⁵ A flock animal, a perfect one, a male, a yearling, shall be to you. You shall take from the sheep or from the goats.

⁶ he shall take the living bird, and the cedar wood, and the scarlet, and the hyssop, and shall dip them and the living bird in the blood of the slain bird, over the running water.

²⁰ You shall not offer that which has a blemish; for it shall not be acceptable for you. ²¹ And when a man brings near a sacrifice of peace offerings to Jehovah, to complete a vow, or for a freewill offering, of the herd or of the flock, it shall be perfect to be accepted; no blemish shall be in it; ²² blind, or broken, or maimed, or having a flow, or scurvy, or scabbed, you shall not bring these near to Jehovah; and you shall not make of them a fire offering on the altar to Jehovah. ²³ As to an ox or a sheep deformed, or dwarfed, you shall make it a freewill offering; but it is not acceptable for a vow. ²⁴ As to anything bruised, or beaten, or torn, or cut, you shall not bring it near to Jehovah; even you shall not do it in your land. ²⁵ And you shall not bring near the bread of your God from the hand of a son of a stranger, or any of these, for their corruption is in them; they are blemished; they are not acceptable for you.

⁶ And the priest shall take cedar wood, and hyssop and scarlet, and shall cast it into the midst of the burning of the heifer.

²¹ And Eleazar the priest said to the men of war who went to battle, This is the statute of the law which Jehovah has commanded Moses:

³ And it shall be, that the city nearest to the one slain, even the elders of that city shall take a heifer of the herd, which has not been worked with, and which has not drawn in the yoke.

⁷ And now, take and make one new cart, and two suckling cows, on which a yoke has never gone up. And you shall tie the cows to the cart, and cause their young ones to return home from them.

¹⁸ Come now and let us reason together, says Jehovah: Though your sins are as scarlet, they shall be white as snow; though they are red as the crimson, they shall be like wool.

¹⁴ The yoke of my transgressions is bound by His hand, they intertwine, they rise on my neck. He caused my strength to falter. The Lord gave me into their hands. I am not able to rise up.

¹³ And you have said, Behold, what weariness! And you have sniffed at it, says Jehovah of hosts. And you bring plunder, and the lame, and the sick; and you bring the meal offering. Should I accept it from your hand? says Jehovah. ¹⁴ But cursed be a deceiver and there is a male in his flock, yet he vows it, but he sacrifices a blemished one to the Lord. For I am a great King, says Jehovah of hosts, and My name is feared among the nations.

³⁵ And answering, the angel said to her, The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you, and for this reason that Holy One being born of you will be called Son of God.

¹⁷ For this reason My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life, that I may take it again. ¹⁸ No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down from Myself. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it again. I received this commandment from My Father.

⁶ who subsisting in the form of God thought it not robbery to be equal with God, ⁷ but emptied Himself, taking the form of a slave, having become in the likeness of men ⁸ and being found in fashion as a man, He humbled Himself, having become obedient until death, even the death of a cross.

²⁶ For such a High Priest was fitting for us: holy, harmless, undefiled, and separated from sinners, and having become higher than the heavens;

¹⁰ but only on foods and drinks, and various washings, and fleshly ordinances, until the time of setting things right has been imposed.

¹⁹ but with precious blood of Christ, as of an unblemished and unspotted lamb,

²² "who did not sin, nor was guile found in His mouth;" Isa. 53:9

⁵ even from Jesus Christ the faithful witness, the First-born out of the dead, and the Ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him loving us and washing us from our sins by His blood,

¹² he shall bring out all the bullock to the outside of the camp, to a clean place, to the place of the pouring of ashes; and he shall burn it on the wood with fire; it shall be burned at the place of pouring of ashes.

²¹ And he shall bring the bullock to the outside of the camp, and he shall burn it as he burned the first bullock; it is a sin offering of the congregation.

⁴⁵ And the leper who has the plague in him, his garments shall be torn, and his head shall be uncovered, and he shall cover the upper lip; and he shall call out, Unclean! Unclean! ⁴⁶ And the days that the plague shall be in him, he is unclean; he shall live alone, he is unclean; his dwelling shall be at the outside of the camp.

²⁷ And the bullock of the sin offering, and the goat of the sin offering, whose blood has been brought in to atone in the sanctuary, one shall carry out to the outside of the camp; and they shall burn their skins with fire and their flesh, and their dung.

