¹ Afterward he brought me again to the door of the house; and behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward: For the forefront of the house stood toward the east, and the waters came down from under the right side of the house, at the south side of the altar. ² Then he brought me out of the passageway of the gate northward, and led me around the pathway outside to the outermost gate by the entranceway that looks eastward; and behold, there ran out waters on the right side. ³ And when the man that had the line in his hand went forth eastward, he measured a thousand cubits, and he brought me through the waters; the waters were to the ankles. ⁴ Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through the waters; the waters were to the knees. Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through; the waters were to the loins. ⁵ Afterward he measured a thousand; and it was a river that I could not pass over: For the waters had risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be passed over. ⁶ And he said to me, "Son of man, have you seen this?" Then he brought me, and caused me to return to the brink of the river. ⁷ Now when I had returned, behold, at the bank of the river were very many trees on the one side and on the other. ⁸ Then he said to me, "These waters issue out toward the east country, and go down into the desert, and go into the sea: Which being brought forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed. ⁹ And it shall come to pass, that every thing which lives, and moves, wherever the rivers shall come, shall live: And there shall be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters shall come there: For they shall be healed; and every thing shall live where the river comes. ¹⁰ And it shall come to pass, that the fishers shall stand upon it from Engedi even to Eneglaim; they shall be a place to spread forth nets; their fish shall be according to their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, exceedingly many. ¹¹ But the miry places of it and its marshes shall not be healed; they shall be given to salt. ¹² And by the river upon its bank, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for food, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall its fruit be consumed: It shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because of their waters which issued out of the sanctuary: And its fruit shall be for food, and its leaf for medicine." ¹³ Thus says the Lord GOD; "This shall be the border, by which you shall inherit the land according to the twelve tribes of Israel: Joseph shall have two portions. ¹⁴ And you shall inherit it, one as well as another: Concerning that which I have lifted up My hand to give to your fathers: And this land shall fall to you for inheritance. ¹⁵ And this shall be the border of the land toward the north side, from the great sea, the throughway of Hethlon, as men go to Zedad; ¹⁶ hamath, Berothah, Sibraim, which is between the border of Damascus and the border of Hamath; Hazarhatticon, which is by the border of Hauran. ¹⁷ And the border from the sea shall be Hazarenan, the border of Damascus, and the north northward, and the border of Hamath. And this is the north side. ¹⁸ And the east side you shall measure from Hauran, and from Damascus, and from Gilead, and from the land of Israel by Jordan, from the border to the east sea. And this is the east side. ¹⁹ And the south side southward, from Tamar even to the waters of strife in Kadesh, the river to the great sea. And this is the south side southward. ²⁰ The west side shall also be the great sea from the border, until a man comes in front of Hamath. This is the west side. ²¹ So shall you divide this land to yourselves according to the tribes of Israel. ²² And it shall come to pass, that you shall divide it by lot as an inheritance to yourselves, and to the strangers that sojourn among you, which shall beget children among you: And they shall be to you as born in the country among the children of Israel; they shall have inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel. ²³ And it shall come to pass, that in what tribe the stranger sojourns, there you shall give him his inheritance", says the Lord GOD.

⁴ There is a river, the streams of which shall make the city of God glad, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.

³ And many people shall go and say, "Come all of you, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and He will teach us of His ways, and we will walk in His paths": For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

²⁵ And there shall be on every high mountain, and on every high hill, rivers and streams of waters in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall.

¹ "Ho, everyone who thirsts, all of you come to the waters, and he who has no money; come all of you, buy, and eat; yes, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.

¹³ "For My people have committed two evils; they have forsaken Me the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.

² And the breadth of the door was ten cubits; and the sides of the door were five cubits on the one side, and five cubits on the other side: And he measured its length, forty cubits: And the breadth, twenty cubits.

²³ And the temple and the sanctuary had two doors. ²⁴ And the doors had two leaves apiece, two turning leaves; two leaves for the one door, and two leaves for the other door. ²⁵ And on the doors of the temple there were made cherubims and palm trees, resembling the ones made upon the walls; and there were thick planks on the face of the porch outside. ²⁶ And there were narrow windows and palm trees on the one side and on the other side, on the sides of the porch, and on the side chambers of the house, and thick planks.

