¹ I saw, in the right hand of him who sat on the throne, a scroll written inside and on the back, sealed shut with seven seals. ² I saw a mighty angel proclaiming with a loud voice, "Who is worthy to open the scroll, and to break its seals?" ³ No one in heaven above, or on the earth, or under the earth, was able to open the scroll, or to look in it. ⁴ And I wept much, because no one was found worthy to open the scroll, or to look in it. ⁵ One of the elders said to me, "Do not weep. Look, the Lion who is of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has overcome so that he can open the scroll and loose its seven seals." ⁶ I saw in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, a Lamb standing, as though it had been slain, having seven horns, and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God, sent out into all the earth. ⁷ Then he came, and he took it out of the right hand of him who sat on the throne. ⁸ Now when he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. ⁹ They sang a new song, saying, "You are worthy to take the scroll, and to open its seals: for you were killed, and redeemed for God with your blood those from every tribe, language, people, and nation, ¹⁰ and made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they will reign on earth." ¹¹ I saw, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, the living creatures, and the elders; and the number of them was ten thousands of ten thousands, and thousands of thousands; ¹² saying with a loud voice, "Worthy is the Lamb who has been killed to receive the power, wealth, wisdom, strength, honor, glory, and blessing." ¹³ I heard every created thing which is in heaven, on the earth, under the earth, on the sea, and everything in them, saying, "To him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb be the blessing, the honor, the glory, and the dominion, forever and ever." ¹⁴ The four living creatures were saying, "Amen." The elders fell down and worshiped.

¹⁶ Wrap up the testimony. Seal the law among my disciples.

¹¹ All vision has become to you like the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one who is educated, saying, "Read this, please;" and he says, "I can't, for it is sealed:"

¹⁶ Search in the scroll of the LORD, and read: not one of these will be missing. None will lack her mate. For my mouth has commanded, and his Spirit has gathered them.

⁹ When I looked, look, a hand was put forth to me; and, look, a written scroll was in it. ¹⁰ He spread it before me: and it was written within and without; and there were written in it lamentations, and mourning, and woe.

²⁶ The vision of the evenings and mornings which has been told is true; but seal up the vision because it refers to many days from now."

⁴ But you, Daniel, close up these words, and seal the book, until the time of the end. Many shall roam here and there, and knowledge shall increase." ⁵ Then I, Daniel, looked, and look, two others stood, one on this bank of the river, and one on the other bank of the river. ⁶ And one said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, "How long shall it be till these wonders take place?" ⁷ I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by him who lives forever that it shall be for a time, times, and a half; and when they have made an end of breaking in pieces the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished. ⁸ And I heard, but I did not understand. Then I said, "My lord, what shall be the outcome of these things?" ⁹ And he said, "Go your way, Daniel, for the words are shut up and sealed until the time of the end.

³ And the one who sat there looked like a jasper stone and a sardius. There was a rainbow around the throne, like an emerald to look at.

⁷ Then he came, and he took it out of the right hand of him who sat on the throne.

¹³ I heard every created thing which is in heaven, on the earth, under the earth, on the sea, and everything in them, saying, "To him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb be the blessing, the honor, the glory, and the dominion, forever and ever."

¹ I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying, as with a voice of thunder, "Come."

² He had in his hand a little open scroll. He set his right foot on the sea, and his left on the land.

⁸ The voice which I heard from heaven, again speaking with me, said, "Go, take the scroll which is open in the hand of the angel who stands on the sea and on the land." ⁹ I went to the angel, telling him to give me the little scroll. He said to me, "Take it, and eat it up. It will make your stomach bitter, but in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey." ¹⁰ I took the little scroll out of the angel's hand, and ate it up. It was as sweet as honey in my mouth. When I had eaten it, my stomach was made bitter. ¹¹ They told me, "You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, languages, and kings."

²⁰ Praise the LORD, all you angels of his, who are mighty in strength, who fulfill his word, obeying the voice of his word.

¹¹ All vision has become to you like the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one who is educated, saying, "Read this, please;" and he says, "I can't, for it is sealed:" ¹² and the book is delivered to one who is not educated, saying, "Read this, please;" and he says, "I can't read."