¹⁴ Bring out the reviler to the outside of the camp. And all those who heard shall lay their hands on his head, and all the congregation shall stone him.

⁴ And Nadab and Abihu died before Jehovah in the wilderness of Sinai, for bringing strange fire before Jehovah. And they had no sons. And Eleazar and Ithamar acted as priests in the presence of their father Aaron.

² Command the sons of Israel, and they shall send every leper out of the camp, and everyone with an issue, and everyone defiled by a dead body.

³⁶ And all the congregation brought him outside the camp and stoned him with stones. And he died, as Jehovah commanded Moses.

¹¹ For of the animals whose "blood is brought" by the high priest "into the Holy of Holies" concerning sins, of these the bodies "are burned outside the camp." Lev. 16:27 ¹² Indeed, because of this, in order that He might sanctify the people by His own blood, Jesus suffered outside the gate. ¹³ So let us go forth to Him outside the camp bearing His reproach.

⁶ And the priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle of the blood seven times before the face of Jehovah, at the front of the veil of the holy place.

¹³ For if the blood of bulls and goats, and ashes of a heifer sprinkling those having been defiled, sanctifies to the purity of the flesh, ¹⁴ by how much more the blood of Christ (who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God), will purify your conscience from dead works for the serving of the living God!

²⁴ and to Jesus the Mediator of a new covenant, and to blood of sprinkling speaking better things than that of Abel.

² according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, in sanctification of the Spirit to obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace and peace be multiplied to you.

¹⁴ And you shall burn the flesh of the bullock, and its skin, and its dung, with fire outside the camp; it is a sin offering.

¹¹ And the skin of the bullock, and all its flesh with its head, and with its legs, and the inward parts, and its dung, ¹² he shall bring out all the bullock to the outside of the camp, to a clean place, to the place of the pouring of ashes; and he shall burn it on the wood with fire; it shall be burned at the place of pouring of ashes.

¹⁴ I am poured out like waters, and all My bones are spread apart; My heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of My bowels.

¹⁰ But Jehovah pleased to crush Him, to make Him sick, so that If He should put His soul as a guilt offering, He shall see His seed; He shall prolong His days; and the will of Jehovah shall prosper in His hand.

⁴ then the priest shall command, and he shall take for him who is to be cleansed two clean living birds, and cedar wood, and scarlet, and hyssop.

⁴⁹ And he shall take two birds for the cleansing of the house, and cedar wood, and scarlet dye, and hyssop;

⁷ Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.

¹⁹ For when every command had been spoken according to Law by Moses to all the people, he took the blood of the calves and goats, with water and scarlet wool and hyssop, and he sprinkled both the scroll and all the people, ²⁰ saying, "This is the blood of the covenant which God enjoined to you." ²⁵ And anyone who lifts up their dead body shall wash his garments and shall be unclean until the evening;

⁴⁰ and he who eats of its dead body shall wash his garments and shall be unclean until the evening; and he who lifts up its dead body shall wash his garments and shall be unclean until the evening.

⁸ And he who is to be cleansed shall wash his garments, and shall shave all his hair, and shall bathe with water, and shall be clean. And afterwards he shall come into the camp, and shall live on the outside of his tent seven days. ⁹ And it shall be on the seventh day, he shall shave all his hair, his head, and his beard, and his eyebrows; he shall even shave all his hair. And he shall wash his garments, and shall bathe his flesh with water, and shall be clean.

⁵ And anyone who touches his bed shall wash his garments, and shall bathe with water, and shall be unclean until the evening.

¹ In that day a fountain shall be opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, for sin and for impurity.

²¹ For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

¹ Then having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilements of flesh and of spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

⁴⁹ One law shall be to the native, and to the visitor, the one staying in your midst.

¹⁵ As for the congregation, there shall be one statute both for you and for the alien that lives with you, a never ending statute throughout your generations; as you are, so shall the alien be before Jehovah. ¹⁶ There shall be one law and one ordinance both for you and for the alien that lives with you.

⁷ Then the priest shall wash his clothes, and he shall bathe his flesh in water, and afterward he may come into the camp; and the priest shall be unclean until the evening. ⁸ And he that burned her shall wash his clothes in water, and shall bathe his flesh in water, and shall be unclean until the evening.

²⁹ Or is He the God of Jews only, and not also of the nations? Yes, of the nations also, ³⁰ since it is one God who will justify circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.

¹¹ where there is no Greek and Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, foreigner, Scythian, slave or freeman, but Christ is all things and in all.

