²⁰ Then every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.

¹⁴ and on all the high mountains, and on all the hills that are lifted up, ¹⁵ and on every high tower, and on every fenced wall, ¹⁶ and on all the ships of Tarshish, and on all pleasant pictures. ¹⁷ And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low: And the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.

²³ I beheld the earth, and lo, it was without form, and void; and heaven, and they had no light. ²⁴ I beheld the mountains, and lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly. ²⁵ I beheld, and lo, there was no man, and all the birds of heaven had fled.

¹⁴ And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

¹¹ And I saw a great white throne, and Him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
