³¹ And Ioseph sayde vnto hys brethren and vnto hys fathers house: I wyl go and shewe Phrrao and teel hym: that my brethren and my fathers house whyche were in the lande of Canaan are come vnto me,

¹⁶ And when the tydinges was come vnto Pharaos house that Iosephs bretheren were come it pleased Pharao wel & all his seruauntes. ¹⁷ And Pharao spake vnto Ioseph: saye vnto thy brethren, this do ye: lade youre beastes & get you hence, And when ye be come vnto the lande of Canaan, ¹⁸ take youre father and your housholdes & come vnto me, & I wyll geue you the best of the land of Egypte, and ye shall eate the fatt of the lande. ¹⁹ And commaunded also. This do ye: take charretes wt you out of the lande of Egypte, for youre children and for your wyfes: and bryng your father and come. ²⁰ Also, regarde not youre stuff, for the goodes of al the land of Egypt shalbe youres.

¹ And Ioseph went & tolde Pharao and sayde: my father and my brethren their shepe and their beastes & al that they haue, are come oute of the lande of Canaa ² and are in the lande of Gosan. And Ioseph toke a parte of his brethren: euen fyue of them, and presented them vnto Pharao. ³ And Pharao said vnto his brethren: what is youre occupacion? And they sayde vnto Pharao: sheppardes are thy seruauntes, both we & also oure fathers.

³ And because he was of the same craft, he abode with them and wroughte: theyr crafte was to make tentes.

¹¹ For he that sanctifieth, and they which are sanctified, are all of one: For whiche causes sake, he is not ashamed to cal them brethren