³¹ These are unclean to you among all which swarm; anyone who touches them in their death is unclean until the evening.

¹ And Jehovah said to Moses, Speak to the priests, Aaron's sons, and you shall say to them, None shall be defiled for the dead among his people.

¹¹ nor shall he come near any dead person; he shall not defile himself for his father or for his mother;

⁶ And there were men who had been defiled by the body of a man, and they had not been able to prepare the Passover on that day. And they came near before Moses, and before Aaron on that day.

¹⁰ Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, If any man of you or of your generations shall be unclean by reason of a body, or be in a distant journey, yet he shall keep the Passover to Jehovah.

¹⁹ And encamp outside the camp seven days. Whoever has killed any person, and whoever touched a pierced one, purify yourselves on the third day and on the seventh day, you and your captives.

¹³ And Haggai said, If the unclean of body touches these, is it unclean? And the priests answered and said, It is unclean.

¹⁷ Because of this, "come out from among them" "and be separated," says the Lord, "and do not touch the unclean thing," and I will receive you. Isa. 52:11

¹ and He worked in you who were once dead in trespasses and sins,

¹⁴ by how much more the blood of Christ (who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God), will purify your conscience from dead works for the serving of the living God!

¹¹ And be ready for the third day. For on the third day Jehovah will go down before the eyes of all the people on the mountain of Sinai.

¹⁵ And he said to the people, Be ready for the third day. Do not approach a woman.

¹⁷ And the rest of the flesh of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burned with fire.

³ or if he touches the uncleanness of man, any of his uncleanness by which he is unclean, and it is hidden from him, and he knows, then he is guilty.

⁶ And he shall bring his guilt offering to Jehovah for his sin which he has sinned, a female out of the flock, a lamb, or a doe of the goats, for a sin offering. And the priest shall atone for him regarding his sin.

¹⁷ And if a person sins, and he has done that which is not to be done from any one of all the commands of Jehovah, and does not know, and he is guilty, and bears his iniquity,

²⁰ And the person who eats of the flesh of the sacrifice of the peace offerings which are Jehovah's when his uncleanness is upon him, even that person shall be cut off from his people.

³¹ So you shall separate the sons of Israel from their uncleanness, and they shall not die in their uncleanness, when they defile My tabernacle that is in their midst.

³ And I, I shall set My face against that man, and shall cut him off from the midst of his people, for he has given of his seed to Molech, so as to defile My sanctuary, and to pollute My holy name.

³ Say to them, Out of all your seed throughout your generations, any man who draws near to the holy things which the sons of Israel set apart to Jehovah, and his uncleanness being upon him, that person shall be cut off from before me; I am Jehovah.

³⁰ And the soul that does anything with a high hand, whether of a homeborn or of the alien, the same blasphemes Jehovah. And that person shall be cut off from the midst of his people.

²⁴ Therefore, I said to you that you will die in your sins. For if you do not believe that I AM, you will die in your sins.

² For if the word spoken by angels was confirmed, and every transgression and disobedience received a just repayment; ³ how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation? Which having received a beginning to be spoken through the Lord, was confirmed to us by the ones hearing,

²⁹ How much worse punishment do you think will be thought worthy to receive, the one trampling the Son of God, and having counted common the blood of the covenant in which he was sanctified, and having insulted the Spirit of grace?

⁸ But for the cowardly and unbelieving, and those having become foul, and murderers, and fornicators, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all the lying ones, their part will be in the Lake burning with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.

¹¹ The one acting unjustly, let him still act unjustly; and the filthy, let him still be filthy; and the righteous, let him still do righteousness; and the holy, let him still be holy.

¹⁵ But outside are the dogs and the sorcerers, and the fornicators, and the murderers, and the idolaters, and everyone loving a lie, and making it.

³² And anything on which any one of them falls in their death is unclean, whether of any vessel of wood, or garment, or skin, or sack; any vessel in which work is done shall be caused to go into water, and shall be unclean until the evening; then it shall be cleaned.

³⁶ And the priest shall command, and they shall turn out the house before the priest comes in to see the plague that all in the house may not be unclean; and afterwards the priest shall come in to see the house.

²⁰ And as to every garment, and all that is made of skin, and all work of goats' hair, and all things made of wood, you shall purify them .

And they shall cleanse the land.

²⁷ Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitened graves which outwardly indeed appear beautiful, but within are full of bones of the dead, and of all uncleanness.

