovereign. 7 And Yah Shaphat says, Is there not a prophet of Yah Veh here - to enquire of him? 8 And the sovereign of Yisra El says to Yah Shaphat, There is still one man, Michah Yah the son of Yimlah, by whom we may enquire of Yah Veh: but I hate him; for he prophesies no good concerning me; but evil. And Yah Shaphat says, O that the sovereign not say thus. 9 Then the sovereign of Yisra El calls one eunuch and says, Hasten Michah Yah the son of Yimlah! 10 And the sovereign of Yisra El and Yah Shaphat the sovereign of Yah Hudah settle - each man on his throne; their clothes enrobed; in a threshingfloor in the opening of the portal of Shomeron: and all the prophets prophesy at their face. 11 And Sidqi Yah the son of Kenaanah works himself horns of iron: and he says, Thus says Yah Veh, But the Aramiy with these until you finish them off. 12 And all the prophets prophesy thus, saying, Ascend to Ramoth Gilad and prosper: for Yah Veh gives it in the hand of the sovereign. 13
MICHAH YAH PROPHESIES DEFEAT
And the angel who goes to call Michah Yah words to him, saying, Behold now, the words of the prophets are good to the sovereign with one mouth: and so be it, I beseech you, your word as their word - a good word. 14 And Michah Yah says, Yah Veh lives: what Yah Veh says to me, I word. 15 And he comes to the sovereign; and the sovereign says to him, Michah Yah, Go we to war against Ramoth Gilad? Or cease? And he says to him, Ascend and prosper: for Yah Veh gives it into the hand of the sovereign. 16 And the sovereign says to him, How many times oath I you that you word me naught but truth in the name of Yah Veh? 17 And he says, I see all Yisra El scattered on the mountains as flocks with no tender: and Yah Veh says, These have no adoni: return them - every man to his house in shalom. 18 And the sovereign of Yisra El says to Yah Shaphat, Said I not to you that he prophesies no good concerning me - but evil? 19 And he says, Therefore hear the word of Yah Veh: I see Yah Veh settled on his throne and all the host of the heavens stand by him at his right and at his left. 20 And Yah Veh says, Who entices Ach Ab to ascend and fall at Ramoth Gilad? And this one says thus; and that one says thus: 21 and a spirit goes and stands at the face of Yah Veh and says, I entice him. 22 And Yah Veh says to him, How? And he says, I go and I become a false spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he says, Entice him and also prevail: Go! Work thus! 23 And now behold, Yah Veh gives a false spirit in the mouth of all these your prophets and Yah Veh words evil concerning you. 24 And Sidqi Yah the son of Kenaanah comes near and smites Michah Yah on the cheek and says, Where passes the Spirit of Yah Veh from me to word to you? 25 And Michah Yah says, Behold, you see in that day when you go into an inner chamber to hide yourself. 26 And the sovereign of Yisra El says, Take Michah Yah and return him to Amon the governor of the city and to Yah Ash the son of the sovereign: 27 and say, Thus says the sovereign, Set this one in the prison house; and have him eat bread of oppression and water of oppression, until I come in shalom. 28 And Michah Yah says, If in returning, you return in shalom, Yah Veh words not thus by me. And he says, Hearken, O people - all of you. 29
ACH AB DEATHIFIED
And the sovereign of Yisra El and Yah Shaphat the sovereign of Yah Hudah ascend to Ramoth Gilad: 30 and the sovereign of Yisra El says to Yah Shaphat, I disguise myself and enter the war; but you enrobe your clothes. - and the sovereign of Yisra El disguises himself and goes to war. 31 And the sovereign of Aram misvahs his thirty-two governors who rule over his chariots, saying, Fight neither with small nor great, except only, with the sovereign of Yisra El. 32 And so be it, the governors of the chariots see Yah Shaphat, and they say, Surely it is the sovereign of Yisra El. And they turn to fight him: and Yah Shaphat cries out. 33 And so be it, the governors of the chariots see it is not the sovereign of Yisra El, and they turn back from after him. 34 And a man draws a bow in his integrity and smites the sovereign of Yisra El between the joints of the habergeon: and he says to his charioteer, Turn your hand and bring me from the camp; for I am sick. 35 And the war ascends that day: and the sovereign stays in his chariot against the Aramiy and dies at evening: and the blood from the stroke pours into the bosom of the chariot. 36 And a shout passes through the camp at about the descent of the sun, saying, Every man to his city and every man to his own land. 37 And the sovereign dies and enters Shomeron; and they entomb the sovereign in Shomeron: 38 and they overflow the chariot in the pool of Shomeron; and the dogs lap his blood; and they bathe his armour; according to the word Yah Veh worded. 39 And the rest of the words of Ach Ab and all he worked and the ivory house he built and all the cities he built are they not inscribed in the scroll of the words of the days of the sovereigns of Yisra El? 40 And Ach Ab lies down with his fathers; and Achaz Yah his son reigns in his stead. 41

