for the sons of Korah. ¶ As the hart pants after the water brooks, so does my soul pant after thee, O God. ² My soul thirsts for God, for the living God; when shall I come and appear before God? ³ My tears have been my food day and night, while they continually say unto me, Where is thy God? ⁴ I will remember these things; I will pour out my soul in me. When I shall be included in the number; I will go with them to the house of God with voice of joy and praise, dancing in the multitude. ⁵ Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted against me? Wait thou for God, for I shall yet praise him for the wellbeing of his presence. ⁶ ¶ O my God, my soul is cast down within me; therefore I will remember thee from the land of Jordan, and of the Hermonites, from the mountain of Mizar. ⁷ Deep calls unto deep at the voice of thy waterspouts; all thy waves and thy billows are gone over me. ⁸ Yet the LORD will command his mercy in the daytime, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my life. ⁹ I will say unto God, My rock, why hast thou forgotten me? Why do I go mourning because of the oppression of the enemy? ¹⁰ It is as death in my bones when my enemies reproach me; while they say daily unto me, Where is thy God? ¹¹ Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? Wait thou for God, for I shall yet praise him, who is the saving health of my countenance and my God.

¹ ¶ Now Korah, the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, and Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, and On, the son of Peleth, of the sons of Reuben, took men;

³² the earth opened her mouth and swallowed them up, and their houses and all the men of Korah and all their goods.

¹¹ Notwithstanding the sons of Korah did not die.

³³ And these are those that remained with their sons. Of the sons of the Kohath: Heman, a singer, the son of Joel, the son of Shemuel, ³⁴ the son of Elkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Eliel, the son of Toah, ³⁵ the son of Zuph, the son of Elkanah, the son of Mahath, the son of Amasai, ³⁶ the son of Elkanah, the son of Joel, the son of Azariah, the son of Zephaniah, ³⁷ the son of Tahath, the son of Assir, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah,

¹ ¶ Moreover David and the captains of the host separated unto the ministry the sons of Asaph and of Heman and of Jeduthun, who should prophesy with harps, with psalteries, and with cymbals; and the number of men that were suitable for the work of their respective ministry was, ² of the sons of Asaph: Zaccur, Joseph, Nethaniah, and Asarelah, the sons of Asaph under the direction of Asaph, who prophesied at the hand of the king. ³ Of Jeduthun: the sons of Jeduthun: Gedaliah, Zeri, Jeshaiah, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six, under the hand of their father Jeduthun, who prophesied with a harp, to give thanks and to praise the LORD. ⁴ Of Heman: the sons of Heman: Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shebuel, Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamtiezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, and Mahazioth. ⁵ All these were the sons of Heman, the king’s seer, in the words of God, to lift up the horn. And God gave to Heman fourteen sons and three daughters.

for the sons of Korah, Maschil. ¶ We have heard with our ears, O God, our fathers have told us, what work thou didst in their days in the times of old.

upon Shoshannim lilies, for the sons of Korah, Maschil, A Song of loves. ¶ My heart is overflowing with a good word; I speak of the things which I have done concerning the king; my tongue is the pen of a ready writer.

for the sons of Korah. ¶ Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness.

A Psalm for the sons of Korah. ¶ Hear this, all ye people; give ear, all ye inhabitants of the world:

¹ A Psalm of David,
when he was in the wilderness of Judah. ¶ O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee; my soul thirsts for thee; my flesh longs for thee in a dry and thirsty land where there is no water; ² in this manner I beheld thee in holiness when I beheld thy power and thy glory.

A Psalm for the sons of Korah. ¶ How amiable are thy habitations, O LORD of the hosts! ² My soul longs, and even faints for the courts of the LORD; my heart and my flesh sing to the living God.

A Psalm for the sons of Korah. ¶ LORD, thou hast been favourable unto thy land; thou hast brought back the captivity of Jacob.

¹³¹ ¶ I opened my mouth and panted; for I longed for thy commandments.

