² for him no longer to live in the lusts of men, but to live the remaining time in the flesh in the will of God.

¹⁰ Teach me to do Your will; for You are my God; Your Spirit is good; lead me into the land of justice.

⁷ But, like Adam, they have broken the covenant; they have acted like traitors against Me there.

²¹ Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord, will enter into the kingdom of Heaven, but the ones who do the will of My Father in Heaven.

⁵⁰ For whoever shall do the will of My Father in Heaven, that one is My brother and sister and mother.

³¹ Which of the two did the will of the father? They said to Him, The first. Jesus said to them, Truly I say to you, the tax collectors and the harlots go before you into the kingdom of God.

³⁵ For whoever does the will of God, this one is My brother, and My sister, and My mother.

²¹ For from within, out of the heart of men, pass out the evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,

¹³ who were born not of bloods, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but were born of God.

¹⁷ If anyone desires to do His will, he will know concerning the doctrine, whether it is of God, or I speak from Myself.

² Let it not be! We who died to sin, how shall we still live in it?

¹¹ So also you count yourselves to be truly dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

⁴ So that, my brothers, you also were made dead to the law through the body of Christ, for you to become Another's, to One raised from the dead, so that we may bear fruit to God.

² And be not conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, in order to prove by you what is the good and pleasing and perfect will of God.

⁷ For no one of us lives to himself and no one dies to himself.

¹⁵ and He died for all, that the living ones may live no more to themselves, but to the One having died for them and having been raised.

¹⁹ For through law I died to law, that I might live to God. ²⁰ I have been crucified with Christ, and I live; yet no longer I, but Christ lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith toward the Son of God, the One loving me and giving Himself over on my behalf.

³ among whom we also all conducted ourselves in times past in the lusts of our flesh, doing the things willed of the flesh and of the understandings, and were by nature the children of wrath, even as the rest.

¹⁷ Therefore, I say this, and testify in the Lord, that you no longer walk even as also the rest of the nations walk, in the vanity of their mind,

²² for you have put off the old man, as regards the former behavior, having been corrupted according to the deceitful lusts, ²³ and to be renewed in the spirit of your mind, ²⁴ and to put on the new man, which according to God was created in righteousness and true holiness.

⁷ Then do not be partners with them; ⁸ for you then were darkness, but now light in the Lord; walk as children of light.

¹⁷ For this reason, do not be foolish, but understanding what the will of the Lord is .

⁶ not with eye-service as men-pleasers, but as slaves of Christ doing the will of God from the soul,

⁹ For this cause also, from the day in which we heard, we do not cease praying on your behalf, and asking that you may be filled with the full knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding,

⁷ among whom you also walked at one time, when you were living in these. ⁸ But now, you also, put off all these things: wrath, anger, malice, evil-speaking, shameful speech out of your mouth.

¹² Epaphras greets you, he of you, a slave of Christ, always striving for you in prayers, that you may stand full-grown and being complete in every will of God.

¹⁸ In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you.

³ For we also once were senseless, disobedient, led astray, slaving for various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, hating one another. ⁴ But when the kindness and love of God our Savior toward man appeared, ⁵ not by works in righteousness which we had done, but according to His mercy, He saved us through the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit, ⁶ whom He poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ, our Savior; ⁷ that being justified by His grace, we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life. ⁸ Faithful is the Word, and concerning these things I desire you strongly to affirm that the ones believing God should take thought to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable to men.

²¹ perfect you in every good work, in order to do His will, doing in you that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen.

¹⁸ Having purposed, He brought us forth by the word of truth, for us to be a certain firstfruit of His creatures.

¹⁴ as children of obedience, not fashioning yourselves to your former lusts in your ignorance,

¹ Then having laid aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil words,

¹⁴ or to governors, as through Him having indeed been sent for vengeance on evildoers, but praise on well doers, ¹⁵ because so is the will of God, doing good to silence the ignorance of foolish men;

¹⁷ And the world is passing away, and its lust. But the one doing the will of God abides forever.
