⁸ And the children of Israel toke prysoners of theyre brethren two hundred thousand wyues, sonnes and daughters, and therto caryed awaye moche spoyle of them, and brought yt to Samaria.

²⁵ And the Lorde shall plage the before thyne enmyes: Thou shalt come out one waye agaynste them, and flee seuen wayes before them, & shalt be scatered amonge al the kingdomes of the erth.

⁴¹ Thou shalt get sonnes and daughters, but shalt not haue them: for they shalbe caryed awaye captiue.

⁴ thus sayth the Lorde. Go not nor fyght with your brethren: But returne euery man to his house, for thys thynge is done of me. And they obeyed the wordes of the Lord and returned from goynge agaynst Ieroboam.

²⁶ And the nexte daye he shewed hym selfe vnto them as they stroue, and woulde haue set them at one againe saiyng: Syrs, ye are brethren, why hurte ye one another?