⁶ I stretched forth my hands unto thee; my soul thirsted after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah. ⁷ ¶ Hear me speedily, O LORD; my spirit fails; hide not thy face from me lest I be like those that go down into the grave.

⁸ Yea, in the way of thy judgments, O LORD, we wait for thee; the desire of our soul is to thy name and to the remembrance of thee. ⁹ With my soul I desire thee in the night; yea, even as long as the spirit is within me I will seek thee early: for as long as thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness.

¹⁷ Three times in the year all thy males shall appear before the Lord GOD.

¹⁰ And Joshua said, Hereby ye shall know that the living God is among you and that he will without fail drive out from before you the Canaanite and the Hittite and the Hivite and the Perizzite and the Girgashite and the Amorite and the Jebusite.

³ Oh, that I knew where I might find him! That I might come even to his seat!

⁴ One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life to behold the beauty of the LORD and to enquire in his temple.

⁸ They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house, and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures. ⁹ For with thee is the fountain of life; in thy light shall we see light.

⁴ Then I will enter in to the altar of God, unto the God of my exceeding joy; yea, upon the harp will I praise thee, O God my God.

¹⁰ for a day in thy courts is better than a thousand outside of them. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.

¹³ For my people have committed two evils: they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters to hew them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.

¹⁰ But the LORD God is the Truth, he himself is Living God and Everlasting King: at his wrath the earth trembles, and the Gentiles shall not be able to abide his indignation.

²⁶ On my behalf a statute is put into effect, That in all the dominion of my kingdom everyone tremble at the presence of the God of Daniel for he is the living God and endures for all ages, and his kingdom is such that it shall never come apart, and his dominion shall be even unto the end:

²⁶ For as the Father has life in himself, so has he given to the Son to have life in himself

³⁷ ¶ In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, If any man thirsts, let him come unto me and drink.

⁹ For they themselves tell of us what an entrance we had unto you and in what manner ye were converted to God from idols to serve the living and true God

¹ ¶ And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

¹² It may be that the LORD will look on my affliction and that the LORD will requite me good for his cursing this day.

² There are many who say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.

⁸ Turn him over to the LORD, let him deliver him, let him save him, seeing he delighted in him.

¹⁰ It is as death in my bones when my enemies reproach me; while they say daily unto me, Where is thy God?

¹⁰ Why should the Gentiles say, Where is their God? let him be known among the Gentiles in our sight by the revenging of the blood of thy slaves which is shed.

¹² and render unto our neighbours sevenfold into their bosom their reproach, with which they have reproached thee, O Lord.

⁵ Thou dost feed them with the bread of tears and give them tears to drink in great measure.

⁹ For I have eaten ashes like bread and mingled my drink with weeping,

² Why should the Gentiles say, Where is now their God?

¹⁷ Let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Forgive thy people, O LORD, and do not give thine heritage to reproach that the Gentiles should rule over her: why should they say among the peoples, Where is their God?

¹⁰ Then she that is my enemy shall see it, and shame shall cover her who said unto me, Where is the LORD thy God? my eyes shall behold her: now she shall be trodden down as the mire of the streets.

¹¹ And thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God, thou and thy son and thy daughter and thy manslave and thy maidslave and the Levite that is within thy gates and the stranger and the fatherless and the widow, that are among you, in the place which the LORD thy God has chosen to place his name there.

¹⁴ And thou shalt rejoice in thy solemn feast, thou and thy son and thy daughter and thy manslave and thy maidslave and the Levite and the stranger and the fatherless and the widow, that are within thy gates (or within thy towns). ¹⁵ Seven days shalt thou celebrate a solemn feast unto the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD shall choose; because the LORD thy God shall have blessed thee in all thy fruits and in all the works of thine hands, therefore, thou shalt truly be glad.