¹² And by the river upon its bank, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for food, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall its fruit be consumed: It shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because of their waters which issued out of the sanctuary: And its fruit shall be for food, and its leaf for medicine."

¹⁸ And it shall come to pass in that day, that the mountains shall drop down new wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the rivers of Judah shall flow with waters, and a fountain shall come forth out of the house of the LORD, and shall water the valley of Shittim.

¹ "In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.

⁸ And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: In summer and in winter it shall be.former; or, eastern

³⁷ On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, "If any man thirsts, let him come to Me, and drink. ³⁸ He who believes in Me, as the scripture has said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water." ³⁹ (But this He spoke about the Spirit, which those who believe in Him should receive: For the Holy Spirit was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

¹ And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

¹⁷ And the Spirit and the bride say, "Come." And let him that hears say, "Come." And let him that is thirsty come. And whoever is willing, let him take the water of life freely.

² Then the LORD said to me; "This gate shall be shut, it shall not be opened, and no man shall enter in by it; because the LORD, the God of Israel, has entered in by it, therefore it shall be shut.

⁴ Then he brought me up the pathway of the north gate before the house: And I looked, and behold, the glory of the LORD filled the house of the LORD: And I fell upon my face.

³ And he brought me to that place, and behold, there was a man, whose appearance was like the appearance of brass, with a line of flax in his hand, and a measuring reed; and he stood in the gate.

¹ I lifted up my eyes again, and looked, and behold a man with a measuring line in his hand.

⁴⁹ And behold, I send the Promise of My Father upon you: But tarry in the city of Jerusalem, until you are endued with power from on high."

⁴ And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

³³ Therefore being exalted by the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He has shed forth this, which you now see and hear.

⁴⁵ And those of the circumcision who believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because the gift of the Holy Spirit was also poured out on the Gentiles. ⁴⁶ For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter,

¹⁶ Then I remembered the word of the Lord, how He said, 'John indeed baptized with water; but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit.' ¹⁷ Seeing then that God gave them the same gift as He did to us, who believed upon the Lord Jesus Christ; who was I, that I could withstand God?" ¹⁸ When they heard these things, they held their peace; and glorified God, saying, "Then God has also granted to the Gentiles repentance to life."

¹ Then I was given a reed like a measuring rod: And the angel stood, saying, "Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and those that worship in it.

¹⁵ And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, its gates, and its wall.

¹⁰ And this continued for a span of two years; so that all those who dwelt in Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Greeks. ¹¹ And God worked special miracles by the hands of Paul: ¹² So that handkerchiefs or aprons from his body were brought to the sick, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them. ¹³ Then certain ones of the vegabond Jews, exorcists, took it upon themselves to call the name of the Lord Jesus over those who had evil spirits, saying, "We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preaches." ¹⁴ And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and a chief of the priests, who did so. ¹⁵ And the evil spirit answered and said, "Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are you?" ¹⁶ Then the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded. ¹⁷ Moreover this was known to all the Jews and also Greeks dwelling at Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified. ¹⁸ And many that believed came, and confessed, and disclosed their deeds. ¹⁹ Also, many of them which used curious arts brought their books together, and burned them before all men: And they counted up the price of them, and found it to be fifty thousand pieces of silver. ²⁰ So the Word of God grew mightily and prevailed.

¹⁹ Through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and fully around to Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.

⁶ which has come to you, as it is in all the world; and brings forth fruit, as it does also in you, since the day you first heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:

⁹ They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain: For the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

³⁴ You saw until a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and broke them to pieces. ³⁵ Then the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, were broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshing-floors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: And the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.

¹⁴ For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

³¹ He put forth another parable to them, saying, "The kingdom of heaven is likened to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field: ³² Which indeed is the least of all seeds: But when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in its branches."

⁹ After this I beheld, and lo, a large multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

¹⁵ Then the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, "The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of His Christ; and He shall reign forever and ever."

