Selah. ⁴ He gives you according to your own heart and fulfills all your counsel. ⁵ We shout in your salvation and in the name of our Elohim we raise our banners; Yah Veh fulfills all your requests. ⁶ Now I know that Yah Veh saves his anointed; he answers him from his holy heavens with the might of salvation of his right ⁷ - some in chariots - some in horses; and we remember the name of Yah Veh our Elohim. ⁸ They - they knuckle under and fall; and we rise restored. ⁹ Save, O Yah Veh; the sovereign answers us the day we call.

²⁷ And he says to him, What is your name? And he says, Yaaqov. ²⁸ And he says, Your name is said no more Yaaqov, but Yisra El: for you prevail with Elohim and with men - and prevail. ²⁹ And Yaaqov asks him and says, Tell me, I beseech you, your name. And he says, Why ask you my name? - and he blesses him there.

¹⁵ And he blesses Yoseph and says, Elohim, at whose face my fathers Abraham and Yischaq walked, Elohim who tends me all my life long to this day, ¹⁶ the Angel who redeems me from all evil, bless the lads: and call my name on them and the name of my fathers Abraham and Yischaq: and that they spawn as fish into a multitude midst of the earth.

¹³ And Mosheh says to Elohim, Behold, I come to the sons of Yisra El and say to them, The Elohim of your fathers has sent me to you; and they say to me, What is his name? What say I to them? ¹⁴ And Elohim says to Mosheh, I AM who I AM: and he says, Say thus to the sons of Yisra El, I AM sent me to you. Read Yahn 8:58 ¹⁵ And again Elohim says to Mosheh, Say thus to the sons of Yisra El, Yah Veh Elohim of your fathers, Elohim of Abraham, Elohim of Yischaq and Elohim of Yaaqov, sends me to you: this is my name eternally and this is my memorial generation to generation.

⁵ And Yah Veh descends in the cloud and stands with him there and proclaims the name of Yah Veh: ⁶ and Yah Veh passes by in front of his face and calls, Yah Veh! Yah Veh El! Merciful and charismatic, slow to wrath and great in mercy and truth, ⁷ guarding mercy for thousands, bearing perversity and rebellion and sin: and in exonerating, exonerates not; visiting the perversity of the fathers on the sons and on the sons of the sons to the third and to the fourth.

¹⁰ and they who know your name confide in you; for you forsake not them who seek you, O Yah Veh.

⁵ Gather my mercied to me - to cut a covenant with me by sacrifice.

¹¹ Give us help from tribulation; for vain is the salvation of humanity:

¹⁸ so that they know that you, whose name alone is Yah Veh, are Elyon over all the earth.

¹⁴ Because he attaches himself to me, I slip him away; loft him, because he knows my name. ¹⁵ He calls on me and I answer him; I am with him in tribulation; I rescue him and honor him:

² Yah Hudah became his holies; Yisra El his reign.

⁷ If I walk midst tribulation, you enliven me; you spread your hand against the wrath of my enemies and your right saves me.

¹⁰ The name of Yah Veh is a tower of strength; the just run to it and are lofted.

¹⁰ Who among you fears Yah Veh? Who hearkens to the voice of his servant? Who walks in darkness with no brilliance? Have him confide in the name of Yah Veh and lean on his Elohim.

⁷ Ho! for that day is great; none like it: it is even the time of the tribulation of Yaaqov, but he is saved from it.

³⁸ then he words to them, My soul sorrows exceedingly - even to death: you abide here and watch with me. ³⁹ And he proceeds and falls on his face and prays, wording, O my Father, if possible, pass this cup from me - however, not as I will - but as you will.

