³⁷ For I saye vnto you: that yet that which is written, must be perfourmed in me: euen with the wicked was he numbred. For tose thinges which are written of me, haue an ende.

¹² Therfore wyll I geue him the multytude for hys parte, and he shall deuyde the stronge spoyle because he shall geue ouer hys soule to death, & shalbe rekened amonge the transgressours, which neuertheles shall take away the sinnes of the multytude, and make intercessyon for the mysdoers.

⁵⁴ But how then shoulde the scriptures be fulfylled: for so must it be. ⁵⁵ The same tyme sayde Iesus to the multitude: ye be come out as it were vnto a thief with sweardes and staues, for to take me. I sat daylye teachynge in the temple amonge you, and ye toke me not. ⁵⁶ Al this was done that the scriptures of the Prophetes myght be fulfylled.

²⁷ And they crucified wt hym two theues, the one on the ryght hande, and the other on his lyft.

³¹ He toke vnto hym twelue, and sayed vnto them. Beholde we go vp to Hierusalem, & all shal be fulfylled that are wryten by the Prophetes of the sonne of man.

²² And the sonne of man goeth as it is appointed. But wo be to that man by whome he is betrayed.

³² And there were two euyll doers led with him to be slayne.

⁴ I haue glorifyed the on the earthe. I haue finyshed the worke whiche thou gauest me to do.

²⁸ After that when Iesus perceyued that all thynges were perfourmed, that the scrypture myght be fulfylled, he sayed: I thyrst. ²⁹ There stode a vessell full of vyneger by. And they fylled a sponge with vyneger, and wounde it aboute with ysope, and put it to hys mouthe. ³⁰ Assone as Iesus had receyued of the vyneger he sayed: It is finyshed: and bowed hys head, and gaue vp the ghoste.

²⁷ The inhabiters of Ierusalem & theyr rulers, because they knowe him not, nor yet the voices of the prophetes which are reade euerye Saboth daye, they haue fulfylled them in condempnyng hym. ²⁸ And when they found no cause of death in hym, yet desyred they Pylate to kyll hym. ²⁹ And when they had fulfilled all that were written on hym, they toke hym doune from the tree, and put hym in a sepulchre.

²¹ for he hath made hym to be synne for vs, whiche knewe no synne, that we by hys meanes should be that ryghtuousnes whiche before God is allowed.