² And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, ³ and cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, until the thousand years are fulfilled: And after that he must be loosed for a little season. ⁴ And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given to them: And I saw the souls of those that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshiped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

¹¹ Moreover the word of the LORD came to me, saying, "Jeremiah, what do you see?" And I said, "I see a branch of an almond tree." ¹² Then the LORD said to me, "You have seen well: For I will hasten My word to perform it." ¹³ And the word of the LORD came to me the second time, saying, "What do you see?" And I said, "I see a seething pot; and the face of it is toward the north."

⁶ He said furthermore to me, "Son of man, see what they do? Even the great abominations that the house of Israel commits here, that I should go far away from My sanctuary? But turn yet again, and you shall see greater abominations."

¹⁷ Then He said to me, "Have you seen this, O son of man? Is it a light thing to the house of Judah that they commit the abominations which they commit here? For they have filled the land with violence, and have returned to provoke Me to anger: And lo, they put the branch to their nose.

⁴ And the man said to me, "Son of man, behold with your eyes, and hear with your ears, and set your heart upon all that I shall show you; because you were brought to this place for the intent that I might show them to you: Declare all that you see to the house of Israel."

⁵ And the LORD said to me, "Son of man, consider well, and behold with your eyes, and hear with your ears all that I say to you concerning all the ordinances of the house of the LORD, and all its laws; and mark well the entrance of the house, with every outgoing passageway from the sanctuary.

² And said to me, "What do you see?" And I said, "I have looked, and behold a candlestick of all gold, with a bowl upon the top of it, and its seven lamps, and seven pipes to the seven lamps, which are upon the top of it:

² And he said to me, "What do you see?" ⁵¹ Jesus said to them, "Have you understood all these things?" They said to Him, "Yes, Lord."

⁹ And out of the ground the LORD God made every tree to grow that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; also the tree of life in the middle of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil. ¹⁰ And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from there it was divided, and dispersed into four waterheads.

¹⁶ That the waters which came down from above stood and rose up on a heap very far from the city Adam, that is beside Zaretan: And those that came down toward the sea of the plain, even the salt sea, failed, and were cut off: And the people passed over right against Jericho.

¹⁹ And the men of the city said to Elisha, "Behold, I implore you, the situation of this city is pleasant, as my lord sees: But the water is naught, and the ground barren. ²⁰ And he said, "Bring me a new jar, and put salt in it. And they brought it to him. ²¹ And he went forth to the spring of the waters, and cast the salt in there, and said, "Thus says the LORD, I have healed these waters; there shall not be from there any more death or barren land. ²² So the waters were healed to this day, according to the saying of Elisha which he spoke.

⁶ The wolf shall also dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatted calf together; and a little child shall lead them. ⁷ And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: And the lion shall eat straw like the ox. ⁸ And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den. ⁹ They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain: For the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

¹ The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.

⁷ And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land shall become springs of water: In the habitation of dragons, where each lay, shall be grass with reeds and rushes.

¹⁷ When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue fails for thirst, I the LORD will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them. ¹⁸ I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the middle of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water. ¹⁹ I will plant in the wilderness the cedar, the shittah tree, and the myrtle, and the oil tree; I will set in the desert the fir tree, and the pine, and the box tree together:

²⁰ The wild beast of the field shall honor me, the dragons and the owls: Because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to My people, My chosen.

³ For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, and floods on the dry ground: I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, and My blessing on your offspring: ⁴ And they shall spring up as among the grass, as willows by the water courses. ⁵ One shall say, 'I am the LORD's'; and another shall call himself by the name of Jacob; and another shall subscribe with his hand to the LORD, and surname himself by the name of Israel.

⁹ that You may say to the prisoners, 'Go forth'; to those who are in darkness, 'Show yourselves.' "They shall feed in the ways, and their pastures shall be in all high places.

⁹ They shall come with weeping, and with supplications I will lead them: I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters in a straight way in which they shall not stumble: For I am a Father to Israel, and Ephraim is My firstborn.