⁷ - who in the days of his flesh when he offered petitions and entreaties, with mighty crying and tears to him who was able to save him from death and was heard by his revering; ^{Psalm 19:9}

⁷ And David captures the stronghold of Siyon the city of David:

¹⁷ And they bring the ark of Yah Veh and set it in place midst the tent David spread for it: and David holocausts holocausts and shelamim at the face of Yah Veh:

¹⁶ and he builds twenty cubits on the flanks of the house from the floor to the walls with ribs of cedar: he even builds a house for the pulpit - for the Holy of Holies.

⁴⁴ When your people go out to war against their enemy in the way you send them, and pray to Yah Veh toward the city you chose and toward the house I built for your name, ⁴⁵ then in the heavens hear their prayer and their supplication and work their judgment:

⁸ And they settle therein and build you a holies for your name, saying, ⁹ If, evil comes on us, as the sword, judgment or pestilence or famine we stand at the face of this house and at your face - for your name is in this house and cry to you in our tribulation; and you hear and save.

⁴ I call to Yah Veh with my voice, and he answers me from his holy mountain. Selah.

¹⁷ - until I go into the hallowed refuge of El - then I discern their finality.

⁶ Resound and shout, you settlers of Siyon: for great is the Holy One of Yisra El in your midst.

³² What then, answers one, of the angels of the goyim? That Yah Veh founded Siyon, and the humble of his people seek refuge therein.

³⁴ By the way he came, by the same he returns, and comes not into this city - an oracle of Yah Veh. ³⁵ For I garrison this city to save it for my own sake and for sake of my servant David.

⁴ and Abel, he also brings of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof: and Yah Veh looks to Abel and to his offering;

²⁴ and a fire comes from the face of Yah Veh and consumes the holocaust and the fat on the sacrifice altar: which when all the people see, they shout and fall on their faces.

²⁶ and there David builds a sacrifice altar to Yah Veh and holocausted holocausts and shelamim; and calls on Yah Veh. - and he answers him from the heavens by fire on the sacrifice altar of holocaust.

THE HANUKKAH OF THE HOUSE OF YAH VEH
And Shelomoh finishes praying, and the fire descends from the heavens and consumes the holocaust and the sacrifices; and the honor of Yah Veh fills the house:

¹⁹ then delight in the sacrifices of justness with holocaust and total holocaust; then they holocaust bullocks on your sacrifice altar.

⁷ all the flocks of Qedar gather to you; the rams of Nebayoth minister to you: they ascend with pleasure on my sacrifice altar and I adorn the house of my adornment.

⁴ And he stares at him, and becomes awestricken, and says, What is it, Adonay? And he says to him, Your prayers and your mercies ascend to a memorial in the sight of Elohim:

² and walk in love, exactly as Messiah also loved us and surrendered himself for us - an offering and a sacrifice to Elohim to a well-fragranced fragrance.

⁵ and you yourselves, as living stones, are built a spiritual house - a holy priesthood to offer spiritual sacrifices, well-received to Elohim through Yah Shua Messiah.

² you give him the desire of his heart and withhold not the yearning of his lips. Selah.

⁴ And delight yourself in Yah Veh and he gives you the requests of your heart.

¹⁹ he works their pleasure, who awe him; he hears their cry and saves them:

²³ The desire of the just is only good; and the hope of the wicked is fury.

²² And all - as much as ever you ask in prayer, trusting, you take.

⁴² and I know that you hear me always: but I say it because of the multitude standing by - that they trust that you apostolized me.

²³ and in that day you ask me naught. Amen! Amen! I word to you, As much as ever you ask the Father in my name, he gives you.

²⁷ And he who searches the hearts knows the thought of the Spirit, because he intercedes for the holy according to the will of Elohim. ²⁸ And we know that all co-works to good to them who love Elohim, to them being the called according to his prothesis.

¹⁴ And this is the boldness we have toward him that if - whatever we ask according to his will, he hears us: ¹⁵ and whenever we know that he hears us - whatever we ask we know we have the requests we ask of him.

