³¹ And I ascend the governors of Yah Hudah on the wall; and stand two great spreaders of hands - processions on the right on the wall toward the dunghill portal: ³² and after them goes Hosha Yah and half of the governors of Yah Hudah ³³ and Azar Yah, Ezra and Meshullam, ³⁴ Yah Hudah and Ben Yamin and Shema Yah and Yirme Yah; ³⁵ and of the sons of the priests with trumpets: Zechar Yah the son of Yah Nathan the son of Shema Yah the son of Mattan Yah the son of Michah Yah the son of Zakkur the son of Asaph; ³⁶ and his brothers: Shema Yah and Azar El, Milalay, Gilalay, Maai, Nethan El and Yah Hudah, Hanani, with instruments of song of David the man of Elohim and Ezra the scribe at their face; ³⁷ and at the fountain portal opposite them, they ascend by the steps of the city of David at the ascent of the wall above the house of David - even to the water portal toward the rising. ³⁸ And the second spreaders of hands go opposite them - and I after them; and the half of the people on the wall from beyond the tower of the furnaces even to the broad wall; ³⁹ and from above the portal of Ephrayim and above the old portal and above the fish portal and the tower of Hanan El and the tower of Meah - even to the flock portal; and they stand still in the guard yard portal. ⁴⁰ And the two spreaders of hands stand in the house of Elohim and I and the half of the prefects with me;

¹⁸ your heart meditates terror. Where is the scribe? Where is the weigher? Where is he who scribed the towers? ¹⁹ You see not an obstinate people - a people of a lip too deep to hear; of a deriding tongue that you understand not. ²⁰ See on Siyon, the city of our seasons: your eyes see Yeru Shalem - a habitation of rest and relaxation - a tent that neither migrates nor one of the stakes pulled in perpetuity nor any of the cords torn.