¹¹ For from the rising of the sun even to the going down of the same, My name shall be great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense shall be offered to My name, and a pure offering: For My name shall be great among the heathen", says the LORD of hosts.

¹⁵ For this people's heart is waxed over, and their ears are dull of hearing, and they have closed their eyes; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.'

²⁶ and said, "If you will diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD your God, and will do that which is right in His sight, and will give ear to His commandments, and keep all His statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon you, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: For I am the LORD that heals you."

¹⁶ He also brought streams out of the rock, and caused waters to run down like rivers.

³ Who forgives all your iniquities; Who heals all your diseases;

³ Therefore with joy you shall draw water out of the wells of salvation.

²⁶ Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the LORD binds up the breach of His people, and heals the stroke of their wound.

¹² Behold, these shall come from afar: And lo, these from the north and from the west; and these from the land of Sinim."

³ And the Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. ⁴ Lift up your eyes all around, and see: They all gather themselves together, they come to you: Your sons shall come from afar, and your daughters shall be nursed at your side. ⁵ Then you shall see, and flow together, and your heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted to you, the forces of the Gentiles shall come to you. ⁶ The multitude of camels shall cover you, the dromedaries of Midian and Ephah; all those from Sheba shall come: They shall bring gold and incense; and they shall show forth the praises of the LORD. ⁷ All the flocks of Kedar shall be gathered together to you, the rams of Nebaioth shall minister to you: They shall come up on My altar with acceptance, and I will glorify the house of My glory. ⁸ Who are these that fly like a cloud, and as the doves to their windows? ⁹ Surely the isles shall wait for Me, and the ships of Tarshish will come first, to bring your sons from afar, their silver and their gold with them, to the name of the LORD your God, and to the Holy One of Israel, because He has glorified you. ¹⁰ "And the sons of strangers shall build up your walls, and their kings shall minister to you: For in My wrath I smote you, but in My favor I have had mercy on you.

¹¹ "And many nations shall be joined to the LORD in that day, and shall be My people: And I will dwell in the midst of you, and you shall know that the LORD of hosts has sent me to you.

²¹ And the inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, "Let us go speedily to pray before the LORD, and to seek the LORD of hosts: I will go also." ²² Yes, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD.' ²³ Thus says the LORD of hosts; 'In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, "We will go with you: For we have heard that God is with you."

¹⁶ For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

¹⁴ But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life."

²⁵ Truly, truly, I say to you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: And those that hear shall live.

⁶³ It is the Spirit that makes alive; the flesh profits nothing: The words that I speak to you, they are spirit, and they are life.

³⁷ On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, "If any man thirsts, let him come to Me, and drink. ³⁸ He who believes in Me, as the scripture has said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water."

²⁵ Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection, and the life: He that believes in Me, though he were dead, he shall yet live: ²⁶ And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?"

⁶ Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: No man comes to the Father, except by Me.

¹⁹ Yet a little while, and the world sees Me no more; but you see Me: Because I live, you shall live also.

⁴¹ Then those that gladly received his word were baptized: And the same day there were about three thousand souls added to them.

⁴⁷ praising God, and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those such as should be saved.

⁴ Nevertheless, many of those who heard the word believed; and the number of the men was about five thousand.

¹⁴ And believers were increasingly added to the Lord, multitudes of both men and women.)

⁷ Then the Word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem; and a large company of the priests were obedient to the faith.

²⁰ And when they heard it, they glorified the Lord, and said to him, "You see, brother, how many thousands of Jews there are who believe; and they are all zealous for the law:

² For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.

⁴⁵ And so it is written, "The first man Adam became a living soul"; the last Adam was made a life giving spirit.

¹ And you He has vivified, who were dead in trespasses and sins; ² in which you walked in time past according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now works in the children of disobedience: ³ Among whom we all also had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. ⁴ But God, who is rich in mercy, through His great love with which He loved us, ⁵ even when we were dead in sins, has vivified us together with Christ, (by grace you are saved);

⁶ And as for the western border, you shall even have the great sea for a border: This shall be your west border.