²¹ I went out full, and the LORD has brought me home again empty. Why then call ye me Naomi, seeing the LORD has testified against me, and the Almighty has afflicted me?

¹⁵ And Hannah answered and said, No, my lord, I am a woman of a sorrowful spirit; I have drunk neither wine nor strong drink but have poured out my soul before the LORD. ¹⁶ Do not count thy handmaid for a daughter of Belial, for out of the abundance of my complaint and grief I have waited until now to speak.

¹⁵ And the sons of the Levites bore the ark of God upon their shoulders with the staves, as Moses had commanded according to the word of the LORD. ¹⁶ And David spoke to the chief of the Levites to appoint of their brethren as singers with instruments of music, with psalteries and harps and cymbals sounding, and to lift up their voice with joy. ¹⁷ So the Levites appointed Heman, the son of Joel; and of his brethren, Asaph, the son of Berechiah; and of the sons of Merari and of their brethren, Ethan the son of Kushaiah, ¹⁸ and with them their brethren of the second order, Zechariah, Ben, Jaaziel, Shemiramoth, Jehiel, Unni, Eliab, Benaiah, Maaseiah, Mattithiah, Elipheleh, Mikneiah, Obededom, and Jeiel, the porters. ¹⁹ So the singers, Heman, Asaph, and Ethan, raised their voices with cymbals of brass; ²⁰ and Zechariah, Aziel, Shemiramoth, Jehiel, Unni, Eliab, Maaseiah, and Benaiah, with psalteries on Alamoth. ²¹ And Mattithiah, Elipheleh, Mikneiah, Obededom, Jeiel, and Azaziah, with harps on the Sheminith to excel. ²² And Chenaniah, prince of the Levites in prophecy, for he presided in prophecy, because he had understanding. ²³ And Berechiah and Elkanah were doorkeepers for the ark. ²⁴ And Shebaniah, Jehoshaphat, Nethaneel, Amasai, Zechariah, Benaiah, and Eliezer, the priests, blew the trumpets before the ark of God; and Obededom and Jehiah were also doorkeepers for the ark. ²⁵ ¶ So David and the elders of Israel and the captains over thousands went to bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD out of the house of Obededom with joy. ²⁶ And with God helping the Levites that bore the ark of the covenant of the LORD, they sacrificed seven bullocks and seven rams. ²⁷ And David was clothed with a robe of fine linen, and also all the Levites that bore the ark and the singers and Chenaniah, the prince of the prophecy of the singers. David also had upon him an ephod of linen. ²⁸ Thus all Israel brought up the ark of the covenant of the LORD with shouting and with sound of the shofar and with trumpets and with cymbals, making a noise with psalteries and harps.

