⁷ Wylt thou fynde out God with thy sekinge? wilt thou attayne to the perfectnesse of the almyghtye?

⁹ which doeth thinges, that are vnsearcheable, and marueles without nombre:

¹⁴ This is nowe a short summe of his doynges. But who is able sufficiently to rehearse his workes? Who can perceyue and vnderstand the thondre of his power?

²³ It is not we that can fynde oute the almighty for in power, equyte, and righteousnesse, he is hyer than can be expressed.

¹⁹ Thy waye was in the sea, and thy pathes in the greate waters, yet coulde noman know thy fotesteppes.

³ Great is the Lord, & maruelous worthy to be praysed, there is no ende of his greatenesse.

¹¹ Al this hath he ordeyned maruelous goodly: to euery thing his due tyme He hath planted ignorance also in the hertes of men, that thei shuld not find out the ground of his workes, whiche he doth from the beginning to the end.

²⁸ Knowest thou not, or hast thou not hearde, that the euerlastynge God the Lorde whiche made all the corners of the earth, is nether weery nor faynt, & that his wysdome can not be comprehended,

²⁷ All thinges are geuen vnto me of my father. And no man knoweth the sonne but the father: neyther knoweth anye man the father, saue the sonne, and he to whom the sonne wyl open hym.

³³ O the deapnes of the abundaunte wysedome and knoweledge of God: howe vnsearcheable are his iudgementes, and hys wayes paste fyndynge out?

¹⁰ But God hath opened them to vs by hys spirite. For the spirite searcheth al thinges, ye the bottome of Goddes secretes.

¹⁶ For who knoweth the minde of the Lorde? other who shall informe him? But we vnderstand the minde of Christ.

⁸ Vnto me the leaste of all sainctes is this grace geuen, that I shoulde preache amonge the Gentyls the vnsearcheable ryches of Christe,
