⁷ And wryte vnto the tydinges bringer of the congregacyon of Philadelphia, this sayeth he that is holy and true, which hath the keye of Dauid, which openeth and no man shutteth, and shutteth & no man openeth.

¹⁰ Though he turne all thynges vp syde downe, close them in, or thrust them to gether who darre check hym therfore?

¹⁴ If he breake downe a thinge, who can set it vp agayne? If he shut a thing, who wyll open it?

¹⁰ For why? thou shalt not leaue my soule in hell, neither shalt thou suffre thy saincte to se corrupcion.

¹⁸ The Lorde is our defence, and the holy one of Israel is our kyng.

¹⁷ The Lord is righteous in all his wayes, and holy in all hys workes.

³ They cryed also eche one to other on this maner: holy holy holy, is the Lord of hostes. The whole world is ful of his glory.

²² I will also laye the keye of Dauids house vpon his shoulders, & yf he open, noman shall shut: and yf he do shut, noman shal open.

¹¹ Treade oute of the waye, go out of the path, turne the holye one of Israel from vs.

¹⁴ Be not a frayde thou lytle worme Iacob, & thou despysed Israell for I will helpe the, sayeth the Lorde, and the holy one of Israel thyne auenger.

¹⁶ Thou shalt fanne them, & the wynde shall carye them awaye, and the whyrlwynde shall scater them. But thou shalt reioyse in the Lorde, and shalt delyte in praysinge the holy one of Israel.

²⁰ All thys do I, that they altogether may se & marcke, perceyue with their hertes & consydre, that the hande of the Lorde maketh these thinges, and that the holye one of Israel bringeth them to passe.

⁴ sayeth oure redemer, which is called the Lorde of Hostes the holy one of Israel.

¹⁷ And thus sayeth the Lord God thyne auenger, the holye one of Israell: I am the Lorde thy God, whiche teache the profitable thynges, & leade the the waye, that thou shuldest go.

⁷ Moreouer thus sayth the Lorde the auenger and holye one of Israel, because of the abhorrynge and despysynge amonge the Gentyles, concernynge the seruaunte of all them that beare rule: Kynges and prynces shall se, and aryse and worshyppe, because of the Lord that he is faythfull: and because of the holye one of Israell, which hath chosen the.

⁵ For he that made the, shalbe thy Lorde & husband (whose name is the Lorde of hostes) & thyne auenger shalbe euen the holy one of Israel, the Lorde of the whole worlde.

⁵ Lo, thou shalte call an vnknowne people: & a people that had no knowledge of the, shall runne vnto the: because of the Lorde thy God, the holye one of Israell, which glorifieth the.

¹⁹ And I wil geue vnto the, the keyes of the kyngdome of heauen, and whatsoeuer thou bindest vpon earth shalbe bounde in heauen, and whatsoeuer thon lowsest on earth shalbe lowsed in heauen.

³⁵ Heauen & earth shal perishe, but my wordes shal abide.

²⁴ saiyng: let be: what haue we to do with the thou Iesus of Nazareth? Art thou come to destroy vs, I knowe the what thou arte, euen the holye of God.

³² He shalbe greate, and shalbe called the sonne of the hiest. And the Lorde God shal geue to hym the seat of his father Dauid,

³⁴ saiyng: let me alone, what hast thou to do with vs, thou Iesus of Nazareth? Art thou come to destroye? I knowe the what thou arte, euen the holye of God.

⁶ Iesus sayd vnto hym: I am the waye, the truthe and the lyfe. And no man commeth to the father, but by me.

¹⁴ But ye denyed the holye and iuste: and desyred a mortherer to be geuen you

²⁰ We know, that the sonne of God is come, & hath geuen vs a minde to know him which is true, & we are in him, that is true thorowe his sonne Iesus Christ. This same is verye God, and eternal lyfe.

⁵ and from Iesus Christ, whiche is a faythfull wytnes, and fyrst begotten of the dead, and Lorde ouer the kynges of the earth. Vnto him, that loued vs and washed vs from synnes in his owne bloude,

¹¹ saiynge. I am Alpha and Omega, the fyrst and the laste. That thou seest wryte in a boke, and sende it vnto the congregacyons which are in Asia, vnto Ephesus, and vnto Smyrna, & vnto Pergamos, and vnto Sardis, & vnto Phyladelphia, and vnto Laodicia.

¹⁸ and am alyue, and was dead. And beholde I am alyue for euer more and haue the kayes of hell, & of death.

¹ Vnto the messenger of the congregacion of Ephesus writte, these thinges, sayeth he that holdeth the .vij. starres in his right hand, and walketh in the middes of the seuen golden candelstickes:

¹⁴ And vnto the messenger of the congregacion, which is in Laodicia wryte: Thys sayth (Amen) the faythful and true wytnes, the beginninge of the creatures of God.

⁸ And the .iiij. beastes had eche one of them .vi. wynges about him, and they were full of eies wythin. And they had no reste, daye neither nyghte sayinge. Holye, holye, holy, Lord God almyghtye, whyche was and is, and is to come.

³ And no man in heauen nor in earth, neyther vnder the earth, was able to open the boke, neyther to loke theron. ⁴ And I wepte muche, because no man was founde worthy to open and to reade the boke, neyther to loke theron. ⁵ And one of the elders sayd vnto me: wepe not: beholde a Lyon beinge of the tribe of Iuda, the rote of Dauid, hath obtayned to open the boke, and to lowse the .vij. seales therof.

⁹ and they songe a new songe saiyng: thou art worthy to take the boke, and to open the seales therof: for thou wast kylled, & hast redemed vs by thy bloud out of al kynredes, and tonges, and people, and nacions

¹⁰ and they cryed wyth a loude voyce sayinge: Howe longe tariest thou Lord holy and true, to iudge and to auenge oure bloud on them that dwell on the earth?

³ and they songe the songe of Moises the seruaunt of God, & they songe of the lamb, sayinge: Great & maruelous are thy workes Lorde God almighty, iuste & true are thy wayes kynge of sainctes.

⁷ And I heard another out of the aulter saye, euen so Lord God almyghty, true, and ryghtuous are thy iudgementes.

² for true and ryghteous are his iudgementes, for he hath iudged that great whore, whiche dyd corrupte the earth with her fornicacion, & hath auenged the bloude of his seruauntes of her hand.

¹¹ And I sawe heauen open, & beholde a whyt horsse: and he that sate vpon hym was faythful and true, & in rightuousnes dyd he iudge & make battayl.

⁵ And he that sate vpon the seate, said: Behold I make al thinges new. And he sayd vnto me: wryte for these wordes are faythfull and true.
