1 John 5:1 Cross References - MKJV

¹ Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God. And everyone who loves Him who begets also loves him who has been born of Him.

¹⁶ And Simon Peter answered and said, You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.

¹² But as many as received Him, He gave to them authority to become the children of God, to those who believe on His name, ¹³ who were born, not of bloods, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but were born of God.

³ Jesus answered and said to him, Truly, truly, I say to you, Unless a man is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

⁶⁹ And we have believed and have known that You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.

⁴² Jesus said to them, If God were your father, you would love Me, for I went forth and came from God; for I did not come of Myself, but He sent Me.

²³ He who hates Me hates My Father also.

³⁶ And as they passed along the way, they came on some water. And the eunuch said, See, here is water, what hinders me from being baptized?

⁹ Because if you confess the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. ¹⁰ For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses unto salvation.

¹⁸ Of His own will He brought us forth with the Word of truth, for us to be a certain firstfruit of His creatures.

³ Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has regenerated us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

²² Purifying your souls in the obedience of the truth through the Spirit to unfeigned love of the brothers, love one another fervently out of a pure heart, ²³ having been born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, through the living Word of God, and abiding forever.

¹⁰ He who loves his brother abides in the light, and there is no offense in him.

²² Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He who denies the Father and the Son is antichrist. ²³ Everyone who denies the Son neither has the Father. The one confessing the Son also has the Father.

²⁹ If you know that He is righteous, you know that everyone who does righteousness has been born of Him.

⁹ Everyone who has been born of God does not commit sin, because His seed remains in him, and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God.

¹⁴ We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brothers. He who does not love his brother abides in death.

¹⁷ But whoever has this world's goods and sees his brother having need, and shuts up his bowels from him, how does the love of God dwell in him?

² By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God;

⁷ Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God, and everyone who loves has been born of God, and knows God.

¹⁴ And we have seen and testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Savior of the world. ¹⁵ Whoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwells in him and he in God.

²⁰ If anyone says, I love God, and hates his brother, he is a liar. For if he does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?

⁴ For everything that has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that overcomes the world, our faith.