¹ ¶ So they brought the ark of God and set it in the midst of the tent that David had pitched for it, and they offered burnt sacrifices and peace offerings before God. ² And when David had finished offering the burnt offerings and the peace offerings, he blessed the people in the name of the LORD. ³ And he dealt to all Israel, both men and women, to each one a loaf of bread and a good piece of flesh and a flagon of wine. ⁴ And he appointed certain of the Levites to minister before the ark of the LORD and to record and to thank and praise the LORD God of Israel: ⁵ Asaph, the chief, and next to him Zechariah, Jeiel, Shemiramoth, Jehiel, Mattithiah, Eliab, Benaiah, Obededom: and Jeiel with psalteries and with harps, but Asaph resounded with cymbals; ⁶ and Benaiah and Jahaziel, the priests, with trumpets continually before the ark of the covenant of God. ⁷ ¶ Then, on that day, David began to thank the LORD by the hand of Asaph and his brethren. ⁸ Give thanks unto the LORD, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the people. ⁹ Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him, speak of all his wondrous works. ¹⁰ Glory in his holy name; let the heart of those that seek the LORD rejoice. ¹¹ Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually. ¹² Remember his marvellous works that he has done, his wonders and the judgments of his mouth; ¹³ O, ye seed of Israel, his slave, ye sons of Jacob, his chosen ones. ¹⁴ He is the LORD our God; his judgments are in all the earth. ¹⁵ Be mindful always of his covenant, the word which he commanded in a thousand generations, ¹⁶ the covenant which he cut with Abraham, and of his oath unto Isaac; ¹⁷ which he confirmed unto Jacob by statute, and to Israel in everlasting covenant, ¹⁸ saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the cord of your inheritance, ¹⁹ when ye were but few in number, and strangers in it. ²⁰ And they went from nation to nation and from one kingdom to another people. ²¹ He would allow no one to oppress them; he reproved kings for their sakes, ²² saying, Touch not my anointed, and do my prophets no harm. ²³ Sing unto the LORD, all the earth; show forth from day to day his saving health. ²⁴ Declare his glory among the Gentiles; his marvellous works among all peoples. ²⁵ For great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; he also is to be feared above all gods. ²⁶ For all the gods of the people are worthless, but the LORD made the heavens. ²⁷ Glory and beauty are in his presence; strength and gladness are in his place. ²⁸ Give unto the LORD, ye families of the peoples, give unto the LORD glory and strength. ²⁹ Give unto the LORD the glory of his name; bring a present and come before him; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness. ³⁰ Fear before him, all the earth; the world also is being made stable, that it be not moved. ³¹ Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice; and let men say among the Gentiles, The LORD reigns. ³² Let the sea roar, and the fullness thereof; let the fields rejoice, and all that is therein. ³³ Then shall the trees of the wood sing out at the presence of the LORD, because he comes to judge the earth. ³⁴ O give thanks unto the LORD, for he is good; for his mercy is eternal. ³⁵ And say, Save us, O God our saving health, and gather us together and deliver us from the Gentiles, that we may give thanks to thy holy name and glory in thy praise. ³⁶ Blessed be the LORD God of Israel from eternity unto eternity. And all the people said, Amen and praised the LORD. ³⁷ ¶ So he left there before the ark of the covenant of the LORD Asaph and his brethren to minister before the ark continually, each thing in its day; ³⁸ and Obededom with their brethren, sixty-eight; Obededom also the son of Jeduthun and Hosah to be porters. ³⁹ And Zadok, the priest, and his brethren, the priests, before the tabernacle of the LORD in the high place that was at Gibeon, ⁴⁰ to offer burnt offerings unto the LORD upon the altar of the burnt offering continually morning and evening, according to all that is written in the law of the LORD, which he commanded Israel; ⁴¹ and with them Heman and Jeduthun and the rest that were chosen expressly by name, to give thanks to the LORD, because his mercy is eternal. ⁴² And with them Heman and Jeduthun with trumpets and cymbals to sound, and with other musical instruments of God. And the sons of Jeduthun were porters. ⁴³ And all the people departed each one to his house; and David returned to bless his house.

¹⁰ And on the twenty-third day of the seventh month he sent the people away into their tents, glad and merry in heart for the goodness that the LORD had showed unto David and to Solomon and to Israel his people.

²³ And the whole assembly took counsel to keep another seven days, and they kept another seven days with gladness. ²⁴ For Hezekiah, king of Judah, had given to the congregation a thousand bullocks and seven thousand sheep, and the princes gave to the congregation a thousand bullocks and ten thousand sheep, and a great number of priests sanctified themselves. ²⁵ And all the congregation of Judah, with the priests and the Levites, and all the congregation that came out of Israel, and the strangers that came out of the land of Israel, and that dwelt in Judah, rejoiced. ²⁶ So there was great joy in Jerusalem, for since the time of Solomon, the son of David, king of Israel there was not the like in Jerusalem.

