⁸ Then his brothers said to him, "Will you really rule over us?" And _⌊they hated him even more_⌋* on account of his dream and because of his words. ⁹ Then he dreamed yet another dream and told it to his brothers. And he said, "Behold, I dreamed a dream again, and behold, the sun and the moon and eleven stars were bowing down to me." ¹⁰ And he told it to his father and to his brothers. Will I and your mother and your brothers indeed come to bow down to the ground to you?" ¹¹ And his brothers were jealous of him, but his father kept the matter in mind.

³ And his master observed that Yahweh was with him, and everything that was in his hand to do Yahweh made successful.

²⁰ So now then, look, I know that you will certainly be king and the kingdom of Israel will be established in your hand.

²⁵ Then Saul said to David, "Blessed are you, my son David; _⌊you will not only do many things, but also will always succeed_⌋!"* Then David went on his way and Saul returned to his place.