¹⁵ And Mosheh builds a sacrifice altar and calls the name thereof Yah Veh Nissi:

³⁵ And so be it, when the ark pulls stakes, Mosheh says, Rise, O Yah Veh, and scatter your enemies; and they who hate you, flee from your face. ³⁶ And when it rests, he says, Return, O Yah Veh, to the myriads of Yisra El.

¹⁷ Then Eli answers and says, Go in shalom: and may Elohim of Yisra El give the petition you ask of him.

⁴⁵ Then says David to the Peleshethiy, You come to me with a sword and with a spear and with a dart: but I come to you in the name of Yah Veh Sabaoth - Elohim of the ranks of Yisra El whom you reproach.

¹⁴ so that I scribe all your halal in the portals of the daughter of Siyon: I twirl in your salvation.

⁵ And I - I confide in your mercy; my heart twirls in your salvation.

⁴ Their line goes throughout all the earth and their utterances to the end of the world. In them he sets a tent for the sun:

¹⁵ The voice of shouting and salvation is in the tents of the just; the right of Yah Veh works valiantly:

¹⁰ And in that day, a Root of Yishay stands for an ensign of the people; to him the goyim seek: and his rest becomes honorable. cp Yesha Yah 11:1

A PSALM OF SPREAD HANDS
And in that day you say, O Yah Veh, I spread hands to you: though you were angry with me, you turn away your wrath and you sigh over me. ² Behold, El is my salvation; I confide, and fear not: for Yah Yah Veh is my strength and psalm; and he is my salvation. ³ and with rejoicing you bail water from the fountains of salvation.

⁹ And in that day, it is said, Behold, this our Elohim; we awaited him and he saves us: this is Yah Veh; we awaited him; we twirl and cheer in his salvation.

¹⁰ In rejoicing, I rejoice in Yah Veh; my soul twirls in my Elohim: for he enrobes me with the clothes of salvation, he clothes me with the mantle of justness - as a bridegroom decks - as a priest with ornaments - as a bride adorns with instruments.

⁵ For all people - every man walks in the name of his elohim, and we walk in the name of Yah Veh our Elohim eternally and eternally.

¹⁸ yet I jump for joy in Yah Veh; I twirl in Elohim of my salvation.

⁴⁷ and my spirit jumps for joy in Elohim my Saviour:

³⁰ and hearken to the supplication of your servant and of your people Yisra El when they pray toward this place: and hear in the heavens the place of your settlement: and when you hear, forgive.

⁴³ hear in the heavens the place of your settlement and work according to all the stranger calls to you: so that all people of the earth know your name - to awe you, as your people Yisra El; and so that they know that this house I built is called by your name.

² The sovereigns of the earth station themselves and the potentates set counsel together against Yah Veh and against his anointed.

⁷ distinguish your marvellous mercy, O you, who by your right saves them who seek refuge from those who rise.

³⁵ You give me the buckler of your salvation; your right upholds me; and your humbleness abounds me:

⁵⁰ He greatens salvation to his sovereign; and works mercy to his anointed - to David, and to his seed eternally.

⁸ Yah Veh is their strength and he is the stronghold of salvations of his anointed.

¹¹ By this I know that you delight in me, because my enemy blasts not over me:

²⁰ I found David my servant; with my holy ointment I anoint him; ²¹ with whom I establish my hand; my arm strengthens him: ²² neither the enemy exacts from him; nor the son of wickedness abase him: ²³ I crush his tribulators at his face and smite them who hate him.

¹⁵ For thus says the high and lifted One who tabernacles eternally - whose name is Holy; I tabernacle in the high and holy and with the crushed and lowly spirit - to enliven the spirit of the lowly, and to enliven the heart of the crushed.

⁹ Then you call and Yah Veh answers; you cry and he says, Behold - I. If you turn aside the yoke pole from your midst - the spreading of the finger and wording mischief;

¹⁵ Look down from the heavens, and see from the residence of your holiness and of your adornment. Where is your zeal and your might? - the roar of your inwards and of your mercies toward me? Are they restrained?

