² And if I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so that I can remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.

²² Many will say to me on that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name? and in your name cast out devils? and in your name done many miracles? ²³ And then I will declare to them, I never knew you: depart from me, you who work iniquity.

¹¹ He answered them, It has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.

²⁰ And Jesus said to them, Because of your unbelief: for truly I say to you, If you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you shall say to this mountain, Move from here to there; and it shall move; and nothing shall be impossible for you.

¹⁹ And when he saw a fig tree by the way, he came to it, and found nothing on it but leaves, and he said to it, Let no fruit grow on you ever again. And at once the fig tree withered away.

²¹ Jesus answered and said to them, Truly I say to you, If you have faith, and do not doubt, you shall not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you shall say to this mountain, Be removed, and be cast into the sea; it shall be done.

²² And Jesus said to them, Have faith in God. ²³ For truly I say to you, That whoever shall say to this mountain, Be removed, and be cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he says shall come to pass; he shall have whatever he says.

⁵ And the apostles said to the Lord, Increase our faith. ⁶ And the Lord said, If you had faith as a grain of mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, Be plucked up by the root, and be planted in the sea; and it would obey you.

²⁵ Brethren, I would not have you be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own conceits; that a hardening in part has happened to Israel, until the full number of Gentiles has come in.

²⁵ Now to him who is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery which was kept secret for long ages past,

¹ Let a man regard us in this manner, as servants of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.

¹⁹ Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing, but keeping of the commandments of God is what matters.

⁴ Therefore, concerning the eating of those things that are offered in sacrifice to idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is no God but one.

⁸ For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; ⁹ To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by that one Spirit; ¹⁰ To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another various kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:

²⁸ And God has appointed in the church, first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that workers of miracles, then those with gifts of healing, helpers, administrators, and those who speak in different tongues.

¹ If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become a noisy gong, or a clanging cymbal.

³ And if I give all my goods to feed the poor, and if I give my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.

¹ Follow after love, and desire spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy. ² For he who speaks in an unknown tongue does not speak to men, but to God: for no man understands him; yet in the spirit he speaks mysteries.

⁶ Now, brethren, if I come to you speaking with tongues, how will I benefit you, unless I shall speak to you some revelation, or knowledge, or prophesy, or instruction? ⁷ Even lifeless things which give sound, such as the pipe or harp, unless they make a distinction in the sounds, how shall it be known what is played? ⁸ For if the trumpet gives an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself for the battle? ⁹ So likewise you, unless you utter by the tongue words that are easy to understand, how shall it be known what is spoken? for you shall speak into the air.

³⁹ Therefore, brethren, desire to prophesy, and do not forbid speaking in tongues.

²² If any man does not love the Lord, let him be accursed. Our Lord, come.

¹¹ I have made a fool of myself; you have compelled me: for I ought to have been commended by you: for in nothing am I behind these superlative apostles, though I am nothing.

¹⁶ This I say, Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the desires of the flesh.

²² But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

³ For if a man thinks himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself.

⁴ When you read this, you will be able to understand my insight into the mystery of Christ,

¹⁹ And for me, that words may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,

²⁶ That is, the mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but has now been made manifest to his saints;

¹⁶ And beyond question, great is the mystery of godliness: He was revealed in the flesh, vindicated in the Spirit, seen by angels, preached among the nations, believed on in the world, taken up in glory.

⁸ He who does not love does not know God; for God is love.

²⁰ If a man says, I love God, and hates his brother, he is a liar: for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen. ²¹ And this commandment we have from him, That he who loves God must also love his brother.