²² "Let them come near and declare to us what shall happen. Declare the former things, what they are, that we may consider them, and know the latter end of them; or show us things to come. ²³ Declare the things that are to come hereafter, that we may know that you are gods. Yes, do good, or do evil, that we may be dismayed, and see it together.

⁵ One of the elders said to me, "Do not weep. Look, the Lion who is of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has overcome so that he can open the scroll and loose its seven seals."

¹ I saw another mighty angel coming down out of the sky, clothed with a cloud. A rainbow was on his head. His face was like the sun, and his legs like pillars of fire.

²¹ A mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone and cast it into the sea, saying, "Thus with violence will Babylon, the great city, be thrown down, and will be found no more at all.

¹³ Who has known the mind of the LORD, or who has instructed him as his counselor? ¹⁴ From whom did he take counsel with, and who instructed him, and taught him in the path of justice, and taught him knowledge, and showed him the way of understanding? Or who has first given to him, and it will be repaid to him again?

²⁸ When I look, there is no man; even among them there is no counselor who, when I ask of them, can answer a word.

³⁴ For "Who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been his counselor?"

¹ After these things I looked and saw a door opened in heaven, and the first voice that I heard, like a trumpet speaking with me, was one saying, "Come up here, and I will show you the things which must happen after this."

⁹ Judah is a lionʼs cub. From the prey, my son, you rise up. Like a lion he crouches and lies down, as a lioness. Who will rouse him up? ¹⁰ The scepter will not depart from Judah, nor the rulerʼs staff from between his feet, until he comes to whom it belongs. And it is he whom the peoples will obey.

⁹ He couched, he lay down as a lion, as a lioness; who shall rouse him up? Everyone who blesses you is blessed. Everyone who curses you is cursed."

¹ A branch will come out of the stock of Jesse, and a shoot out of his roots will bear fruit.

¹⁰ And in that day there will be a root of Jesse, one who stands up to rule over the peoples; to him will the nations seek, and his resting place will be glorious.

⁵ "Look, the days come," says the LORD, "that I will raise to David a righteous Branch, and he shall reign as king and deal wisely, and shall execute justice and righteousness in the land. ⁶ In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely; and this is his name by which he shall be called: 'The LORD our righteousness.'

¹⁶ Thus says the LORD: "Refrain your voice from weeping, and your eyes from tears; for your work shall be rewarded," says the LORD; "and they shall come again from the land of the enemy.

¹³ When the Lord saw her, he had compassion on her, and said to her, "Do not cry."

⁵² All were weeping and mourning her, but he said, "Do not weep. She is not dead, but sleeping."

²⁸ But Jesus, turning to them, said, "Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for me, but weep for yourselves and for your children.

¹³ They told her, "Woman, why are you weeping?" She said to them, "Because they have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have put him."

³ concerning his Son, who was born of the offspring of David according to the flesh,

¹² Again, Isaiah says, "There will be the root of Jesse, he who arises to rule over the peoples; in him will the nations hope."

¹⁴ For it is evident that our Lord has sprung out of Judah, about which tribe Moses spoke nothing concerning priests.

¹ This is the Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show to his servants the things which must happen soon, which he sent and made known by his angel to his servant, John,

⁴ Around the throne were twenty-four thrones. On the thrones were twenty-four elders sitting, dressed in white garments, with crowns of gold on their heads.

¹⁰ the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne, and worship him who lives forever and ever, and throw their crowns before the throne, saying,

¹³ One of the elders answered, saying to me, "These who are arrayed in white robes, who are they, and from where did they come?"

¹⁶ I, Jesus, have sent my angel to testify these things to you for the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David; the bright morning star."

¹⁰ The LORD will shatter his adversaries. He will thunder against them in the sky. "The LORD will judge the farthest parts of the earth. He will give strength to his king, and exalt the horn of his anointed."

⁹ For the eyes of the LORD run back and forth throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein you have done foolishly; for from now on you shall have wars."