And the men of war, mighty of valour, are in Yeru Shalem: 14 and these are the mustered according to the house of their fathers: of Yah Hudah, the governors of thousands: Adnah the governor and with him - three hundred thousand mighty of valour; 15 and at his hand: Yah Hanan the governor; and with him - two hundred and eighty thousand; 16 and at his hand: Amas Yah the son of Zichri who volunteers to Yah Veh; and with him mighty of valour - two hundred thousand; 17 and of Ben Yamin; Eli Ada mighty of valour and with him, them kissed with bow and buckler - two hundred thousand; 18 and at his hand, Yah Zabad: and with him equipped for hostility - a hundred and eighty thousand. 19 - these ministered to the sovereign, beside them the sovereign gives in the fortified cities throughout all Yah Hudah.

And all the people of Yah Hudah take Uzzi Yah - a son of sixteen years to reign in the stead of his father Amaz Yah. 2 He builds Eloth and restores it to Yah Hudah, after the sovereign lies down with his fathers. 3 A son of sixteen years is Uzzi Yah when he begins to reign; and he reigns fifty-two years in Yeru Shalem. the name of his mother, Yechol Yah of Yeru Shalem. 4 And he works straight in the eyes of Yah Veh, according to all his father Amaz Yah worked: 5 and he seeks Elohim in the days of Zechar Yah, - who discerns in the seeings of Elohim: and in the days he seeks Yah Veh Elohim prospers him. 6 And he goes and fights the Peleshethiy and breaks the wall of Gath and the wall of Yabneh and the wall of Ashdod; and builds cities around Ashdod and among the Peleshethiy: 7 and Elohim helps him against the Peleshethiy and against the Arabiy who settle in Gur Baal and the Maoniy: 8 and the Ammoniy give offerings to Uzzi Yah: and his name goes to the entering of Misrayim; for he strengthens exceedingly. 9 Uzzi Yah builds towers in Yeru Shalem at the corner portal and at the valley portal and at the corners and strengthens them: 10 and he builds towers in the wilderness and hewes many wells: for he has much chattel - both in the lowlands and in the plains - cultivators and vine dressers in the mountains and in orchards/Karmel: for he loves the soil: 11 and Uzzi Yah has a host of valiant warriors who work war - who go to the hostility by troops; according to the number mustered by the hand of Yei El the scribe and Maase Yah the officer under the hand of Hanan Yah, of the governors of the sovereign: 12 the whole number of the head of the fathers of the mighty of valour - two thousand and six hundred: 13 and under their hand is a host - three hundred thousand and seven thousand and five hundred who work war with valiant force to help the sovereign against the enemy. 14 And throughout all the host Uzzi Yah prepares for them bucklers and javelins and helmets and habergeons and bows and stones for slings: 15 and in Yeru Shalem he works fabrications - the fabrication of fabricators to be on the towers and on the corners from which to flow arrows and great stones: and his name goes afar off; for they help him marvellously until he prevails. 16 And he strengthens, and exalts his heart to his ruin; and he treasons against Yah Veh his Elohim: and goes into the manse of Yah Veh to incense on the sacrifice altar of incense. 17 And Azar Yah the priest goes in after him and eighty priests of Yah Veh with him - sons of valour: 18 and they withstand Uzzi Yah the sovereign and say to him, This becomes you not, Uzzi Yah, to incense to Yah Veh: but only to the priests, the sons of Aharon, who are hallowed to incense: go from the holies; for you treason; it is not for your honor from Yah Veh Elohim. 19 And Uzzi Yah rages: and has a censer in his hand to incense: and as he rages with the priests, the leprosy rises in his forehead at the face of the priests in the house of Yah Veh beside the incense sacrifice altar. 20 And Azar Yah, the head priest and all the priests face him, and behold, he is leprous in his forehead and they hasten him from thence; yes, he himself also hastens to go out because Yah Veh touched him: 21 and Uzzi Yah the sovereign is a leper to the day of his death and settles in a liberty house - a leper; for he is cut off from the house of Yah Veh: and Yah Tham his son is over the house of the sovereign judging the people of the land. 22 And the rest of the words of Uzzi Yah - first and last Yesha Yah the prophet the son of Amos, inscribes. 23 And Uzzi Yah lies down with his fathers - entombed with his fathers in the field of the tomb of the sovereigns; for they say, He is a leper: and Yah Tham his son reigns in his stead.