² Oh, that I were as in months past, as in the days when God preserved me; ³ when his lamp shone upon my head, and by its light I walked in the darkness; ⁴ as I was in the days of my youth, when God was familiar in my tent; ⁵ when the Almighty was yet with me, when my children were about me; ⁶ when I washed my steps with butter, and the rock poured me out rivers of oil! ⁷ ¶ When I went out to the gate to judgment, when I had my seat prepared in the plaza! ⁸ The young men would see me and hide themselves, and the aged would arise and stand. ⁹ The princes would refrain from talking and lay their hand on their mouth; ¹⁰ the voice of the principals would not be noticed, and their tongue would cleave to the roof of their mouth. ¹¹ When the ears that heard me, called me blessed; and when the eyes that saw me, gave witness to me: ¹² because I delivered the poor that cried and the fatherless who had no one to help him. ¹³ The blessing of the one that was ready to perish came upon me; and I caused the widow’s heart to sing for joy. ¹⁴ I put on righteousness, and it clothed me as a robe; and my diadem was judgment. ¹⁵ I was eyes to the blind and feet to the lame. ¹⁶ I was a father to the needy; and the cause which I did not know I searched out. ¹⁷ And I broke the fangs of the wicked and caused their teeth to release the prey. ¹⁸ ¶ Then I said, I shall die in my nest, and I shall multiply my days as the sand. ¹⁹ My root is spread out by the waters, and the dew shall remain upon my branches. ²⁰ My glory is renewed with me, and my bow is renewed in my hand. ²¹ They would hear me and wait, and keep silent at my counsel. ²² After my words they would not reply, but my reason dropped upon them. ²³ And they waited for me as for the rain, and they opened their mouth wide as for the latter rain. ²⁴ If I laughed at them, they did not believe it; and they did not cast down the light of my countenance. ²⁵ I approved their way and sat at the head and dwelt as a king in the army, as one that comforts the mourners.

² For, unto what might the strength of their hands profit me, in whom time was lost? ³ For want and famine they walked alone; fleeing into solitude, to the dark place, desolate and waste. ⁴ Who cut up mallows among the bushes and juniper roots for their food. ⁵ They were driven forth from among men (they cried after them as after a thief). ⁶ They dwelt in the clifts of the valleys, in caves of the earth, and in the rocks. ⁷ Among the bushes they brayed; under the nettles they were gathered together. ⁸ They were sons of fools and men without names; they were lower than the earth. ⁹ And now I am their song, and I am their byword. ¹⁰ They abhor me, they distance themselves from me, and do not spare to spit in my face. ¹¹ Because God has loosed my cord and afflicted me, they have also gone out of control before my face. ¹² Upon my right hand rise the youth; they push away my feet, and they raise up against me the ways of their destruction. ¹³ They cast down my path, they took advantage of my calamity, against them there was no helper. ¹⁴ They came in as through a wide breach; they were stirred up because of my calamity. ¹⁵ ¶ They have loosed terrors upon me; they fought my will as the wind and my saving health as a cloud that passes. ¹⁶ And now my soul is poured out upon me; the days of affliction have taken hold upon me. ¹⁷ My bones pierce me in the night, and my sinews take no rest. ¹⁸ By the great force of my disease my garment is changed; it binds me about as the collar of my coat. ¹⁹ He has cast me into the mire, and I have become like dust and ashes. ²⁰ I cry unto thee, and thou dost not hear me; I present myself, and thou regardest me not. ²¹ Thou art become cruel to me; with the strength of thy hand thou dost hate me. ²² Thou didst lift me up and cause me to ride upon the wind, and didst dissolve my being. ²³ For I know that thou dost conduct me unto death and to the house appointed for all living. ²⁴ But he will not stretch out his hand against the grave; do those who are buried cry out when he destroys them? ²⁵ Did I not weep for the one that was in trouble? Was not my soul grieved for the needy? ²⁶ When I expected good, then evil came unto me; and when I waited for light, there came darkness. ²⁷ My bowels boil and do not rest; the days of affliction came upon me. ²⁸ I went about darkened, but not by the sun; I stood up and cried out in the congregation. ²⁹ I have become a brother to dragons and a companion to owls. ³⁰ My skin is black upon me, and my bones are burned with heat. ³¹ My harp is turned to mourning, and my organ into the voice of those that weep.