⁷ He was oppressed, yet when he was afflicted he did not open his mouth. He was led like a sheep to the slaughter, and like a lamb before its shearer is silent, so he does not open his mouth. ⁸ In his oppression his justice was taken away. Who will consider his generation? For his life was cut off from the earth. For the transgression of my people he was led to death.

¹⁴ There was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all the peoples, nations, and languages should serve him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

¹³ Arise and thresh, daughter of Zion; for I will make your horn iron, and I will make your hoofs bronze; and you will beat in pieces many peoples: and I will devote their gain to the LORD, and their substance to the Lord of the whole earth.

⁴ His splendor is like the sunrise. Rays shine from his hand, where his power is hidden.

⁹ For, look, the stone that I have set before Joshua; on one stone are seven eyes: look, I will engrave its engraving,' says the LORD of hosts, 'and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.

¹⁰ Indeed, who despises the day of small things? For these seven shall rejoice, and shall see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel. These are the eyes of the LORD, which run back and forth through the whole earth."

⁶⁹ and has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David

²⁹ The next day, he saw Jesus coming to him, and said, "Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world.

³⁶ and he looked at Jesus as he walked, and said, "Look, the Lamb of God."

³² Now the passage of the Scripture which he was reading was this, "He was led like a sheep to the slaughter, and like a lamb before its shearer is silent, so he does not open his mouth.

⁹ Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; ¹⁰ that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, ¹¹ and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

¹⁹ but with precious blood, as of an unblemished and spotless lamb, namely Christ; ²⁰ who was foreknown indeed before the foundation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake,

⁴ John, to the seven churches that are in Asia: Grace to you and peace, from him who is and who was and who is to come; and from the seven Spirits who are before his throne;

⁴ Around the throne were twenty-four thrones. On the thrones were twenty-four elders sitting, dressed in white garments, with crowns of gold on their heads. ⁵ And from the throne came flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder. And there were seven torches of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God. ⁶ Before the throne was something like a sea of glass, similar to crystal. In the midst of the throne, and around the throne were four living creatures full of eyes before and behind.

⁸ Now when he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. ⁹ They sang a new song, saying, "You are worthy to take the scroll, and to open its seals: for you were killed, and redeemed for God with your blood those from every tribe, language, people, and nation,

¹² saying with a loud voice, "Worthy is the Lamb who has been killed to receive the power, wealth, wisdom, strength, honor, glory, and blessing."

¹⁶ They told the mountains and the rocks, "Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb,

⁹ After these things I looked, and suddenly there was a great multitude, which no one could number, out of every nation and of all tribes, peoples, and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, dressed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands. ¹⁰ They shouted with a loud voice, saying, "Salvation be to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb." ¹¹ All the angels were standing around the throne, the elders, and the four living creatures; and they fell on their faces before the throne, and worshiped God, ¹² saying, "Amen. Blessing, glory, wisdom, thanksgiving, honor, power, and might, be to our God forever and ever. Amen." ¹³ One of the elders answered, saying to me, "These who are arrayed in white robes, who are they, and from where did they come?" ¹⁴ So I said to him, "My lord, you know." He said to me, "These are the ones who came out of the great tribulation. They washed their robes, and made them white in the Lamb's blood. ¹⁵ Therefore they are before the throne of God, they serve him day and night in his temple. He who sits on the throne will spread his tabernacle over them. ¹⁶ They will hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither will the sun beat on them, nor any heat; ¹⁷ for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne shepherds them, and leads them to springs of waters of life. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes."

¹¹ They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony. They did not love their life, even to death.

⁸ All who dwell on the earth will worship him, everyone whose name has not been written from the foundation of the world in the Book of Life of the Lamb who has been killed.

¹⁴ These will war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings. They also will overcome who are with him, called and chosen and faithful."

²³ The city has no need for the sun, neither of the moon, to shine, for the very glory of God illuminated it, and its lamp is the Lamb.

¹ He showed me a river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb,

³ There will be no curse any more. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and his servants serve him.

² Immediately I was in the Spirit; and look, there was a throne set in heaven, and one sitting on the throne. ³ And the one who sat there looked like a jasper stone and a sardius. There was a rainbow around the throne, like an emerald to look at.

