12 Now in the fifth month, in the tenth day of the month, which was the nineteenth year of king Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard, who stood before the king of Babylon, came into Jerusalem. 13 And he burned the house of Jehovah and the king's house and all the houses of Jerusalem. Even every great house, he burned with fire. 14 And all the army of the Chaldeans, who were with the captain of the guard, broke down all the walls of Jerusalem all around.
15 Then Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard carried away captive of the poorest of the people and the residue of the people who were left in the city and those who fell away, who fell to the king of Babylon and the residue of the multitude. 16 But Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard left of the poorest of the land to be vine-dressers and farmer.
17 And the pillars of brass that were in the house of Jehovah and the bases and the brazen sea that were in the house of Jehovah, the Chaldeans broke in pieces and carried all the brass of them to Babylon. 18 The pots also and the shovels and the snuffers and the basins and the spoons and all the vessels of brass with which they ministered, they took away. 19 And the cups and the censors and the basins and the pots and the lamp-stands and the spoons and the bowls–what was from gold, in gold and what was from silver, in silver–the captain of the guard took away.
20 The two pillars, the one sea and the twelve brazen bulls that were under the bases, which king Solomon had made for the house of Jehovah–the brass of all these vessels was without weight. 21 And as for the pillars, the height of the one pillar was eighteen cubits and a line of twelve cubits encompassed it and the thickness of it was four fingers; it was hollow. 22 And a capital of brass was upon it. And the height of the one capital was five cubits, with lattice-work and pomegranates upon the capital all around, all of brass. And the second pillar also had like these and pomegranates. 23 And there were ninety-six pomegranates on the sides. All the pomegranates were a hundred upon the lattice-work all around.

13 For from the least of them even to the greatest of them everyone is given to covetousness. And from the prophet even to the priest everyone deals falsely. 14 They have also lightly healed the hurt of my people, saying, Peace, peace, when there is no peace.
15 Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? No, they were not at all ashamed, nor could they blush. Therefore they will fall among those who fall. At the time that I visit them they will be cast down, says Jehovah.

Jeremiah 14:14-15

14 Then Jehovah said to me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name. I did not send them, nor have I commanded them, nor did I speak to them. They prophesy to you* a lying vision and divination and a thing of nothing and the deceit of their own heart.
15 Therefore Jehovah says thus concerning the prophets who prophesy in my name and I did not send them, yet they say, Sword and famine will not be in this land: By sword and famine those prophets will be consumed.

4 For Jehovah says thus, Behold, I will make you a terror to yourself and to all your friends. And they will fall by the sword of their enemies and your eyes will behold it. And I will give all Judah into the hand of the king of Babylon and he will carry them captive to Babylon and will kill them with the sword.

Jeremiah 23:14-17

14 In the prophets of Jerusalem also I have seen a horrible thing. They commit adultery and walk in lies. And they strengthen the hands of evildoers, so that none returns from his wickedness. They have all of them become to me as Sodom and the inhabitants of it as Gomorrah.
15 Therefore Jehovah of hosts says thus concerning the prophets: Behold, I will feed them with wormwood and make them drink the water of gall. For from the prophets of Jerusalem ungodliness has gone forth into all the land.
16 Jehovah of hosts says thus: Listen not to the words of the prophets who prophesy to you*. They teach you* vanity. They speak a vision of their own heart and not out of the mouth of Jehovah. 17 They say continually to those who despise me, Jehovah has said, You* will have peace. And to everyone who walks in the stubbornness of his own heart they say, No evil will come upon you*.

Ezekiel 13:4-16

4 O Israel, your prophets have been like foxes in the waste places.
5 You* have not gone up into the gaps, nor built up the wall for the house of Israel to stand in the battle in the day of Jehovah. 6 They have seen falsehood and lying divination, who say, Jehovah says, but Jehovah has not sent them. And they have made men to hope that the word would be confirmed. 7 Have you* not seen a false vision and have you* not spoken a lying divination, in that you* say, Jehovah says, But I have not spoken?
8 Therefore thus says the lord Jehovah: Because you* have spoken falsehood and seen lies, therefore, behold, I am against you*, says the lord Jehovah. 9 And my hand will be against the prophets who see false visions and who divine lies. They will not be in the council of my people, nor will they be written in the writing of the house of Israel, neither will they enter into the land of Israel.
And you* will know that I am the lord Jehovah.
10 Because, even because they have seduced my people, saying, Peace and there is no peace and when a man builds up a wall, behold, they daub it with untempered mortar, 11 say to those who daub it with untempered mortar, that it will fall.
There will be an overflowing shower and you*, O great hailstones, will fall and a stormy wind will tear it. 12 Behold, when the wall has fallen, will it not be said to you*, Where is the daubing with which you* have daubed it?
13 Therefore thus says the lord Jehovah: I will even tear it with a stormy wind in my wrath and there will be an overflowing shower in my anger and great hailstones in wrath to consume it.
14 So I will break down the wall that you* have daubed with untempered mortar and bring it down to the ground, so that the foundation of it will be uncovered. And it will fall and you* will be consumed in the midst of it.
And you* will know that I am Jehovah.
15 Thus I will accomplish my wrath upon the wall and upon those who have daubed it with untempered mortar. And I will say to you*, The wall is no more, nor those who daubed it, 16 namely, the prophets of Israel who prophesy concerning Jerusalem and who see visions of peace for her and there is no peace, says the lord Jehovah.

Ezekiel 13:22-23

22 Because with lies you* have grieved the heart of the righteous, whom I have not made sad and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way and be saved alive. 23 Therefore you* will no more see false visions, nor divine divinations. And I will deliver my people out of your* hand.
And you* will know that I am Jehovah.

Now instantly dimness and darkness fell upon him, and going around, he was seeking someone to lead him by the hand.

2 Peter 2:1-3

1 But false prophets happened to be also among the people, as false teachers will also be among you, who will be smuggling in sects of destruction, denying even the Master who bought them, bringing quick destruction upon themselves. 2 And many will be following their unbridled-lusts, because of whom the way of the truth will be blasphemed. \ulnone\nosupersub 3 And in their greed, they will be merchants of you with fabricated words; to whom the condemnation from long-ago is not idle, and their destruction will not be slumbering.

Numbers 11:11-15

11 And Moses said to Jehovah, Why have you dealt ill with your servant? And why have I not found favor in your sight, that you lay the burden of all this people upon me? 12 Have I conceived all this people? Have I brought them forth, that you should say to me, Carry them in your bosom, as a nurturing father carries the sucking child, to the land which you swore to their fathers? 13 From where should I have flesh to give to all this people? For they weep to me, saying, Give us flesh, that we may eat.

9 For I am thinking that God has showed us, the apostles, last of all, as men doomed to death, because we have become a spectacle to the world, both to messengers and men. 10 We are foolish because of Christ, but you are prudent in Christ. We are weak, but you are strong. You are glorious, but we are dishonored. 11 We are both hungry and thirsty, till the current hour, and are naked and are battered and are homeless; 12 and we are laboring, working with our own hands. Being reviled, we are speaking well of them; being persecuted, we are tolerating it; 13 being blasphemed, we are encouraging.