YECHIZQI YAH REIGNS IN YERU SHALEM
And so be it, in the third year of Hoshea son of Elah sovereign of Yisra El, Yechizqi Yah the son of Achaz sovereign of Yah Hudah reigns: 2 a son of twenty-five years when he begins to reign; and he reigns twenty-nine years in Yeru Shalem: the name of his mother, Abi the daughter of Zechar Yah: 3 and he works straight in the eyes of Yah Veh, according to all David his father worked: 4 he turns aside the bamahs and breaks the monoliths and cuts down the asherim and crushes the copper serpent Mosheh worked: for in those days the sons of Yisra El incensed to it: and he called it Coppery/Nechustan. 5 He confides in Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El; and there is none like him among all the sovereigns of Yah Hudah - neither after him nor at his face: 6 and he adheres to Yah Veh and turns not aside from after him; but guards the misvoth Yah Veh misvahed Mosheh: 7 and Yah Veh is with him; he comprehends wherever he goes: and he rebels against the sovereign of Ashshur and serves him not: 8 he smites the Peleshethiy to Azzah - to the borders; from the tower of the guards to the fortified city. 9 And so be it, in the fourth year of sovereign Yechizqi Yah - the seventh year of Hoshea son of Elah sovereign of Yisra El, Shalmaneser sovereign of Ashshur ascends against Shomeron and besieges it: 10 and at the end of three years they capture it: in the sixth year of Yechizqi Yah - in the ninth year of Hoshea sovereign of Yisra El Shomeron is captured: 11 and the sovereign of Ashshur exiles Yisra El to Ashshur; and guides them in Halach and in Habor by the river Gozan; and in the cities of the Madaim: 12 because they hearken not to the voice of Yah Veh their Elohim; but trespass his covenant; and all that Mosheh the servant of Yah Veh misvahed they neither hearken nor work them. 13 And in the fourteenth year of sovereign Yechizqi Yah, Sancherib sovereign of Ashshur ascends against all the cut off cities of Yah Hudah and apprehends them. 14 And Yechizqi Yah sovereign of Yah Hudah sends to the sovereign of Ashshur to Lachish saying, I sinned; turn away from me: whatever you give on me, I bear. And the sovereign of Ashshur sets to Yechizqi Yah sovereign of Yah Hudah three hundred rounds of silver and thirty rounds of gold: 15 and Yechizqi Yah gives him all the silver found in the house of Yah Veh and in the treasures of the house of the sovereign. 16 At that time, Yechizqi Yah chops off the doors of the manse of Yah Veh and the pillars Yechizqi Yah sovereign of Yah Hudah overlaid; and gives them to the sovereign of Ashshur: 17 and the sovereign of Ashshur sends Tartan the chief eunuch and Rab Shaqeh/the chief butler from Lachish to sovereign Yechizqi Yah with heavy valiant against Yeru Shalem: and they ascend and come to Yeru Shalem: and they ascend and come and stand by the Pool Elyon in the highway of the field of the fuller: 18 and they call to the sovereign; and El Yaqim the son of Hilqi Yah who is over the household, and Shebna the scribe, and Yah Ach the son of Asaph the remembrancer go out to them. 19 And Rab Shaqeh/the chief butler says to them, Now say to Yechizqi Yah, Thus says the great sovereign the sovereign of Ashshur, What is this confidence wherein you confide? 20 For you said, They are but words of lips! I have counsel and might for the war! Now on whom confide you, to rebel against me?

YAH THAM REIGNS IN YERU SHALEM
Yah Tham is a son of twenty-five years when he begins to reign: and he reigns sixteen years in Yeru Shalem. the name of his mother, Yerushah the daughter of Sadoq. 2 And he works straight in the eyes of Yah Veh according to all his father Uzzi Yah worked: only he enters not into the manse of Yah Veh: and the people ruin. 3 He builds Elyon Portal of the house of Yah Veh and on the wall of Ophel he builds abundantly: 4 and he builds cities in the mountains of Yah Hudah and in the forests he builds palaces and towers: 5 and he fights the sovereign of the sons of Ammon and prevails against them. And the same year, the sons of Ammon give him a hundred rounds of silver and ten thousand kors of wheat and ten thousand of barley: the sons of Ammon return this to him both the second year and the third: 6 and Yah Tham prevails because he prepares his ways at the face of Yah Veh his Elohim. 7 And the rest of the words of Yah Tham and all his wars and his ways, behold, are they not inscribed in the scroll of the words of the days of the sovereigns of Yah Hudah and Yisra El? 8 He is a son of twenty-five years when he begins to reign; and reigns sixteen years in Yeru Shalem: 9 and Yah Tham lies down with his fathers - entombed in the city of David: and Achaz his son reigns in his stead.