² Give thanks to the LORD with the lyre. Sing praises to him with the harp of ten strings.

⁴ Then I will go to the altar of God, to God, my exceeding joy. I will praise you on the harp, God, my God.

² Raise a song, and bring here the tambourine, the pleasant lyre with the harp.

² Let my prayer be set before you like incense; the lifting up of my hands like the evening sacrifice.

³ Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet. Praise him with harp and lyre.

²³ that all may honor the Son, even as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him.

¹⁰ But you, why do you judge your brother? Or you again, why do you despise your brother? For we will all stand before the judgment seat of God. ¹¹ For it is written, "'As I live,' says the Lord, 'to me every knee will bow. Every tongue will confess to God.'" ¹² So then each one of us will give account of himself to God.

⁶ And again, when he brings in the firstborn into the world he says, "Let all the angels of God worship him."

⁸ The four living creatures, each one of them having six wings, are full of eyes around and within. They have no rest day and night, saying, "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God of hosts, who was and who is and who is to come."

⁶ I saw in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, a Lamb standing, as though it had been slain, having seven horns, and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God, sent out into all the earth.

¹⁴ The four living creatures were saying, "Amen." The elders fell down and worshiped.

¹⁰ They shouted with a loud voice, saying, "Salvation be to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb." ¹¹ All the angels were standing around the throne, the elders, and the four living creatures; and they fell on their faces before the throne, and worshiped God, ¹² saying, "Amen. Blessing, glory, wisdom, thanksgiving, honor, power, and might, be to our God forever and ever. Amen."

³ Another angel came and stood over the altar, having a golden censer. Much incense was given to him to offer up, with the prayers of all the saints, on the golden altar which was before the throne. ⁴ The smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, went up before God out of the angel's hand.

² I heard a sound from heaven, like the sound of many waters, and like the sound of a great thunder. The sound which I heard was like that of harpists playing on their harps. ³ They sing a new song before the throne, and before the four living creatures and the elders. No one could learn the song except the one hundred forty-four thousand, those who had been redeemed out of the earth.

² I saw something like a sea of glass mixed with fire, and those who overcame the beast, his image, and the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having harps of God.

⁷ One of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God, who lives forever and ever.

⁴ The twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sits on the throne, saying, "Amen. Hallelujah."

³ Sing to him a new song. Play skillfully with a shout of joy.

³ And he has put a new song in my mouth, even praise to our God. Many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.

¹ Sing to the LORD a new song. Sing to the LORD, all the earth.

¹ [A Psalm.] Sing to the LORD a new song, for he has done marvelous things. His right hand, and his holy arm, have worked salvation for him.

⁹ I will sing a new song to you, God. On a ten-stringed lyre, I will sing praises to you.

¹ Praise the LORD. Sing to the LORD a new song, his praise in the assembly of the faithful ones.

¹⁰ Sing to the LORD a new song, and his praise from the remotest parts of the earth, you who go down to the sea, and all that is in it, the islands and their inhabitants.

⁴ Then the herald cried aloud, "To you it is commanded, peoples, nations, and languages,

¹ "Nebuchadnezzar the king, to all the peoples, nations, and languages, who dwell in all the earth: Peace be multiplied to you.

²⁵ Then king Daryavesh wrote to all the peoples, nations, and languages, who dwell in all the earth: "Peace be multiplied to you.

²⁸ even as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."

²⁸ for this is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.

¹⁵ And he said to them, "Go into all the world, and proclaim the Good News to the whole creation. ¹⁶ He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who disbelieves will be condemned.

²⁸ Watch out for yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which he purchased with his own blood.

²⁴ being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus; ²⁵ whom God set forth whom God displayed publicly as a mercy seat, through faith in his blood, for a demonstration of his righteousness, because in God's forbearance he had passed over the sins previously committed; ²⁶ to demonstrate his righteousness at this present time, so that he would be just, and the justifier of him who has faith in Jesus.

²⁰ for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body.

²³ You were bought with a price. Do not become slaves of people.