A PRAYER EXAMPLE
So pray thus: Our Father in the heavens hallowed be your name:

³³ So, being exalted at the right of Elohim, and having taken the pre-evangelism of the Holy Spirit from the Father, he poured this, which you now see and hear.

³⁶ So all the house of Yisra El certainly knows that Elohim made the same Yah Shua - whom you staked both Adonay and Messiah.

¹⁰ so be it known to you all and to all the people of Yisra El, that in the name of Yah Shua Messiah the Nazarene - whom you staked - whom Elohim raised from the dead - in whom this one stands whole in your sight.

³¹ Elohim exalted him at his right - a Hierarch and Savior to give Yisra El repentance and forgiveness of sins:

⁵ and the Peleshethiy gather to fight Yisra El - thirty thousand chariots and six thousand cavalry - people as the sand on the sea lip in abundance: and they ascend and encamp in Michmash eastward from Beth Aven.

⁴ and David captures from him a thousand and seven hundred cavalry and twenty thousand men on foot: and David uproots/hamstrings all the chariots; only, a hundred of their chariots remain.

¹⁸ and the Aramiy flee the face of Yisra El; and David slaughters seven hundred chariots and forty thousand cavalry of the Aramiy; and smites Shobach the governor of their host who dies there.

¹⁰ As for us, Yah Veh is our Elohim and we forsake him not; and the priests, who minister to Yah Veh, are the sons of Aharon and the Leviym in the work: ¹¹ and they incense to Yah Veh morning by morning and evening by evening holocausts and incense of aromatics; the arrangement bread on the pure table; and the menorah of gold with the lamps thereof to burn evening by evening: for we guard the guard of Yah Veh our Elohim; but you - you forsook him. ¹² And behold, with us - Elohim for head and his priests with blasting trumpets to blast against you. O sons of Yisra El, fight not against Yah Veh Elohim of your fathers; for you prosper not.

¹⁶ and the sons of Yisra El flee the face of Yah Hudah: and Elohim gives them into their hand;

¹¹ And Asa calls to Yah Veh his Elohim and says, Yah Veh, it is naught with you to help - between many, or them who have no force: help us, O Yah Veh our Elohim; for we lean on you; and in your name we go against this multitude. O Yah Veh, you are our Elohim; may mortal man not restrain against you.

¹² O our Elohim, judge you them not? We have no force at the face of this great multitude who comes against us; and we know not what to work: but our eyes are on you. ¹³ And all Yah Hudah stands at the face of Yah Veh, with their toddlers, their women and their sons: ¹⁴ and the Spirit of Yah Veh comes upon Yachazi El the son of Zechar Yah the son of Bena Yah the son of Yei El the son of Mattan Yah - a Leviy of the sons of Asaph midst the congregation; ¹⁵ and he says, Hearken, all Yah Hudah, and you, settlers of Yeru Shalem, and you, sovereign Yah Shaphat: thus says Yah Veh to you: Neither awe nor terrify at the face of this great multitude; for the war is not to you, but to Elohim: ¹⁶ tomorrow descend against them: behold, they ascend by the ascent of Sis; and you find them at the end of the wadi at the face of the wilderness of Yeru El. ¹⁷ Fight not in this: Set yourselves! Stand! See the salvation of Yah Veh with you, O Yah Hudah and Yeru Shalem: neither awe nor terrify: tomorrow go out at their face and Yah Veh is with you. ¹⁸ And Yah Shaphat bows with nostrils to the earth: and all Yah Hudah and the settlers of Yeru Shalem fall at the face of Yah Veh, and prostrate to Yah Veh: ¹⁹ and the Leviym of the sons of the Qehathiy and of the sons of the Qorachiy rise to halal Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El with a great voice on high. ²⁰ And they start early in the morning and go to the wilderness of Teqoha: and as they go Yah Shaphat stands and says, Hear me, O Yah Hudah and you settlers of Yeru Shalem; Trust in Yah Veh your Elohim, amenable; trust his prophets, prosper.