ACHAZ REIGNS IN YERU SHALEM
Achaz is a son of twenty years when he begins to reign: and he reigns sixteen years in Yeru Shalem: and he works not straight in the eyes of Yah Veh as David his father: 2 and he walks in the ways of the sovereigns of Yisra El and also works moltens for Baalim: 3 and he incenses in the valley of the son of burning and burns his sons in the fire - as the abhorrences of the goyim whom Yah Veh dispossessed at the face of the sons of Yisra El: 4 and he sacrifices and incenses in the bamahs and on the hills and under every green tree: 5 and Yah Veh his Elohim gives him into the hand of the sovereign of Aram and they smite him; and capture a great multitude and bring them to Dammeseq: and he is given into the hand of the sovereign of Yisra El, who smites him with a great stroke. 6 And Peqach the son of Remal Yah slaughters in Yah Hudah a hundred and twenty thousand in one day - all sons of valour; because they forsake Yah Veh Elohim of their fathers. 7 And Zichri, mighty of Ephrayim, slaughters Maase Yah the son of the sovereign and Ezri Qam the eminent of the house and El Qanah the second to the sovereign: 8 and the sons of Yisra El capture two hundred thousand of their brothers - women, sons and daughters: and also plunder much spoil from them and bring the spoil to Shomeron. 9 And a prophet of Yah Veh is there; his name, Oded: and he goes at the face of the host who come to Shomeron, and says to them, Behold, Yah Veh Elohim of your fathers in his fury with Yah Hudah gives them into your hand: slaughter them in a rage it touches to the heavens. 10 And now, sons of Yah Hudah and Yeru Shalem, you say to subdue them as your servants and maids: but have you not guilt - all yours against Yah Veh your Elohim? 11 And now hear me; and return the captives you captured of your brothers: for the fuming wrath of Yah Veh is on you. 12 And the men, heads of the sons of Ephrayim, Azar Yah the son of Yah Hanan Berech Yah the son of Meshillemoth and Yechizqi Yah the son of Shallum and Amasa the son of Hadlai rise against them who come from the hostility 13 and say to them, Bring not the captives here for the guilt against Yah Veh is on us; and you say to add to our sins and to our guilt: for our guilt is great and there is fuming wrath against Yisra El. 14 And the equipped leave the captives and the plunder at the face of the governors and all the congregation: 15 and the men appointed by name rise and hold the captives; and enrobe all the naked with the spoil - enrobe them and enclose them and give them to eat and to drink and anoint them; and guide all who faltered on he burros: and bring them to Yericho, the city of palm trees, beside their brothers: and they return to Shomeron. 16 At that time, sovereign Achaz sends to help the sovereign of Ashshur: 17 and again the Edomiy come and smite Yah Hudah and capture captives: 18 and the Peleshethiy strip the cities of the lowlands and of the south of Yah Hudah and capture Beth Shemesh and Aijalon and Gederoth and Sochoh with the daughters thereof and Timnah with the daughters thereof and Gimzo and the daughters thereof: and there they settle. 19 For Yah Veh humbles Yah Hudah because of Achaz sovereign of Yisra El - for he exposed Yah Hudah and in treasoning, treasoned against Yah Veh. 20 And Tilgath Pileser sovereign of Ashshur comes to him and besieges him; but strengthens him not. 21 For Achaz allots of the house of Yah Veh and of the house of the sovereign and of the governors and gives it to the sovereign of Ashshur: but he helps him not: 22 and in the time of his distress he adds to treason against Yah Veh - this is that sovereign Achaz: 23 and he sacrifices to the elohim of Dammeseq who smite him: and he says, Because the elohim of the sovereigns of Aram help them - so I sacrifice to them - that they help me. - and they stumble him and of all Yisra El. 24 And Achaz gathers the instruments of the house of Elohim; and chops the instruments of the house of Elohim and shuts the doors of the house of Yah Veh and works himself sacrifice altars in every corner of Yeru Shalem: 25 and in city by city of Yah Hudah he works bamahs to incense to other elohim and vexes Yah Veh Elohim of his fathers. 26
THE DEATH OF ACHAZ
And the rest of his words and of all his ways - first and last, behold, are they not inscribed in the scroll of the words of the days of the sovereigns of Yah Hudah and Yisra El? 27 And Achaz lies down with his fathers - entombed in the city in Yeru Shalem: but they bring him not into the tombs of the sovereigns of Yisra El. - and Yechizqi Yah his son reigns in his stead.

2 Chronicles 29:1-32

YECHIZQI YAH REIGNS IN YERU SHALEM
Yechizqi Yah begins to reign - a son of twenty-five years: and he reigns twenty-nine years in Yeru Shalem. And the name of his mother, Abi Yah the daughter of Zechar Yah. 2 And he works straight in the eyes of Yah Veh according to all David his father worked. 3
YECHIZQI YAH STRENGTHENS THE HOUSE OF YAH VEH
In the first year of his reign, in the first month, he opens the doors of the house of Yah Veh and strengthens them: 4 and he brings in the priests and the Leviym; and gathers them in the broadway toward the rising, 5 and says to them, Hear me, you Leviym, now hallow yourselves and hallow the house of Yah Veh Elohim of your fathers; and bring the exclusion from the holies. 6 For our fathers treason and work evil in the eyes of Yah Veh our Elohim; and forsake him and turn their faces from the tabernacle of Yah Veh and give their necks: 7 also, they shut the doors of the porch and quench the lamps; and neither incense incense nor holocaust holocausts in the holies to Elohim of Yisra El: 8 and the rage of Yah Veh is on Yah Hudah and Yeru Shalem and he gives them to agitation and to desolation and to hissing - as you see with your eyes: 9 and behold, our fathers, fallen by the sword; and our sons and our daughters and our women, in captivity for this. 10 Now it is in my heart to cut a covenant with Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El to turn his fuming wrath from us. 11 My sons, be not now misled: for Yah Veh chose you to stand at his face - to minister to him - to minister to him and to incense. 12 And the Leviym rise: Machath the son of Amasay and Yah El the son of Azar Yah of the sons of the Qehathiy; and of the sons of Merari: Qish the son of Abdi and Azar Yah the son of Ye Halal El; and of the Gershoniy: Yah Ach the son of Zimmah and Eden the son of Yah Ach; 13 and of the sons of El Saphan: Shimri and Yei El; and of the sons of Asaph: Zechar Yah and Mattan Yah; 14 and of the sons of Heman: Yechi El and Shimi; and of the sons of Yeduthun: Shema Yah and Uzzi El; 15 - and they gather their brothers and hallow themselves and come, according to the misvah of the sovereign by the words of Yah Veh to purify the house of Yah Veh. 16 And the priests go inside the house of Yah Veh to purify it; and bring out all the foulness they find in the manse of Yah Veh into the court of the house of Yah Veh. - and the Leviym take it to bring it to the wadi Qidron. 17 And on the first of the first month they begin to hallow; and on the eighth day of the month they come to the porch of Yah Veh: thus they hallow the house of Yah Veh in eight days; and finish in the sixteenth day of the first month. 18 And they come in to Yechizqi Yah the sovereign and say, We purified all the house of Yah Veh and the sacrifice altar of holocaust with all its instruments; and the arrangement table with all its instruments: 19 and all the instruments sovereign Achaz in his sovereigndom abandoned in his treason we prepared and hallowed; and behold, they are at the face of the sacrifice altar of Yah Veh. 20
YECHIZQI YAH RESTORES WORSHIP IN THE HOUSE OF YAH VEH
And Yechizqi Yah the sovereign starts early and gathers the governors of the city and ascends to the house of Yah Veh: 21 and they bring seven bullocks and seven rams and seven lambs and seven buck goats of the doe goats - for the sin for the sovereigndom and for the holies and for Yah Hudah: and he says to the priests the sons of Aharon to holocaust them on the sacrifice altar of Yah Veh. 22 So they slaughter the oxen; and the priests take the blood and sprinkle it on the sacrifice altar: and they slaughter the rams and sprinkle the blood on the sacrifice altar: and they slaughter the lambs and sprinkle the blood on the altar: 23 and they bring near the he bucks for the sin at the face of the sovereign and the congregation; and they prop their hands on them: 24 and the priests slaughter them for the sin with their blood on the sacrifice altar, to kapar/atone for all Yisra El: for the sovereign says that the holocaust and that for the sin is for all Yisra El. 25 And he stands the Leviym in the house of Yah Veh with cymbals, with bagpipes and with harps, according to the misvah of David and of Gad the seer of the sovereign and Nathan the prophet: for thus is the misvah by the hand of Yah Veh by the hand of his prophets: 26 and the Leviym stand with the instruments of David and the priests with the trumpets. 27 And Yechizqi Yah says to holocaust the holocaust on the sacrifice altar: and at the time the holocaust begins the song of Yah Veh begins with the trumpets by the hand of the instruments of David sovereign of Yisra El: 28 and all the congregation prostrates and the singers sing and the trumpeters trumpet until the holocaust is finished. 29 And they finish holocausting, and the sovereign and all who are found with him bow and prostrate: 30 and Yechizqi Yah the sovereign and the governors say to the Leviym to halal to Yah Veh with the words of David and of Asaph the seer. And they halal with cheerfulness and bow and prostrate. 31 And Yechizqi Yah answers and says, Now you have filled your hand to Yah Veh, come near and bring sacrifices and spread hands to the house of Yah Veh. And the congregation brings in sacrifices and spread hands; and as many as are of a voluntary heart, holocaust: 32 and the number of the holocausts the congregation brings: seventy oxen, a hundred rams and two hundred lambs - all these are for a holocaust to Yah Veh.