⁷ in whom we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace,

¹⁴ in whom we have our redemption, the forgiveness of our sins;

²³ if it is so that you continue in the faith, established and firm, and not moved away from the hope of the Good News which you heard, which is being proclaimed in all creation under heaven; of which I, Paul, have become a servant.

¹⁴ who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify for himself a people for his own possession, zealous for good works.

¹⁴ For those who say such things make it clear that they are seeking a country of their own.

¹⁸ knowing that you were redeemed, not with corruptible things, with silver or gold, from the useless way of life handed down from your fathers, ¹⁹ but with precious blood, as of an unblemished and spotless lamb, namely Christ;

¹ But false prophets also arose among the people, as false teachers will also be among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, denying even the Master who bought them, bringing on themselves swift destruction.

⁷ But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, cleanses us from all sin.

² And he is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not for ours only, but also for the whole world.

¹¹ "Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive the glory, the honor, and the power, for you created all things, and because of your desire they existed, and were created."

² I saw a mighty angel proclaiming with a loud voice, "Who is worthy to open the scroll, and to break its seals?" ³ No one in heaven above, or on the earth, or under the earth, was able to open the scroll, or to look in it.

⁹ After these things I looked, and suddenly there was a great multitude, which no one could number, out of every nation and of all tribes, peoples, and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, dressed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands.

⁹ From among the peoples, tribes, languages, and nations people will look at their dead bodies for three and a half days, and will not allow their dead bodies to be placed in a tomb.

³ They sing a new song before the throne, and before the four living creatures and the elders. No one could learn the song except the one hundred forty-four thousand, those who had been redeemed out of the earth. ⁴ These are those who were not defiled with women, for they are virgins. These are those who follow the Lamb wherever he goes. These were redeemed from among humanity, the first fruits to God and to the Lamb.

⁶ I saw another angel flying in mid heaven, having an everlasting Good News to proclaim to those who dwell on the earth, and to every nation, tribe, language, and people.

⁶ and you shall be to me a kingdom of priests, and a holy nation.' These are the words which you shall speak to the children of Israel."

¹⁸ But the holy ones of the Most High shall receive the kingdom, and possess the kingdom forever, forever and ever.

²⁷ The kingdom and the dominion, and the greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the holy ones of the Most High. His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.'

⁵ You also, as living stones, are built up as a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. ⁶ Because it is contained in Scripture, "Look, I am laying in Zion a stone, a chosen precious cornerstone, and whoever believes in him will not be put to shame." ⁷ For you who believe therefore is the honor, but for those who do not believe, "The stone which the builders rejected, has become the chief cornerstone," ⁸ and, "a stone to stumble over, and a rock to trip over." For they stumble at the word, being disobedient, to which also they were appointed. ⁹ But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:

⁶ and he made us to be a Kingdom, priests to his God and Father; to him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

⁶ Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over these, the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and will reign with him one thousand years.

⁵ There will no longer be any night, and they have no need for the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, because the Lord God will shine on them. And they will reign forever and ever.

² He said, "The LORD came from Sinai, and dawned from Seir upon us. He shone forth from Mount Paran. He came from the ten thousands of holy ones. At his right hand was a fiery law for them.

¹⁹ Micaiah said, "Therefore hear the word of the LORD. I saw the LORD sitting on his throne, and all the army of heaven standing by him on his right hand and on his left.

¹⁶ He answered, "Do not be afraid; for those who are with us are more than those who are with them." ¹⁷ Then Elisha prayed and said, "LORD, please open his eyes, that he may see." The LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and look, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire around Elisha. ¹⁸ When they came down to him, Elisha prayed to the LORD, and said, "Please strike this people with blindness." He struck them with blindness according to the word of Elisha.

¹⁷ The chariots of God are tens of thousands and thousands of thousands. The Lord is among them, from Sinai, in holiness.

² Praise him, all his angels. Praise him, all his army.

¹⁰ A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him. Thousands of thousands ministered to him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him. The court sat in judgment, and the books were opened.

²² But you have come to Mount Zion, and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to innumerable multitudes of angels,

⁶ Before the throne was something like a sea of glass, similar to crystal. In the midst of the throne, and around the throne were four living creatures full of eyes before and behind.