⁶² and Nibshan, and the city of Salt, and Engedi; six cities with their villages.

⁴ Behold, I have divided to you by lot these nations that remain, to be an inheritance for your tribes, from Jordan, with all the nations that I have cut off, even to the great sea westward.

²⁹ And David went up from there, and dwelled in secure places at Engedi.

² Then there came some that told Jehoshaphat, saying, "There comes a great multitude against you from beyond the sea on this side Syria; and behold, they be in Hazazontamar, which is Engedi.

²⁵ Such is this great and wide sea, in which are innumerable creeping things, both small and great beasts.

²⁰ The children which you shall have, after you have lost the other, shall say again in your ears, 'The place is too strait for me: Give a place to me that I may dwell.'

⁵ It shall be a place for the spreading of nets in the midst of the sea: For I have spoken it', said the Lord GOD: 'and it shall become a spoil to the nations.

¹⁵ And this shall be the border of the land toward the north side, from the great sea, the throughway of Hethlon, as men go to Zedad;

²⁸ And by the border of Gad, at the south side southward, the border shall be even from Tamar to the waters of strife in Kadesh, and to the river toward the great sea.

¹⁹ And He said to them, "Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men."

⁴⁷ Again, the kingdom of heaven is likened to a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind: ⁴⁸ Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away. ⁴⁹ So shall it be at the end of the world: The angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just, ⁵⁰ and shall cast them into a furnace of fire: There shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth."

¹⁷ And Jesus said to them, "Follow after Me, and I will make you become fishers of men."

⁴ Now when He had ceased speaking, He said to Simon, "Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draw." ⁵ And Simon answering said to Him, "Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: Nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net." ⁶ And when they had done this, they inclosed a great multitude of fish: And their net broke. ⁷ Therefore they beckoned to their partners, which were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink. ⁸ When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus' knees, saying, "Depart from me; for I am a sinful man, O Lord." ⁹ For he was astonished, and all who were with him, at the draw of the fish which they had taken: ¹⁰ And so also were James, and John, the sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. And Jesus said to Simon, "Do not fear; from this time forward you shall catch men."

³ Simon Peter said to them, "I am going fishing." They said to him, "We will also go with you." They went forth, and immediately entered into a ship; and that night they caught nothing. ⁴ But now when the morning had come, Jesus stood on the shore: But the disciples did not know that it was Jesus. ⁵ Then Jesus said to them, "Children, have you any food?" They answered Him, "No." ⁶ And He said to them, "Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and you shall find some." Therefore they casted, and now they were not able to draw it in because of the multitude of fish. ⁷ Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, "It is the Lord." Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on his fisherman's coat (for he was naked), and cast himself into the sea. ⁸ And the other disciples came in a little ship; (for they were not far from land, but about two hundred cubits), dragging the net with fish.200 Roman cubits is approximately 290 feet or 88.4 meters. ⁹ Then, as soon as they had come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid upon it, and bread. ¹⁰ Jesus said to them, "Bring some of the fish which you have now caught." ¹¹ Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of large fish, one hundred and fifty three: And although there were so many, yet the net was not broken.

²³ and that the whole land of it is brimstone, and salt, and burning, that it is not sown, nor bears, nor any grass grows in it, like the overthrow of Sodom, and Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboim, which the LORD overthrew in his anger, and in his wrath:

⁴⁵ And Abimelech fought against the city all that day; and he took the city, and slew the people that was in it, and beat down the city, and sowed it with salt.

³⁴ A fruitful land into barrenness, for the wickedness of those who dwell in it.

⁶ For he shall be like the shrub in the desert, and shall not see when good comes; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land that is not inhabited.

⁴⁸ Where 'Their worm does not die, and the fire is not quenched.' ⁴⁹ For everyone shall be seasoned with fire, and every sacrifice shall be seasoned with salt.

⁴ For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Spirit, ⁵ and have tasted the good Word of God, and the powers of the world to come, ⁶ if they shall fall away, to renew them again to repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put Him to an open shame. ⁷ For the earth which drinks in the rain that often comes upon it, and brings forth herbs fit for those by whom they are cultivated, receives blessing from God: ⁸ But that which bears thorns and briers is rejected, and is near to being cursed; whose end is to be burned.

