And god do so to me and so therto: except thou be captayne of the host to me for euer in the roume of Ioab. 14 And he bowed the hertes of all the men of Iuda, as a man woulde bowe the hert of one man: so that they sent worde to the kynge, that he shoulde returne with al his seruauntes. 15 And the kynge returned and came to Iordan. And Iuda came to Galgal for to go against the kynge to conueye him ouer Iordan.