⁹ And when the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne, to him who lives forever and ever, ¹⁰ the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne, and worship him who lives forever and ever, and throw their crowns before the throne, saying,

¹¹ All the angels were standing around the throne, the elders, and the four living creatures; and they fell on their faces before the throne, and worshiped God,

⁶ I heard something like the voice of a great multitude, and like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of mighty thunders, saying, "Hallelujah. For the Lord our God of hosts reigns.

⁷ "Awake, sword, against my shepherd, and against the man who is close to me," says the LORD of hosts. "I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered; and I will turn my hand against the little ones.

¹⁸ Jesus came to them and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth.

³⁵ The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into his hand. ³⁶ Whoever believes in the Son has everlasting life, but whoever refuses to believe in the Son won't see life, but the wrath of God remains on him."

² even as you gave him authority over all flesh, he will give everlasting life to all whom you have given him.

⁹ For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that you through his poverty might become rich.

¹⁷ Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

⁹ They sang a new song, saying, "You are worthy to take the scroll, and to open its seals: for you were killed, and redeemed for God with your blood those from every tribe, language, people, and nation,

¹² saying, "Amen. Blessing, glory, wisdom, thanksgiving, honor, power, and might, be to our God forever and ever. Amen."

¹ After these things I heard something like a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, "Hallelujah. Salvation, glory, and power belong to our God:

¹¹ Yours, LORD, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty. For all that is in the heavens and in the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, LORD, and you are exalted as head above all.

¹⁸ Praise be to the LORD, the God of Israel, who alone does marvelous deeds. ¹⁹ Blessed be his glorious name forever. Let the whole earth be filled with his glory. Amen and amen.

¹¹ Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice. Let the sea roar, and its fullness. ¹² Let the field and all that is in it exult. Then all the trees of the woods shall sing for joy ¹³ before the LORD; for he comes, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, the peoples with his truth.

² Praise him, all his angels. Praise him, all his army. ³ Praise him, sun and moon. Praise him, all you shining stars. ⁴ Praise him, you heavens of heavens, You waters that are above the heavens. ⁵ Let them praise the name of the LORD, For he commanded, and they were created. ⁶ He has also established them forever and ever. He has made a decree which will not pass away. ⁷ Praise the LORD from the earth, you great sea creatures, and all depths. ⁸ Lightning and hail, snow and clouds; stormy wind, fulfilling his word; ⁹ mountains and all hills; fruit trees and all cedars; ¹⁰ wild animals and all livestock; small creatures and flying birds; ¹¹ kings of the earth and all peoples; princes and all judges of the earth; ¹² both young men and maidens; old men and children: ¹³ let them praise the name of the LORD, for his name alone is exalted. His glory is above the earth and the heavens.

¹⁴ These shall lift up their voice. They will shout for the majesty of the LORD. They cry aloud from the sea.

¹³ And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.'

¹⁴ "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward humankind."

⁵ of whom are the patriarchs, and from whom is the Christ, as concerning the flesh, who is over all, God, blessed forever. Amen.

³⁶ For from him and by him and in him are all things. To him be the glory for ever. Amen.

²⁷ to the only wise God, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever. Amen.

²¹ to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.

¹⁰ that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth,

¹⁶ Pay attention to yourself, and to your teaching. Continue in these things, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you.

¹¹ If anyone speaks, let it be as it were the very words of God. If anyone serves, let it be as of the strength which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

¹¹ To him be the power forever. Amen.

²⁵ to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen.

³ No one in heaven above, or on the earth, or under the earth, was able to open the scroll, or to look in it.

⁹ After these things I looked, and suddenly there was a great multitude, which no one could number, out of every nation and of all tribes, peoples, and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, dressed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands. ¹⁰ They shouted with a loud voice, saying, "Salvation be to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb."

⁹ And when the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne, to him who lives forever and ever, ¹⁰ the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne, and worship him who lives forever and ever, and throw their crowns before the throne, saying, ¹¹ "Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive the glory, the honor, and the power, for you created all things, and because of your desire they existed, and were created."

⁸ Now when he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.
