Do not loot their wealth in the day of their disaster. ¹⁴ »Do not stand in the way of those who escape and do not hand over his survivors in the day of distress. ¹⁵ ‘And I am very angry with the nations that are at ease (secure). I was but a little angered and they caused my anger to grow into fury.’«
