¹² So I gaue them vp vnto their owne hertes luste, and let them folowe theyr owne ymaginacions.

³ And the Lorde sayde: My spirite shall not alway striue wyth man, for they are flesh. Neuerthelesse I wyl geue them yet space, an .C. & .xx. yeres.

⁹ And the Lorde sayd vnto Moses: Pharao shall not regarde you, that many wonders may be wrought in the land of Egypt.

⁴ When thy sonnes synned agaynst hym, dyd not he punish them for theyr wyckednesse?

¹ Wo be to those shrynkynge children (sayeth the Lorde) whiche seke councell, but not at me: whiche take a webbe in hande but not after my wil: that they may heape one synne vpon another.

²⁴ But they were not obedyent, they inclined not theyr eares there vnto, but wente after theyr owne ymagynacyons and after the mocyons of theyr owne wycked herte, & so turned them selues awaye, and conuerted not vnto me.

¹⁶ As for the wordes that thou hast spoken vnto vs in the name of the Lorde, we will in no wyse heare them: ¹⁷ but whatsoeuer goeth oute of oure owne mouth, that wyl we do. We wyl do sacryfice, and offre oblacions vnto the Quene of Heauen: lyke as we & our forefathers, our kinges and oure heades haue done in the cities of Iuda, & in the stretes, & feldes of Ierusalem. For then had we plenteousnesse of vytayles, then were we in prosperytie, and no mysfortune came vpon vs.

⁴² Then God turned him selfe, and gaue them vp that they shoulde worship the starres of the skye, as it is written in the boke of the Prophetes. O ye of the house of Israell, gaue ye to me sacrifyces and meate offeringes by the space of .xl. yeare in the wildernes?

¹⁶ the whiche in tymes paste suffered all nacyons to walke in theyr owne wayes.

²⁴ Wherfore God lykewyse gaue them vp vnto their hertes lustes vnto vncleanes, to defyle theyr owne bodies betwene them selues:

²⁶ For this cause God gaue them vp vnto shamefull lustes. For euen theyr women dyd chandge the natural vse vnto the vnnaturall. ²⁷ And lykewyse also the men lefte the naturall vse of the woman, and brent in theyr lustes one on another. And man with man wroughte fylthynes, and receiued in them selues the reward of theyr errour, as it was accordinge.

⁹ euen hym whose commynge is by the workynge of Sathan, with all liynge power, signes and wonders: ¹⁰ and in all deceyuablenes of vnryghtuousnes, amonge them that peryshe: because they receyued not the loue of the truethe, that they myght haue bene sayed. ¹¹ And therfore God shall sende them stronge delusyon, that they shoulde beleue lyes:
