THE TORAH ON THE SCROLL OF DIVORCEMENT When a man takes a woman and marries her and so be it, she finds no charism in his eyes, because he finds some word of nakedness in her: and he inscribes her a scroll of divorcement and gives it in her hand and sends her from his house: 2 and when she departs from his house, and she goes and becomes to another man: 3 and the latter man hates her and inscribes her a scroll of divorcement and gives it in her hand and sends her from his house: or the latter man who took her to be his woman, dies; 4 her first master, who sent her away, cannot return to take her as his woman after she fouls; for that is abhorrence at the face of Yah Veh: lest the land sin, which Yah Veh your Elohim gives you - an inheritance.