⁴⁴ Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees! Hypocrites! For you are as the unseen tombs, and the men walking above do not know.

¹⁹ And Isaac's slaves dug in the torrent-bed, and they found there a well of flowing water.

¹⁷ Because the Lamb in the midst of the throne will shepherd them, and will lead them on the living fountains of waters; and God will wipe off every tear from their eyes.

²⁵ Then I will sprinkle clean waters on you, and you shall be clean. I will cleanse you from all your defilement and from all your idols. ²⁶ And I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. And I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give to you a heart of flesh. ²⁷ And I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you shall keep My judgments and do them .

² Every branch in Me not bearing fruit, He takes it away; and each one bearing fruit, He prunes, so that it may bear more fruit. ³ You are already pruned because of the Word which I have spoken to you.

¹⁹ and I sanctify Myself for them, that they also may be sanctified in truth.

³⁰ But of Him, you are in Christ Jesus, who was made to us wisdom from God, both righteousness and sanctification and redemption,

² And on the seventh day God completed His work which He had made And He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made.

⁹ And it shall be on the seventh day, he shall shave all his hair, his head, and his beard, and his eyebrows; he shall even shave all his hair. And he shall wash his garments, and shall bathe his flesh with water, and shall be clean.

¹² He shall cleanse himself for it on the third day, and on the seventh day he shall be clean. And if he does not cleanse himself on the third day, then on the seventh day he shall not be clean.

²⁵ Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up on its behalf, ²⁶ that He might sanctify it, cleansing it by the washing of the water in the Word, ²⁷ that He might present it to Himself as the glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle, or any such things, but that it be holy and without blemish.

¹⁴ who gave Himself on our behalf, "that He might redeem us from all iniquity" "and purify" "a people" "for His own possession," zealous of good works. Psa. 130:8; Eze. 37:23; Deut. 14:2

³ For we also once were senseless, disobedient, led astray, slaving for various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, hating one another. ⁴ But when the kindness and love of God our Savior toward man appeared, ⁵ not by works in righteousness which we had done, but according to His mercy, He saved us through the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit,

²² let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, our hearts having been sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our body having been washed in pure water;

⁷ But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of His Son Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin.

¹ My little children, I write these things to you so that you do not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. ² And He is the propitiation relating to our sins, and not relating to ours only, but also relating to all the world.

²³ But save others with fear, snatching them out of the fire, hating even the garment having been stained from the flesh.

⁵ even from Jesus Christ the faithful witness, the First-born out of the dead, and the Ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him loving us and washing us from our sins by His blood, ⁶ and made us kings and priests to God, even His Father. To Him is the glory and the might forever and ever. Amen.

¹⁴ And an uncircumcised male who is not circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin, his soul shall be cut off from his people; he has broken My covenant.

¹⁶ The one believing and being baptized will be saved. And the one not believing will be condemned.

³⁹ And everyone believing in this One is justified from all things which you could not be justified by the Law of Moses. ⁴⁰ Then watch that the thing spoken in the Prophets may not come on you: ⁴¹ "Behold, you despisers," "and marvel," "and perish, because I work a work in your days," a work which you would "in no way believe if anyone declares it to you." Hab. 1:5

⁴ Or do you despise the riches of His kindness, and the forbearance and the longsuffering, not knowing that the kindness of God leads you to repentance? ⁵ But according to your hardness and your impenitent heart, do you treasure up to yourself wrath in a day of wrath, and revelation of a righteous judgment of God?

¹⁴ Because of this, beloved, looking for these things, be diligent, spotless, and without blemish, to be found in peace by Him.

¹⁹ For the Law perfected nothing, but a bringing in of a better hope, through which we draw near to God.

⁴ for it is not possible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins.

² Or if a soul touches any unclean thing, or the unclean dead body of an animal, or the unclean dead body of livestock, or the dead body of unclean swarming things, it being hidden from him that he is unclean and is guilty,

¹⁹ And the flesh which touches any unclean thing shall not be eaten. It shall be burned with fire. As to the flesh, every clean one shall eat of the flesh.

¹⁹ For out of the heart come forth evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, lies, blasphemies. ²⁰ These things are the things defiling the man. But eating with unwashed hands does not defile the man.

²¹ For from within, out of the heart of men, pass out the evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, ²² thefts, greedy desires, iniquities, deceit, lustful desires, a wicked eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness. ²³ All these evil things pass out from within and defile the man.