Isaiah 7:1-13

WAR AGAINST YERU SHALEM
And so be it, in the days of Ach Az the son of Yah Tham, the son of Uzzi Yah sovereign of Yah Hudah, that Resin the sovereign of Aram, and Peqach the son of Remal Yah sovereign of Yisra El ascend to Yeru Shalem to war against it but cannot fight against it. 2 And they tell the house of David, saying, Aram rests with Ephrayim. And his heart shakes - and the heart of his people as the trees of the forest shake at the face of the wind. 3 Then Yah Veh says to Yesha Yah, Go, I beseech, to meet Ach Az - you and Shear Yashub your son, at the end of the channel of the most high pool in the highway of the field of the fuller; 4 and say to him, On guard! and, Rest! Neither awe nor tenderize your heart for the two tails of these smoking brands - for the fuming wrath of Resin and Aram and the son of Remal Yah: 5 because Aram, Ephrayim, and the son of Remal Yah counsel evil against you, saying, 6 We ascend against Yah Hudah and loathe it and split it for us, and reign a sovereign in their midst - the son of Tabe El. 7 Thus says Adonay Yah Veh, It neither rises, nor becomes: 8 for the head of Aram is Dammeseq and the head of Dammeseq is Resin: and within sixty-five years Ephrayim, as a people, breaks. 9 And the head of Ephrayim is Shomeron and the head of Shomeron is the son of Remal Yah: If you trust not, surely you are not trustworthy. 10
THE SIGN OF IMMANU EL And Yah Veh adds to word to Ach Az, saying, 11 You, ask a sign of Yah Veh your Elohim; ask, either deep, or high above. 12 And Ach Az says, I neither ask nor test Yah Veh. 13 And he says, Hear now, O house of David; Is it petty for you to weary men? And also weary my Elohim?

Isaiah 36:1-22

SANCHERIB APPREHENDS YAH HUDAH
And so be it, in the fourteenth year of sovereign Yechizqi Yah, Sancherib sovereign of Ashshur ascends against all the fortified cities of Yah Hudah and apprehends them: 2 and the sovereign of Ashshur sends Rab Shaqeh from Lachish to Yeru Shalem to king Yechizqi Yah - heavy with valiant: and he stands by the channel of the most high pool in the highway of the field of the fuller. 3 Then El Yaqim the son of Hilqi Yah who is over the house comes to him, with Shebna the scribe, and Yah Ach the son of Asaph the memorializer. 4 And Rab Shaqeh says to them, You, say, I beseech, to Yechizqi Yah, Thus says the great sovereign - the sovereign of Ashshur, What is this confidence wherein you confide? 5 I say, surely, words of lips! Counsel and might are for war! Now on whom confide you, to rebel against me? 6 Behold, you confide in the crutch of this crushed stalk - on Misrayim; whereon, if a man props, it goes into his palm, and pierces: thus is Paroh sovereign of Misrayim to all who confide in him. 7 And if you say to me, We confide in Yah Veh our Elohim! - is it not he, whose bamahs and whose sacrifice altars Yechizqi Yah turned aside, and said to Yah Hudah and to Yeru Shalem, Prostrate you at the face of this sacrifice altar? 8 And now pledge, I beseech you, to my adoni the sovereign of Ashshur, and I give you two thousand horses, if you are able on your part to give riders on them. 9 And how turn you away the face of one governor of the lesser of the servants of my adoni, and confide on Misrayim for chariots and for cavalry? 10 And now ascend I without Yah Veh against this land to ruin it? Yah Veh said to me, Ascend against this land, and ruin it. 11 And El Yaqim and Shebna and Yah Ach say to Rab Shaqeh, Word, I beseech you, to your servants in Aramaic; for we hear: and word not to us in Yah Hudaic, in the ears of the people on the wall. 12 And Rab Shaqeh says, Has my adoni sent me to your adoni to word these words to you? Is it not to the men who sit on the wall to eat their own excrements and drink the urine at their feet with you? 13 And Rab Shaqeh stands and calls out with a great voice in Yah Hudaic, and says, You, hear the words of the great sovereign the sovereign of Ashshur! 14 Thus says the sovereign, Neither let Yechizqi Yah deceive you: for he is not able to rescue you: 15 nor let Yechizqi Yah have you confide in Yah Veh, saying, In rescuing, Yah Veh rescues us. This city is not given into the hand of the sovereign of Ashshur. 16 Hearken not to Yechizqi Yah: for thus says the sovereign of Ashshur, Work a blessing with me and come out to me and every man eat of his vine and every man of his fig tree; and every man drink the waters of his own well; 17 - until I come and take you away to a land like your own land - a land of crop and juice, a land of bread and vineyards; 18 lest Yechizqi Yah goads you, saying, Yah Veh rescues us. Has any man of the elohim of the goyim rescued his land from the hand of the sovereign of Ashshur? 19 Where are the elohim of Hamath and Arphad? Where are the elohim of Sepharvayim? Rescued they Shomeron from my hand? 20 Who are they, among all the elohim of these lands, who rescued their land from my hand, that Yah Veh rescue Yeru Shalem from my hand? 21 And they hush and answer him not a word: for the misvah of the sovereign is, saying, Answer him not. 22 And El Yaqim the son of Hilqi Yah who is over the household, comes with Shebna the scribe, and Yah Ach the son of Asaph, the memorializer, to Yechizqi Yah with their clothes ripped, and tell him the words of Rab Shaqeh.

