⁵ Let them praise the name of the LORD: For He commanded, and they were created.

¹ In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. ² And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

⁶ And God said, "Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters."

⁶ By the Word of the LORD the heavens were made; and all the host of them by the breath of His mouth. ⁷ He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap: He lays up the depth in storehouses. ⁸ Let all the earth fear the LORD: Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. ⁹ For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast.

⁵ The sea is His, and He made it: And His hands formed the dry land.

¹¹ Thus you shall say to them, "The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth, they shall even perish from the earth, and from under these heavens." ¹² He has made the earth by His power, He has established the world by His wisdom, and has outstretched heaven by His discretion. ¹³ When He utters His voice, there is a multitude of waters in heaven, and He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; He makes lightning with rain, and brings forth the wind out of His treasures.
