¹⁴ Are they not al ministring spirits, sent forth to minister, for their sakes which shalbe heires of saluation?

¹⁵ And when the morning arose, the Angels hasted Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife and thy two daughters which are here, lest thou be destroyed in the punishment of the citie. ¹⁶ And as he prolonged the time, the men caught both him and his wife, and his two daughters by the hands (the Lord being mercifull vnto him) and they brought him foorth, and set him without the citie.

¹ Nowe Iaakob went forth on his iourney and the Angels of God met him. ² And when Iaakob saw them, he said, This is Gods hoste, and called the name of the same place Mahanaim.

²⁴ Now when Iaakob was left him selfe alone, there wrestled a man with him vnto the breaking of the day.

¹⁹ Againe he said, Heare thou therefore the worde of the Lord. I sawe the Lord sit on his throne, and all the hoste of heauen stood about him on his right hand and on his left hand.

⁶ Nowe on a day when the children of God came and stoode before the Lord, Satan came also among them.

⁷ The Angel of the Lord pitcheth round about them, that feare him, and deliuereth them.

¹¹ For hee shall giue his Angels charge ouer thee to keepe thee in all thy wayes. ¹² They shall beare thee in their handes, that thou hurt not thy foote against a stone.

²⁰ Prayse the Lord, ye his Angels, that excell in strength, that doe his commandement in obeying the voyce of his worde. ²¹ Prayse the Lord, all ye his hostes, ye his seruants that doe his pleasure.

⁴ Which maketh his spirits his messengers, and a flaming fire his ministers.

² The Seraphims stoode vpon it: euery one had sixe wings: with twaine he couered his face, and with twaine hee couered his feete, and with twaine he did flie. ³ And one cryed to another, and sayde, Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hostes: the whole world is full of his glory.

²⁸ Wherefore Nebuchad-nezzar spake and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, who hath sent his Angel, and deliuered his seruants, that put their trust in him, and haue changed the Kings commandement, and yeelded their bodies rather then they would serue or worship any god, saue their owne God.

²² My God hath sent his Angel and hath shut the lyons mouthes, that they haue not hurt mee: for my iustice was founde out before him: and vnto thee, O King, I haue done no hurt.

¹⁰ A fierie streame yssued, and came foorth from before him: thousand thousandes ministred vnto him, and tenne thousand thousands stoode before him: the iudgement was set, and the bookes opened.

²¹ Yea, while I was speaking in prayer, euen the man Gabriel, whome I had seene before in the vision, came flying, and touched mee about the time of the euening oblation. ²² And he informed me, and talked with me, and sayd, O Daniel, I am now come forth to giue thee knowledge and vnderstanding. ²³ At the beginning of thy supplications the commandement came foorth, and I am come to shewe thee, for thou art greatly beloued: therefore vnderstande the matter and consider the vision.

¹¹ And he sayde vnto me, O Daniel, a man greatly beloued, vnderstand the wordes that I speake vnto thee, and stand in thy place: for vnto thee am I nowe sent. And when hee had sayde this worde vnto me, I stood trembling. ¹² Then sayd he vnto me, Feare not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou diddest set thine heart to vnderstand, and to humble thy selfe before thy God, thy wordes were heard, and I am come for thy wordes.

²⁰ But whiles he thought these things, behold, the Angel of the Lord appeared vnto him in a dreame, saying, Ioseph, the sonne of Dauid, feare not to take Mary thy wife: for that which is conceiued in her, is of the holy Ghost.

¹³ After their departure, behold, the Angel of the Lord appeareth to Ioseph in a dreame, saying, Arise, and take the babe and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be there til I bring thee word: for Herod will seeke the babe, to destroy him.

⁴¹ The Sonne of man shall send forth his Angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which doe iniquitie,

⁴⁹ So shall it be at the end of the world. The Angels shall goe foorth, and seuer the bad from among the iust, ⁵⁰ And shall cast them into a fornace of fire: there shalbe wailing, and gnashing of teeth.

¹⁰ See that ye despise not one of these litle ones: for I say vnto you, that in heauen their Angels alwayes behold the face of my Father which is in heauen.

³¹ And he shall send his Angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect, from the foure windes, and from the one ende of the heauens vnto the other.

³⁴ Then shall ye king say to them on his right hand, Come ye blessed of my father: take the inheritance of the kingdome prepared for you from the foundation of the world.

¹⁹ And the Angell answered, and sayde vnto him, I am Gabriel that stand in the presence of God, and am sent to speake vnto thee, and to shew thee these good tidings.