²⁶ For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more sacrifice for sins, ²⁷ but a certain fearful expectation of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. ²⁸ He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: ²⁹ Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, shall he be thought worthy, who has tread underfoot the Son of God, and has counted the blood of the covenant, with which he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and has extreme malice toward the Spirit of grace? ³⁰ For we know Him that has said, "Vengeance belongs to Me, I will recompense", says the Lord. And again, "The Lord shall judge His people." ³¹ It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

¹⁹ While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: For by whom a man is overcome, by the same he is brought into bondage. ²⁰ For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them, and overcome, the latter end is worse for them than the beginning. ²¹ For it would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than after having known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them. ²² But it has happened to them according to the true proverb, "The dog returned to his own vomit again"; and, "the hog that was washed to her wallowing in the mire."

⁸ But the fearful, unbelieving, the abominable, murderers, whoremongers, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone: Which is the second death."

¹¹ He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: And he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: And he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: And he that is holy, let him be holy still."

⁹ And out of the ground the LORD God made every tree to grow that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; also the tree of life in the middle of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

¹⁶ He is green before the sun, and his branch shoots forth in his garden.

³ And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season; its leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper.

¹² The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree; he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.

⁶ From the sole of the foot even to the head there is no soundness in it; but wounds, and bruises, and putrefying sores: They have not been closed, neither bound up, neither mollified with ointment.

²¹ Your people shall all be righteous also: They shall inherit the land forever, the branch of My planting, the work of My hands, that I may be glorified.

³ to appoint to those who mourn in Zion, to give to them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He might be glorified.

²² Is there no balm in Gilead; is there no physician there? Why then is the health of the daughter of My people not recovered?

⁸ For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, and which spreads out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat comes, but her leaves shall be green; and shall not be anxious in the year of drought, nor shall cease from yielding fruit.

⁷ Now when I had returned, behold, at the bank of the river were very many trees on the one side and on the other.

⁵ And now your two sons, Ephraim and Manasseh, which were born to you in the land of Egypt before I came into Egypt to you, are mine; as Reuben and Simeon, they shall be mine.

²⁶ The blessings of your father have prevailed above the blessings of my progenitors to the utmost bound of the everlasting hills: They shall be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of him that was separate from his brothers.

² command the children of Israel, and say to them, When you come into the land of Canaan; (this is the land that shall fall to you for an inheritance, even the land of Canaan with its coasts): ³ Then your south quarter shall be from the wilderness of Zin along by the border of Edom, and your south border shall be the outmost border of the salt sea eastward: ⁴ And your border shall turn from the south to the ascent of Akrabbim, and pass on to Zin: And the going forth of it shall be from the south to Kadeshbarnea, and shall go on to Hazaraddar, and pass on to Azmon: ⁵ And the border shall fetch a compass from Azmon to the river of Egypt, and the goings out of it shall be at the sea. ⁶ And as for the western border, you shall even have the great sea for a border: This shall be your west border. ⁷ And this shall be your north border: From the great sea you shall point out for you Mount Hor: ⁸ From Mount Hor you shall point out your border to the entrance of Hamath; and the goings forth of the border shall be to Zedad: ⁹ And the border shall go on to Ziphron, and the goings out of it shall be at Hazarenan: This shall be your north border. ¹⁰ And you shall point out your east border from Hazarenan to Shepham: ¹¹ And the coast shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east side of Ain; and the border shall descend, and shall reach to the side of the sea of Chinnereth eastward: ¹² And the border shall go down to Jordan, and the goings out of it shall be at the salt sea: This shall be your land with its coasts all around.

¹ Now the sons of Reuben the firstborn of Israel, (for he was the firstborn; but for as much as he defiled his father's bed, his birthright was given to the sons of Joseph the son of Israel: And the genealogy is not to be reckoned after the birthright.