⁸ with him - an arm of flesh; and with us - Yah Veh our Elohim to help us and to fight our wars. And the people prop on the words of Yechizqi Yah sovereign of Yah Hudah.

¹⁶ Neither is the sovereign saved by the abundance of valour; nor the mighty rescued by the abundance of force. ¹⁷ A horse is a falsehood for salvation; he rescues not by his great valour.

¹⁷ I memorialize your name generation to generation; so the people spread hands to you eternally and eternally.

³¹ The horse is prepared against the day of war; and salvation is of Yah Veh.

¹⁶ But you say, No; for we flee upon horses! - so you, flee: and, We ride upon the swift! - so your pursuers are swift.

HO TO THEM WHO LOOK NOT UPON THE HOLY ONE
Ho to them who descend to Misrayim for help; and lean on horses and confide in chariots because they are many; and in cavalry because they are mighty mighty; and neither look to the Holy One of Yisra El nor seek Yah Veh.

⁵ Thus says Yah Veh; Cursed be the mighty who confide in humanity; who set flesh as his arm; who turns his heart from Yah Veh.

³¹ Thus all your enemies destruct, O Yah Veh: but they who love him are as the sun when he goes in his might. - and the land rests forty years.

²¹ Evil deathifies the wicked; and they who hate the just guilt. ²² Yah Veh redeems the soul of his servants and none who seek refuge in him guilts.

¹ A Song of Degrees. They who confide in Yah Veh are as mount Siyon; it totters not; it settles eternally.

⁵ Blithe - he who has El of Yaaqov for his help; whose expectation is in Yah Veh his Elohim ⁶ - who worked the heavens and earth, the sea and all therein: who guards truth eternally; ⁷ who works judgment for the oppressed; who gives bread to the famished. Yah Veh looses the bound; ⁸ Yah Veh opens the blind; Yah Veh raises the bowed; Yah Veh loves the just; ⁹ Yah Veh guards the sojourners; he restores the orphan and widow; and twists the way of the wicked.

⁷ Blessed - the mighty who confide in Yah Veh, and whose confidence is in Yah Veh: ⁸ who is as a tree transplanted by the waters who spreads her roots by the stream; and sees not when heat comes, her leaf is green - neither concerned in the year of drought nor departs from working fruit.

⁸ Cheer not against me, O my enemy: when I fall, I rise; when I sit in darkness Yah Veh is my light.

⁶ And I - I anointed my sovereign on my holy mount Siyon; ⁷ I scribe the statute! Yah Veh says to me, You are my Son/Ben ^{\super *}; this day I birthed you. ^{*Ben; cp 2:12 8} Ask of me; and I give you the goyim for your inheritance and the finalities of the earth for your possession. ⁹ You, shatter them with a scion of iron; splatter them as a formed instrument. ¹⁰ And now, O you sovereigns, comprehend; be disciplined, you judges of the earth.

⁷ Rise, O Yah Veh! Save me, O my Elohim! For you have smitten all my enemies on the cheek bone; you broke the teeth of the wicked.

² hearken to the voice of my cry, my Sovereign and my Elohim; for I pray to you.

⁶ I - I call you, for you answer me, O El; spread your ear to me and my sayings:

⁷ Lift your heads, O you portals; be lifted, you eternal portals; and the Sovereign of honor enters.

⁴ You are my Sovereign, O Elohim. Misvah salvations for Yaaqov.

¹² And Elohim is my Sovereign from antiquity - working salvation midst the earth.

²⁵ Save now ^{\super *} I beseech, I beseech you, O Yah Veh; O Yah Veh, I beseech you, prosper, I beseech. ^{*Hoshia Nah 26} Blessed - he who comes in the name of Yah Veh; we bless you from the house of Yah Veh.
