¹³ I will come into your house with burnt offerings. I will pay you my vows,

¹¹ then it will happen that to the place which Jehovah your* God will choose to cause his name to dwell there, there you* will bring all that I command you*: your* burnt offerings and your* sacrifices, your* tithes and the heave offering of your* hand and all your* choice vows which you* vow to Jehovah.
¹² And you* will rejoice before Jehovah your* God, you* and your* sons and your* daughters and your* men-servants and your* maid-servants and the Levite who is within your* gates–inasmuch as he has no portion nor inheritance with you*.

²⁵ From you comes my praise in the great assembly. I will pay my vows before those who fear him.

¹⁸ Do good in your good pleasure to Zion. Build you the walls of Jerusalem. ¹⁹ Then you will delight in the sacrifices of righteousness, in burnt offering and in whole burnt offering. Then they will offer bullocks upon your altar.

¹² Your vows are upon me, O God. I will render thank offerings to you.

⁴ Enter into his gates with thanksgiving and into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him and bless his name.

¹⁴ I will pay my vows to Jehovah, yes, in the presence of all his people.

¹⁷ I will offer to you the sacrifice of thanksgiving and will call upon the name of Jehovah. ¹⁸ I will pay my vows to Jehovah, yes, in the presence of all his people, ¹⁹ in the courts of Jehovah's house, in the midst of you, O Jerusalem.
Praise Jehovah.

¹⁹ Open to me the gates of righteousness. I will enter into them. I will give thanks to Jehovah.

²⁷ Jehovah is God and he has given us light. Bind the sacrifice with cords, even to the horns of the altar.

⁴ When you vow a vow to God, defer not to pay it, because he has no pleasure in fools. Pay what you vow.

⁹ But I will sacrifice to you with the voice of thanksgiving. I will pay what I have vowed. Salvation is of Jehovah.

¹⁵ Behold, upon the mountains the feet of him who brings good news, who proclaims peace! Keep your feasts, O Judah. Perform your vows, for the wicked one will no more pass through you. He is utterly cut off.

¹⁵ Therefore, let us always offer up a sacrifice of praising through him to God, that is, the fruit of our lips confessing in his name.