¹⁸ In those days the house of Judah shall walk with the house of Israel, and they shall come together out of the land of the north to the land that I have given for an inheritance to your fathers.

¹ "At the same time", said the LORD, "I will be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be My people."

⁴ And by the border of Naphtali, from the east side to the west side, a portion for Manasseh. ⁵ And by the border of Manasseh, from the east side to the west side, a portion for Ephraim. ⁶ And by the border of Ephraim, from the east side even to the west side, a portion for Reuben.

⁷ And the LORD appeared to Abram, and said, "I will give this land to your seed": And he built an altar to the LORD there, Who appeared to him.

¹⁵ For all the land which you see, I will give it to you, and to your seed forever.

⁷ And he said to him, "I am the LORD that brought you out of Ur of the Chaldeans, to give you this land to inherit it."

⁸ And I will give to you, and to your seed after you, the land in which you are a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God."

³ Sojourn in this land, and I will be with you, and will bless you; for to you, and to your seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I swore to Abraham your father;

¹³ And behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, "I am the LORD God of Abraham your father, and the God of Isaac: The land upon which you lie, I will give it to you, and to your seed;

¹⁶ because the LORD was not able to bring this people into the land which he swore to them, therefore he has slain them in the wilderness.

³⁰ Doubtless you shall not come into the land, concerning which I swore to make you dwell in it, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.

⁸ Behold, I have set the land before you: Go in and possess the land which the LORD swore to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give to them and to their seed after them.

³³ The lot is cast into the lap; but the whole disposing of it is of the LORD.

⁵ And say to them, 'Thus says the Lord GOD; "In the day when I chose Israel, and lifted up My hand to the seed of the house of Jacob, and made Myself known to them in the land of Egypt, when I lifted up My hand to them, saying, 'I am the LORD your God'; ⁶ in the day that I lifted up My hand to them, to bring them forth from the land of Egypt into a land that I had searched out for them, flowing with milk and honey, which is the glory of all lands:

²⁸ For when I had brought them into the land, for which I lifted up My hand to give it to them, then they saw every high hill, and all the thick trees, and they offered their sacrifices there, and they presented the provocation of their offering there: There also they made their sweet smell, and poured out their drink offerings there."

⁴² And you shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall bring you into the land of Israel, into the country for which I lifted up My hand to give it to your fathers.

²⁹ This is the land which you shall divide by lot to the tribes of Israel for inheritance, and these are their portions", says the Lord GOD.

⁸ From Mount Hor you shall point out your border to the entrance of Hamath; and the goings forth of the border shall be to Zedad:

¹ Now these are the names of the tribes. From the north end to the border of the throughway of Hethlon, as one goes to Hamath, Hazarenan, the border of Damascus northward, to the border of Hamath; for these are his sides east and west; a portion for Dan.

¹⁵ And he divided himself against them, he and his servants, by night, and smote them, and pursued them to Hobah, which is on the left hand of Damascus.

²¹ So they went up, and searched the land from the wilderness of Zin to Rehob, as men come to Hamath.

⁸ And from Betah, and from Berothai, cities of Hadadezer, king David took exceedingly much brass.

⁶⁵ And at that time Solomon held a feast, and all Israel with him, a great congregation, from the entering in of Hamath to the river of Egypt, before the LORD our God, seven days and seven days, even fourteen days.

⁵ And when the Syrians of Damascus came to help Hadarezer king of Zobah, David slew of the Syrians two and twenty thousand men.

¹⁷ And the border from the sea shall be Hazarenan, the border of Damascus, and the north northward, and the border of Hamath. And this is the north side.

¹⁴ "But, behold, I will raise up a nation against you, O house of Israel", says the LORD the God of hosts; "and they shall afflict you from the entranceway of Hemath to the river of the wilderness."river; or, valley

² And Hamath shall also border by it; Tyrus, and Zidon, though it is very wise.

² and desired from him letters to the synagogues of Damascus, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem.

⁹ And the border shall go on to Ziphron, and the goings out of it shall be at Hazarenan: This shall be your north border.

