⁵ O come on your way, eat my bred, & drinke my wyne, which I haue poured out for you.

²⁶ The poore shall eate & be satisfied: they that seke after the Lord shal prayse hym: our hert shall lyue for euer.

²⁹ All such as be fat vpon earth, shall eate also and worshippe. All they that lye in the dust, and lyue so hardly, shall fall doune before hym.

¹⁷ stollen waters are swete, and the bread that is preuely eaten, hath a good tast.

¹ Come into my garden O my sister, my spouse: I haue gathered my Myrre with my spyce. I wil eate my hony and my hony combe, I will drinke my wyne and my mylke. Eate, O ye frendes, drynke & be mery, O ye beloued.

¹ Come to the waters all ye, that be thurstye, & ye that haue no money. Come, bye, that ye maye haue to eate. Come bye wine & mylcke, without any money or money worth. ² Wherfore do ye laye oute youre moneye, for the thing that fedeth not, and spende youre laboure aboute the thynge that satisfyed you not. But herken rather vnto me, & ye shall eate of the beste, & youre soule shall haue her pleasure in plentuousnes. ³ Encline youre eares, & come vnto me, take hede, & your soule shall lyue. For I wyll make an euerlastynge couenaunt wyth you, euen the sure mercyes of Dauid.

¹² And they shal come, & reioyce vpon the hyll of Syon, and shall haue plenteousnes of goodes, whiche the Lorde shall geue them: Namely, wheate, wyne, oyle yonge shepe & calues. And theyr concyence shalbe as well watred garden, for they shal no more be hongrye. ¹³ Then shall the mayde reioyce in the daunce yea both yonge and olde folkes. For I wyll turne theyr sorowe into gladnesse, and wyll comforte them, and make them ioyfull, euen from theyr hertes. ¹⁴ I wyll poure plenteousnes vpon the hertes of the Priestes, and my people shalbe satisfyed with good thinges, saith the Lorde.

²⁶ As they dyd eate, Iesus toke bread and gyue thankes, brake it and gaue it to the discyples and sayed: Take, eate, thys is my body. ²⁷ And he toke the cup, & thanked, and gaue it them, saying: drynke of it euery one: ²⁸ For thys is my bloude of the newe testament, that shalbe shedde for many, for the remissyon of synnes.

²⁷ Laboure not for the meate which perysheth, but for the meate that endureth vnto euerlasting lyfe, which meate the sonne of man shall geue vnto you. For hym hath God the father sealed.

⁴⁹ Youre fathers did eate Manna in the wyldernes and are dead. ⁵⁰ This is that bread which commeth from heauen that he which eateth of it, shoulde also not dye. ⁵¹ I am that lyuinge bread: which came doune from heauen. If any man eate of this bread, he shall lyue for euer. And the bread that I wyll geue is my flesh, which I will geue for the life of the worlde. ⁵² And the Iewes stroue amonge them selues saiynge: How can this felowe geue vs his flesh to eate? ⁵³ Then Iesus saide to them. Verely, verely, I say vnto you: excepte ye eate the fleshe of the sonne of man and drinke his bloude, ye shall not haue lyue in you. ⁵⁴ Whosoeuer eateth my flesh, and drinketh my bloude, hath eternal lyfe: and I wyll rayse him vp at the laste day. ⁵⁵ For my flesh is meate in dede, and my bloude is drinke in dede. ⁵⁶ He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my bloude, dwelt in me and I in him. ⁵⁷ As the liuinge father hath sent me, euen so lyue I by my father, and he that eateth me shall lyue by me. ⁵⁸ This is the bread which came from heauen: not as your fathers haue eaten Manna and are dead. He that eateth of this breade, shall lyue euer.