¹⁴ We took sweet counsel together and walked unto the house of God in company.

⁸ ¶ Wait in him at all times; ye peoples, pour out your heart before him; God is our refuge. Selah.

¹ To the Overcomer upon Gittith,
A Psalm of Asaph. ¶ Sing aloud unto God our strength; make a joyful noise unto the God of Jacob. ² Take the song and play the timbrel, the harp of joy with the psaltery. ³ Blow the shofar in the new moon in the time appointed on our solemn feast day.

⁴ Enter into his gates with thanksgiving and into his courts with praise; be thankful unto him and bless his name.

¹ A Song of degrees of David. ¶ I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD.

²⁹ Ye shall have a song, as in the night in which the Passover is kept and gladness of heart as when one goes with a flute to come into the mountain of the LORD to the mighty One of Israel.

¹⁹ Koph Arise, cry out in the night; in the beginning of the watches; pour out thine heart like water before the face of the Lord; lift up thy hands toward him for the life of thy young children that faint for hunger in the top of every street.

¹ ¶ Aleph How is the gold become dim! how is the most fine gold changed! the stones of the sanctuary are scattered through the crossings of every street.

¹⁵ Behold upon the mountains the feet of him that brings good tidings, of him that publishes peace! O Judah, keep thy solemn feasts, perform thy vows; for Belial shall no longer pass through thee; he is utterly cut off.

²⁵ But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime didst receive thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted here, and thou art tormented.

²⁶ the LORD lift up his face upon thee, and place peace in thee.

⁶ And David was greatly distressed, for the people spoke of stoning him because the soul of all the people was bitter, each one for his sons and for his daughters; but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God.

¹⁵ Though he slay me, yet I will trust in him; but I will defend my ways before him.

¹³ I had fainted unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. ¹⁴ Wait for the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart; wait, I say, for the LORD.

¹⁴ I behaved myself as though he had been my friend or brother; I bowed down heavily, as one that mourns for his mother.

⁷ ¶ Daleth Be silent before the LORD and wait patiently for him; do not be angry with him who prospers in his way, with the man who brings wicked devices to pass.

⁶ I am troubled; I am bowed down greatly; I go mourning all the day long.

² From the end of the earth I will cry unto thee when my heart is overwhelmed; lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

³ I remembered God and cried out; I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah.

¹⁵ He shall call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and glorify him. ¹⁶ With long life I will satisfy him and show him my saving health.

² I shall pour out my complaint before him; before him I shall tell of my trouble. ³ When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then thou didst know my path. In the way in which I walked have they secretly laid a snare for me.

³ For the enemy has persecuted my soul; he has smitten my life down to the ground; he has made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead. ⁴ Therefore my spirit has become overwhelmed within me; my heart within me has become desolate.

¹⁰ ¶ Who is among you that fears the LORD? Hearken unto the voice of his slave. He who walked in darkness and had no light; let him trust in the name of the LORD and stay upon his God.

⁶ I call to remembrance my songs of the night; I commune with my own heart, and my spirit made diligent search. ⁷ Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will he be favourable no more? ⁸ Is his mercy gone for ever? does his word fail from generation to generation? ⁹ Has God forgotten to have mercy? has he in anger shut up his tender mercies? ¹⁸ ¶ There are those that speak like the piercings of a sword, but the tongue of the wise is medicine.

³⁵ (yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also) that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.

⁵ Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted against me? Wait thou for God, for I shall yet praise him for the wellbeing of his presence.

¹⁷ For I will cause healing to come for thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, said the LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeks after.

⁶ behold, I will bring her healing and medicine, and I will cure them and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth.

¹² But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, Those that are whole need not a physician, but those that are sick.
