¹ And the whole congregacion of the children of Israell came together at Siloh, and set vp the tabernacle of wytnesse there, and the lande was in subieccyon before them.

⁵¹ These are the enheritaunces whych Eleazar the priest and Iosua the sonne of Nun, and the auncient fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel deuided by lot in Siloh before the Lorde, in the dore of the tabernacle of wytnesse, and so made an ende of deuyding the countreye.

² and spake vnto them at Siloh in the lande of Canaan sayinge: the Lorde commaunded by Moses, to geue vs cyties to dwell in, and the feldes aboute them, for oure catell.

⁹ And the chyldren of Ruben, the chyldren of Gad, and halfe the trybe of Manasses, returned and departed from the chyldren of Israel out of Syloh, which is in the lande of Canaan, to go vnto the countreye of Galaad, and to the lande of their possessyon, wherin they were possessed at the mouth of the Lorde by the hande of Moses.

³¹ And they set them vp the kerued Image which Micah made, al the whyle the house of God was in Siloh.

¹⁹ Then they sayde: beholde there is a feaste of the Lorde yerlye in Siloh, which is on the northsyde of Bethell, and on the east syde of the way that goeth from Bethel to Sichem, and south from Libanon.

³ And the sayde man went out of his citie euery festful day, to praye & to offer vnto the Lord of hostes: where the two sonnes of Eli (Hophni and Phinehes) were the Lordes priestes.

²⁴ And then she toke hym wyth her, when she had wened hym, with thre bullockes & an Epha of floure, & a bottel of wyne, & brought him vnto the house of the Lorde in Siloh how be it the chylde was yet young.

³ And when the people were come into theyr tentes, the elders of Israel sayde: wherfore hath the Lord beaten vs thys daye before the Philistines? let vs fetche the arcke of the appoyntment of the Lorde, oute of Siloh vnto vs, & let it come among vs, & saue vs out of the handes of oure enemyes. ⁴ And the people sent to Siloh, and fet from thence the arcke of the appoyntment of the Lorde of hostes whiche dwelleth betwene the Cherubyns. And there were the two sonnes of Eli, Hophni & Phinehes with the arcke of the apoyntment of God.

²⁷ And so Salomon put awaye Abiathar from beynge priest vnto the Lorde: to fulfil the wordes of the Lorde whyche he spake ouer the house of Eli in Siloh.

² And Ieroboam sayde vnto his wyfe: vp a feloweshyppe, & chaunge thyne apparel that thou be not knowen to be the wyfe of Ieroboam, and get the to Siloh. For there is Ahiah the Prophete whiche tolde me that I shulde be kyng ouer this people.

⁴ And Ieroboams wyfe dyd so: she arose and went to Siloh, and came to the house of Ahiah. But Ahiah coulde not se, for hys eyes were waxen dymme for age.

⁶⁶ He smote hys enemyes in the hynder partes, and put them to perpetuall shame.

¹² Go to my place in Silah, wherevnto I gaue my name afore tyme, & loke wel what I did to the same place for the wyckednes of my people of Israell. ¹³ And now, thoughe ye haue done all these dedes (sayth the Lorde) & I my selfe rose vp euer by tymes to warne you & to comen wyth you yet wolde ye not heare me: I called, ye wolde not aunswere. ¹⁴ And therfore euen as I haue done vnto Siloh, so wil I do to thys house, that my name is geuen vnto (and that ye put your trust in) ye vnto the place that I haue geuen to you & youre fathers.

⁶ then wyll I do to this house, as I dyd vnto Siloh, and wil make this cytie to be abhorred of all the people of the earth.
