³ And no one in the heaven or upon the earth or underneath the earth, was able to open the book or to look in it.

¹³ Who has known the mind of Jehovah, or being his counselor has taught him? ¹⁴ He took counsel with whom. And who instructed him and taught him in the path of justice. And taught him knowledge and showed to him the way of understanding?

²⁸ And when I look, there is no man. Even among them there is no counselor, that, when I ask of them, can answer a word.

³⁴ For who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has become his counselor?
