¹³ Jehovah looks from heaven. He beholds all the sons of men.

¹² And God saw the earth and behold, it was corrupt, because all flesh had corrupted their way upon the earth.

⁹ For the eyes of Jehovah run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong to those whose heart is perfect toward him. In this you have done foolishly, for from hereafter you will have wars.

²⁴ For he looks to the ends of the earth and sees under the whole heaven,

²³ Am I a God at hand, says Jehovah and not a God afar off? ²⁴ Can any man hide himself in secret places so that I will not see him? says Jehovah. Do I not fill heaven and earth? says Jehovah.

⁵⁰ till Jehovah looks down and beholds from heaven.

¹³ And there is no created thing unapparent in his sight, but all things are naked and have been laid-bare to his eyes to whom is our account.