¹⁰ And Lot lifted up his eyes, and beheld all the plain of the Jordan river, that it was well watered everywhere, before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, even as the garden of the LORD, like the land of Egypt, as you come to Zoar.

²³ And he took his brothers with him, and pursued after him seven days' journey; and they overtook him in the Mount Gilead.

¹ Now the children of Reuben and the children of Gad had a very great multitude of domestic beasts: And when they saw the land of Jazer, and the land of Gilead, that behold, the place was a place for domestic beasts;

⁸ And that year they vexed and oppressed the children of Israel: Eighteen years, all the children of Israel that were on the other side of the Jordan in the land of the Amorites, which is in Gilead.

²³ Behold, he drinks up a river, and hastens not: He trusts that he can draw up Jordan into his mouth.

¹³ This is the water of Meribah; because the children of Israel strove with the LORD, and he was sanctified in them.

⁵ And the border shall fetch a compass from Azmon to the river of Egypt, and the goings out of it shall be at the sea.

⁵¹ Because you trespassed against me among the children of Israel at the waters of MeribahKadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because you sanctified me not in the middle of the children of Israel.

⁸ And of Levi he said, "Let your Thummim and your Urim be with your holy one, whom you did prove at Massah, and with whom you did strive at the waters of Meribah;

³ and from the plain to the sea of Chinneroth on the east, and to the sea of the plain, even the salt sea on the east, the way to Bethjeshimoth; and from the south, under Ashdothpisgah:

⁷ You called in trouble, and I delivered you; I answered you in the secret place of thunder: I proved you at the waters of Meribah. Selah.

¹² And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall beat thresh from the channel of the river to the stream of Egypt, and you shall be gathered one by one, O you children of Israel.

⁵⁵ Notwithstanding, the land shall be divided by lot: According to the names of the tribes of their fathers they shall inherit. ⁵⁶ According to the lot shall its possession be divided between many and few.

¹ For the LORD will have mercy on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land: And the strangers shall be joined with them, and they shall join to the house of Jacob.

⁶ Also the sons of the stranger, who join themselves to the LORD, to serve Him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be His servants, everyone who keeps the Sabbath from polluting it, and takes hold of My covenant; ⁷ even those I will bring to My holy mountain, and make them joyful in My house of prayer: Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted on my altar; for My house shall be called a house of prayer for all people."

¹³ Thus says the Lord GOD; "This shall be the border, by which you shall inherit the land according to the twelve tribes of Israel: Joseph shall have two portions. ¹⁴ And you shall inherit it, one as well as another: Concerning that which I have lifted up My hand to give to your fathers: And this land shall fall to you for inheritance.

⁵ And there were Jews dwelling in Jerusalem, devout men, out of every nation under heaven. ⁶ Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because every man heard them speak in his own language. ⁷ And they were all amazed and marveled, saying to one another, "Behold, are not all these who speak Galileans? ⁸ And how come we hear every man in our own tongue, in which we were born? ⁹ Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, the dwellers in Mesopotamia, and in Judea, and Cappadocia, in Pontus, and Asia, ¹⁰ Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya around Cyrene, strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes,

¹⁸ When they heard these things, they held their peace; and glorified God, saying, "Then God has also granted to the Gentiles repentance to life."

⁹ and made no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.

¹² For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: For the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him.

²⁸ There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond-servant nor free, there is neither male nor female: For you are all one in Christ Jesus. ²⁹ And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

¹² because at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: ¹³ But now in Christ Jesus you who sometimes were far off are brought near by the blood of Christ. ¹⁴ For He is our peace, who has made both [Jew and Gentile] one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation between us;

¹⁹ Now therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God; ²⁰ and are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone; ²¹ in whom all the building, being fitly framed together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord: ²² In whom you also are built together as a habitation of God through the Spirit.

⁶ that the Gentiles should be fellow-heirs, and of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ by the gospel:

¹¹ Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond-servant nor free: But Christ is all, and in all.

⁹ After this I beheld, and lo, a large multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; ¹⁰ And cried out with a loud voice, saying, "Salvation to our God which sits upon the throne, and to the Lamb."