²³ And it came to passe, when the daies of his office were fulfilled, that he departed to his owne house.

⁹ And loe, the Angel of the Lord came vpon them, and the glorie of the Lord shone about them, and they were sore afraide.

²² And it was so that the begger died, and was caried by the Angels into Abrahams bosome. The rich man also died, and was buried.

³ He sawe in a vision euidently (about the ninth houre of the day) an Angel of God comming in to him, and saying vnto him, Cornelius. ⁴ But when hee looked on him, hee was afrayd, and sayd, What is it, Lord? and he sayd vnto him, Thy prayers and thine almes are come vp into remembrance before God.

²² Then tydings of those things came vnto the eares of the Church, which was in Hierusalem, and they sent foorth Barnabas, that he should goe vnto Antiochia.

⁷ And behold the Angel of the Lord came vpon them, and a light shined in the house, and he smote Peter on the side, and raysed him vp, saying, Arise quickely. And his chaines fell off from his handes.

²³ But immediatly the Angel of the Lord smote him, because he gaue not glorie vnto God, so that he was eaten of wormes, and gaue vp the ghost.

² Nowe as they ministred to the Lord, and fasted, the holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul, for the worke whereunto I haue called them.

²⁶ And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundation of the prison was shaken: and by and by all the doores opened, and euery mans bands were loosed.

²³ For there stood by me this night the Angel of God, whose I am, and whome I serue,

¹⁷ If we be children, we are also heires, euen the heires of God, and heires annexed with Christ: if so be that we suffer with him, that we may also be glorified with him.

⁶ For, for this cause ye pay also tribute: for they are Gods ministers, applying themselues for the same thing.

¹⁶ That I should be the minister of Iesus Christ toward the Gentiles, ministring the Gospel of God, that the offering vp of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the holy Ghost.

²⁷ For it hath pleased them, and their detters are they: for if the Gentiles be made partakers of their spirituall things, their duetie is also to minister vnto them in carnall things.

¹² For the ministration of this seruice not onely supplieth the necessities of the Saintes, but also aboundantly causeth many to giue thankes to God,

⁷ Knowe ye therefore, that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.

⁹ So then they which be of faith, are blessed with faithfull Abraham.

²⁹ And if ye be Christes, then are ye Abrahams seede, and heires by promise.

⁶ That the Gentiles should be inheriters also, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the Gospel,

¹⁷ Yea, and though I bee offered vp vpon the sacrifice, and seruice of your faith, I am glad, and reioyce with you all.

²⁵ But I supposed it necessarie to sende my brother Epaphroditus vnto you, my companion in labour, and fellowe souldier, euen your messenger, and he that ministred vnto me such things as I wanted.

⁷ And to you which are troubled, rest with vs, when the Lord Iesus shall shewe himselfe from heauen with his mightie Angels,

⁷ That we, being iustified by his grace, should be made heires according to the hope of eternall life.

⁹ And being consecrate, was made the authour of eternall saluation vnto all them that obey him:

¹² That ye be not slouthfull, but followers of them, which through faith and patience, inherite the promises.

¹⁷ So God, willing more aboundantly to shew vnto the heires of promise the stablenes of his counsell, bound himselfe by an othe,

⁶ But nowe our hie Priest hath obteined a more excellent office, in as much as he is the Mediatour of a better Testament, which is established vpon better promises.

¹¹ And euery Priest standeth dayly ministring, and oft times offreth one maner of offring, which can neuer take away sinnes:

⁵ Hearken my beloued brethren, hath not God chosen the poore of this worlde, that they should be rich in faith, and heires of the kingdome which he promised to them that loue him?

⁴ To an inheritance immortall and vndefiled, and that withereth not, reserued in heauen for vs,

¹² Vnto whome it was reueiled, that not vnto themselues, but vnto vs they shoulde minister the things, which are nowe shewed vnto you by them which haue preached vnto you the Gospell by the holy Ghost sent downe from heauen, the which things the Angels desire to beholde.

⁷ Likewise ye husbands, dwel with them as men of knowledge, giuing honour vnto the woman, as vnto the weaker vessell, euen as they which are heires together of the grace of life, that your prayers be not interrupted.

¹⁴ And Enoch also the seuenth from Adam, prophecied of such, saying, Beholde, the Lord commeth with thousands of his Saints,

⁶ Then I behelde, and loe, in the middes of the throne, and of the foure beasts, and in the mids of the Elders, stoode a Labe as though he had bene killed, which had seuen hornes, and seuen eyes, which are the seuen spirites of God, sent into all the world.
