¹ and the children of of Israel remoued & pytched in the feldes of Moab, on the other syde of Iordane, by Iericho.

²⁰ & from Bamoth to the valay that is in the feylde of Moab in the top of Phasgah which boweth toward Iesimon.

¹⁹ For we wyll not enheret wyth them on yonder side Iordan forwarde, because oure enheritaunce is falled to vs on thys syde Iordan eastwarde.

⁴⁸ And they departed from the mountaynes of Abarim, and pitched in the feldes of Moab fast by Iordan nye to Ierycho. ⁴⁹ And ther pitched vpon Iordan, from Beth Haiesmoth vnto the playne of Abelsatim in the feldes of Moab. ⁵⁰ And the Lorde spake vnto Moses in the feldes of Moab by Iordan nye vnto Ierycho, saying:

¹⁵ that is to wete .ij. trybes and an halfe haue receyued their enheritaunce on the other syde of Iordan by Iericho eastwarde, towarde the sonne rysynge.

¹³ These are the commaundementes and lawes whyche the Lorde commaunded thorow Moses, vnto the chyldren of Israell in the feldes of Moab vpon Iordan nye vnto Ierycho.

⁵ On the other syde Iordan in the lande of Moab, Moses began to declare this lawe saying:

⁸ And thus we toke the same season, the land out of the hande of two kynges of the Amorytes on the other syde Iordan, from the ryuer of Arnon vnto mount Hermon

¹ And Moses wente from the feyldes of Moab vppe into mount Nebo which is the top of Phasgath that is ouer against Iericho. And the Lord shewed hym al the lande of Galaad euen vnto Dan,

⁸ And the children of Israell wepte for Moses in the feylde of Moab .xxx. dayes. And the dayes of wepynge and mournyng for Moses were ended.

¹⁶ the water that came doune from aboue dyd stoppe and stode vpon an heape, a great waye from Adam, a cytye besyde Zarthan. And the water that wente doune vanyshed into the sea of the wyldernes called the salte sea as sone as it was deuyded: & the people went ryght ouer agaynst Ierycho.
