⁹ the voice of Yah Veh causes the hinds to writhe and strips the forests: and in his manse all say of his honor.

¹ Know you the time of birthing of the wild goats of the rock? - observe the writhing of the hinds? ² - scribe the moons that they fulfill? - know the time they birth? ³ They kneel; they adhere to their children; they send their pangs;

⁸ O Yah Veh, I love the habitation of your house and the place of the tabernacle of your honor.

² so we awe not: the earth changes; the mountains totter into the heart of the seas; ³ the waters roar and foam; the pompous mountains quake. Selah. ⁴ There is a river, whose rivulets cheer the city of Elohim - the holies of the tabernacles of Elyon. ⁵ Elohim is in her midst; she totters not: Elohim helps her at the face of the morning.

⁹ We compare your mercy, O Elohim, midst your manse:

² I see you in the holies - see your strength and your honor.

¹ A Song of Degrees. Behold, bless Yah Veh all you servants of Yah Veh - who stand by night in the house of Yah Veh: ² lift your hands in the holies and bless Yah Veh:

¹ Halalu Yah! Halal the name of Yah Veh; halal, O you servants of Yah Veh; ² you who stand in the house of Yah Veh - in the courts of the house of our Elohim.

¹⁸ For wickedness burns as the fire consuming the briers and thorns; kindling in the thickets of the forest; spiraling upward as the rising of smoke.

¹⁸ and finishes off the honor of his forest and of his orchard/Karmel - both soul and flesh: to become as when an ensignbearer melts: ¹⁹ and the survivors of the trees of his forest become a number, that even a lad can inscribe them.

⁴⁶ Son of humanity, set your face in the southerly way and drop southward and prophesy against the forest of the south field; ⁴⁷ and say to the forest of the south, Hear the word of Yah Veh; Thus says Adonay Yah Veh: Behold, I kindle a fire in you; and it consumes every fresh tree in you and every dry tree: the flaming flame quenches not; and all faces from the south to the north inflame: ⁴⁸ and all flesh sees that I Yah Veh burn it: it quenches not.