1 Kings 13:2

2 and he calls out against the sacrifice altar in the word of Yah Veh, and says, Sacrifice altar! Sacrifice altar! Thus says Yah Veh: Behold, a son is birthed to the house of David, Yoshi Yah by name; and on you he sacrifices the priests of the bamahs who incense upon you; and burn human bones upon you.

2 Kings 20:21-23:30

21 And Yechizqi Yah lies down with his fathers: and Menash Sheh his son reigns in his stead.

2 Kings 21:21-23:30

21 and he walks in all the way his father walked and serves the idols his father served and prostrates to them: 22 and he forsakes Yah Veh Elohim of his fathers and walks not in the way of Yah Veh. 23 And the servants of Amon conspire against him and deathify the sovereign in his own house: 24 and the people of the land smite all who conspire against sovereign Amon; and the people of the land have Yoshi Yah his son reign in his stead. 25 And the rest of the words Amon works, are they not inscribed in the scroll of the words of the days of the sovereigns of Yah Hudah? 26 And he is entombed in his tomb in the garden of Uzza: and Yoshi Yah his son reigns in his stead.

2 Kings 23:21-30

21 And the sovereign misvahs all the people, saying, Work the pasach to Yah Veh your Elohim, as inscribed in the scroll of this covenant. 22 Surely such a pasach was never worked from the days of the judges who judged Yisra El, neither in all the days of the sovereigns of Yisra El, nor of the sovereigns of Yah Hudah: 23 but in the eighteenth year of sovereign Yoshi Yah this pasach was worked to Yah Veh in Yeru Shalem. 24 And Yoshi Yah also burnt the necromancers and the knowers and the teraphim and the idols and all the abominations seen in the land of Yah Hudah and in Yeru Shalem, to raise the words of the torah inscribed in the scroll that Hilqi Yah the priest found in the house of Yah Veh. 25 And like unto him became no sovereign at his face - who turned to Yah Veh with all his heart and with all his soul and with all his might - according to all the torah of Mosheh; nor arose any like unto him after him. 26 Only, Yah Veh turns not from his fuming great wrath, whereby he kindles his wrath against Yah Hudah, because of all the vexations Menash Sheh vexed him. 27 And Yah Veh says, I also turn aside Yah Hudah from my face, as I turned aside Yisra El, and spurn this city Yeru Shalem which I chose, and the house of which I said, My name is there. 28 And the rest of the words of Yoshi Yah and all he worked, are they not inscribed in the scroll of the words of the days of the sovereigns of Yah Hudah? 29 In his days Paroh Nechoh sovereign of Misrayim ascends against the sovereign of Ashshur to the river Euphrates: and sovereign Yoshi Yah comes to meet him; and when he sees him, deathifies him at Megiddo. 30 And from Megiddo, his servants ride him in a chariot - dead; and bring him to Yeru Shalem and entomb him in his own tomb. And the people of the land take Yah Achaz the son of Yoshi Yah and anoint him and have him reign in the stead of his father.

