⁹ And said vnto him: go & lye doune: & yf he call the agayne, then say: speake on Lord, for thy seruaunt heareth. And Samuel went & layed him doune in hys place.

¹⁹ and sayde vnto Moyses: talke thou with vs & we wil heare but let not God talke with vs lest we dye.

⁸ I wyll herken what the Lorde God wyll saye for he shall speake peace vnto hys people and to hys saynctes, that they turne not them selues vnto folyshnes.

⁸ After thys I heard the voyce of the Lord takyng aduysement on thys maner: Whome shall I sende, & who wylbe oure messenger? Then I sayde: here am I, sende me.

¹⁹ saying: O thou man so well beloued feare not: be content, take a good herte vnto the, & be strong. So when he had spoken vnto me, I recouered and sayd: Speake on my Lorde, for thou haste refreshed me.

⁶ And he both tremblinge and astonied sayde: Lorde what wylt thou haue me to do? And the Lorde sayde vnto hym: aryse, and go into the cytye, and it shal be tolde what thou shalt do.
