¹⁶ Vpon her righte hande is longe lyfe, and vppon her lefte hande is ryches and honour.

¹³ And therto I haue geuen the, that thou askedst not, bothe rychesse and honoure: so that there shalbe no kynge lyke the all the dayes.

⁴ He asked lyfe of the, and thou gauest him a longe lyfe, euen for euer and euer.

⁹ Cast me not away in myne old age forsake me not when my strength fayleth me.

² For they shall prolong the dayes & yeares of thy life, & bring the peace.

⁶ Forsake her not, she shall preserue the: loue her, and she shal kepe the. ⁷ The chyefe poynte of wisdom is, that thou be willing to optayne wysdome, and before all thy goodes to gett the vnderstandynge. ⁸ Make muche of her and she shall promote the: Yea if thou embrace her, she shall brynge the vnto honoure. ⁹ She shall make the a gracyous head, and garnyshe the wyth a crowne of glorye. ¹⁰ Heare my sone, and receyue my wordes, that the yeares of thy lyfe maye be many.

¹⁸ Riches and honoure are with me, yea, excellent goodes & righteousnes. ¹⁹ My frute is better then golde & precious stone, & myne encrease more worth then fyne siluer. ²⁰ I walke in the waye of righteousnes, and in the strete of iudgement. ²¹ That I may sende prosperitie to those that loue me, & to encrease their treasure.

⁴ The ende of lowlines and the feare of God, is riches, honour, prosperity and health.

³⁰ which shall not receyue an hundred folde now in this lyfe: houses, & brethren and systers, and mothers, and chyldren, and landes wyth persecucyons, and in the worlde to come eternal lyfe.

²¹ Therfore let no man reioice in men. For all thinges are youres ²² whether it be Paule, other Apollo, other Cephas: whether it be the world, other lyfe, other deathe, whether they be present thynges or thinges to come: all are youres, ²³ and ye are Christes & Christ is Gods.