2 Kings 24:3-4

3 only, this became against Yah Hudah by the mouth of Yah Veh - to turn them from his face for the sins of Menash Sheh according to all he worked; 4 and also for the innocent blood he poured: for he filled Yeru Shalem with innocent blood; which Yah Veh willed to not forgive.

1 Chronicles 3:13-15

13 Achaz his son, Yechizqi Yah his son, Menash Sheh his son, 14 Amon his son, Yoshi Yah his son. 15 And the sons of Yoshi Yah: the firstbirthed, Yah Hanan, the second, Yah Aqim, the third, Sidqi Yah, the fourth, Shallum.

2 Chronicles 32:33-35:27

33 And Yechizqi Yah lies down with his fathers - entombed in the ascent of the tombs of the sons of David: and all Yah Hudah and the settlers of Yeru Shalem work him honor at his death. - and Menash Sheh his son reigns in his stead.

Jeremiah 1:2-3

2 and so be the word of Yah Veh to him in the days of Yoshi Yah the son of Amon sovereign of Yah Hudah in the thirteenth year of his reign: 3 and so be it in the days of Yah Yaqim the son of Yoshi Yah sovereign of Yah Hudah to the consummation of the eleventh year of Sidqi Yah the son of Yoshi Yah sovereign of Yah Hudah: to the exile of Yeru Shalem in the fifth month.

And the sovereign of Misrayim has El Yaqim his brother reign over Yah Hudah and Yeru Shalem: and turns his name to Yah Yaqim. And Necho takes Yah Achaz his brother and carries him to Misrayim. 5 Yah Yaqim is a son of twenty-five years when he begins to reign: and he reigns eleven years in Yeru Shalem: and he works evil in the eyes of Yah Veh his Elohim. 6 Nebukadnets Tsar sovereign of Babel ascends against him and binds him in copper to go to Babel: 7 and Nebukadnets Tsar carries the instruments of the house of Yah Veh to Babel and gives them in his manse at Babel. 8 And the rest of the words of Yah Yaqim and the abhorrences he works and what is found in him, behold, are they not inscribed in the scroll of the words of the days of the sovereigns of Yisra El and Yah Hudah? And Yah Yachin his son reigns in his stead:

Jeremiah 2:10-28

10 For pass over the islands of Kittim, and see; and send to Qedar, and discern mightily; and see if there be such. 11 Changes a goyim their elohim to a non-elohim? and my people change their honor for that which benefits not. 12 Astonish, O you heavens, at this, and shutter; parch mightily, says Yah Veh. 13 For my people work two evils: they forsake me, the fountain of living waters; and hew wells - broken wells that hold no water. 14 Is Yisra El a servant? Is he house birthed? Why is he for a plunder? 15 The whelps roar on him; they give their voice; and they place his land desolate: his cities burn without settler. 16 Also the sons of Noph and Tachpanches graze your scalp. 17 Worked you not this to yourself - in that you forsook Yah Veh your Elohim the time he carried you by the way? 18 And now what is it to you in the way of Misrayim to drink the waters of Shichor? Or what is it to you in the way of Ashshur to drink the waters of the river? 19 Your own evil disciplines you and your own apostasies reprove you: so know and see that it is evil and bitter to forsake Yah Veh your Elohim, and that my fear is not in you - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh Sabaoth. 20 For from eternal time I broke your yoke and tore your bonds; and you say, I serve not! when on every high hill and under every green tree you stroll, whoring. 21 Yet I planted you, choice, wholly a seed of truth: how then turn you on me - into the twisted plant of a strange vine? 22 But though you launder yourself with nitre, and abound with soap, yet your perversity is inscribed at my face - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh. 23 How say you, I am not fouled: I go not after Baalim? See your way in the valley; know what you worked - a swift dromedary entangling her ways; 24 a wild runner discipled to the wilderness who gulps the wind at the yearning of her soul; who, in her occasion, turns her back? No one seeking her wearies themselves; in her month they find her. 25 Withhold your foot from being unshod and your throat from thirst. And you say, I quit! No; I love strangers and after them I go. 26 As the thief shames when he is found out, thus the house of Yisra El shames - they, their sovereigns, their governors, and their priests, and their prophets: 27 saying to a tree, You are my father; and to a stone, You birthed me: for they face the nape of their neck to me and not their face: and in the time of their evil they say, Rise! and, Save us! 28 And where are the elohim you worked for yourself? Have them rise, if they can save you in the time of your evil: for the number of your cities are your elohim, O Yah Hudah.
