¹⁶ This also shall be my salvation, that a godless man shall not come before him.

² The LORD is my strength and song. He has become my salvation. This is my God, and I will praise him; my father's God, and I will exalt him.

¹³ So are the paths of all who forget God. The hope of the godless man shall perish,

⁸ For what is the hope of the godless, when he is cut off, when God takes away his life? ⁹ Will God hear his cry when trouble comes on him? ¹⁰ Will he delight himself in Shaddai, and call on God at all times?
